On the ground floor of a quiet but very central residence,
the rental offers a SEA VIEW and a LARGE TERRACE of 18m².

Surrounded by vegetation (landscaped garden), it is close to everything:
close to shops, the city center, the pedestrian street, the Cap Ferret jetty (the landing stage, departure point for excursions, small train and UBA shuttle boat).

Ideally located in the heart of Cap Ferret, in a lively but calm place. Comfortable rental with neat decoration!

Perfect accommodation for 4 people or 5 people including 1 baby:
- 2 couples
- or 1 couple with 2 children
- or 1 couple with 2 children and 1 baby (cot provided free of charge)

NEW 2021:
- A new larger bedding (160) and brand new!
- A 4G 5G high-speed WIFI INTERNET airbox is available free of charge in the rental.

Possibility of services via a service agency which offers correct and negotiated rates (presentation of a quote for your acceptance):
- provision of household linen: sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels (approximately 55 euros)
- provision of bicycles on site, for your rental
- departure cleaning fee (75 euros)

Great location to explore Cap Ferret

Overall, the property location is great, very quiet apartment block near the port with parking for a car & bikes. I shared feedback with the property manager during the stay that the property is dated, the bathroom/kitchen need updating. I found it strange to have to pay cash for bedding/towels separately from the accommodation cost & would prefer this to be included in the price. However we had a great stay enjoying the local restaurants & its a good size for 2 people.

Un logement très bien placé en plein centre du ferret avec une terrasse vue bassin (couchés de soleil superbes). Nous étions avec notre bébé et la propriétaire a gentiment ajouté un lit parapluie. Séjour de rêve pour des premières vacances à 3.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la communication avec Sophie et Annie-Laure a été excellente, elles se sont montrées extrêmement sympathiques, disponibles et toujours réactives, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée et notre séjour. Le logement correspond bien à l’annonce, lumineux, avec un extérieur agréable et une place de parking, un vrai plus dans le quartier. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, à seulement deux minutes à pied du débarcadère, des commerces, du marché, des restaurants et du bassin. Une adresse extrêmement bien située pour profiter pleinement de son séjour.

Appartement bien placé, agréable

Appartement très bien placé en première ligne sur bassin avec belle terrasse. Équipements très corrects. Place de parking très utile en saison. Quartier Bélisaire très agréable, proche de tout. Résidence tranquille. Accueil sympathique par la personne chargée des locations.

très bien placé mais logement à rénover

L'appartement est idéalement placé. Cependant pour le prix de la location, l'appartement est vraiment très vieillissant et mériterait fortement une rénovation. Une vraie rénovation, pas mettre 2 petits fauteuils et 2 petites tables pour que ça en jette ! Nous avons constaté un vieux frigo piqué de rouille, une porte wc qui ne ferme même plus, un store extérieur avec mécanisme tout rouillé presque impossible à descendre et à remonter. Un évier vieux et piqué de rouille. Une baignoire de l'ancien temps avec rideau de douche et je préfère ne pas commenter le pommeau de douche ! un canapé qui n'en est pas un ! : des matelas posés sur une structure bois : très inconfortable. Une tv 60cm ! mettez bien vos lunettes pour voir la TV. Les oreillers sont des oreillers tout plat de 1er prix qui sont vraiment très inconfortables. Aucune place pour ranger les vêtements : un seul côté de grand placard avec penderie uniquement ! on a donc dû laisser presque tous nos vêtements dans la valise ! Franchement c'est exagéré ... Les 2 seuls atouts de cet appartement : la situation et le parking. Mais ayant été dans d'autre logement, hôtel et chambre d'hôtes à proximité, cela ne justifie pas ce tarif. Dommage...

Magnifique appartement, une superbe vue et un emplacement parfait

Lors de notre arrivée la dame qui nous a accueilli était très gentille et disponible pour toutes questions pendant notre séjour! L'appartement est génial, très propre et la vue est magique. À deux pas du bassin, des restaurants et du petit train je recommande cet appartement à 100%

Petit bijou d'appartement, mais malheureusement état de propreté très superficiel .

Bijou d'appartement avec petite terrasse sur le Bassin. Points négatifs : la propreté (amas de poussière entre matelas et sommier , poils sur le matelas, et bonne couche de poussière sur certains ustensiles de cuisine ; prises électriques défectueuses . Ménage très approximatif malgré un nombre incalculable de produits ménagers.

Nice Appartment in a Great Location

Sophie's appartment is clean, convienient, with very well equipped kitchen, terrace with view overlooking the bassin - everything you need for a perfect stay. Location is superb: 50 m away from bassin d'Archachon and a few minutes with car to Atlantic Ocean, with shops and restaurants nearby. Sophie is a friendly and responsive host. We would stay at hers at any time again. M+T from Munich, Germany

"Une semaine de rêve et le soleil en prime. La location est très fonctionnelle et la déco agréable. Commerces et restaurants sur la plage à proximité. Nous avons fait le plein d''huitres et avons pris un grand bol d''air. Appartement en rez de chaussée, idéal pour séniors. Nous reviendrons c''est sûr !"
