Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Malo malgré une météo capricieuse. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié: - l'accueil personnel et sympathique des propriétaires - l'aménagement de l'appartement où rien ne manquait - la proximité de la grande plage (env. 100 m) - les commerces de proximité et le marché de Paramé - la possibilité de nombreuses activités à pied ou en bus - et très important à Saint-Malo, la présence d'une place de parking réservée au pied de l'immeuble

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und drei Teenager) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war bestens. Alles war vorhanden! Es waren nur zwei Häuserblocks zum Strand (wunderschön!) und 3 Minuten zum nächsten Lebensmittelladen. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen, vielen Dank !!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung wenige Schritte vom Meer

Eine sehr zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung der Küche mit viel Geschirr und sehr gutem Induktionsherd. Der große Südseitenbalkon erlaubt einen weiten Blick. Von 2 Schlafzimmern sieht man zwischen den Häusern das Meer. Im Hof gibt es ein Parkplatz. Hier sind es nur 150 m zur Strandpromenade. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar (Supermarkt, Bäcker etc) Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietern ist stets schnell und unkompliziert gewesen. Sie geben auch viele Tipps für Ausflüge. Wir können die Ferienwohnung unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

perfekte Ferienwohnung in St Malo

Wir waren eine Woche in St Malo in dieser Wohnung. Diese ist für 6 Personen geeignet. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation war dank der Übersetzungs-App unproblematisch. Die Informationen bei der Schlüsselübergabe waren vorbildlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, 200m zum Strand, wo man täglich die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge sehen kann und 20 min Spaziergang in die Innenstadt. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz im Innenhof der Ferienwohnung steht zur Verfügung. Bäcker und Supermarkt ist in direkter Nähe, 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles in allem, rundum empfehlenswert. Traumhafte Wohnung in bester Lage!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, in weniger als 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und die Altstadt von St. Malo erreicht man zu Fuß an der Strandpromenade entlang in 20 Minuten. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich Läden für Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, geräumig, sehr gut eingerichtet und befindet sich in einem ruhigen, gepflegten Wohnhaus. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Un bon séjour sur Saint Malo, Très bon contact avec Mr et Mme Douenal qui sont très prévenants et serviables l'appartement est très bien placé, proche de la plage et des commerces. L'accès à la vieille ville se fait à pied facilement tout en longeant la plage.

Прекрасная квартира в идеальном состоянии. Три уютные спальни, отличная мебель, большая гостиная. Квартира очень хорошо оборудованна. В реальности лучше, чем впечатление по фотографиям. Во дворе удобная частная парковка. Большой балкон, скорее даже терраса, откуда открывается прекрасный вид на город. До пляжа 1 минута ходьбы. До супермаркета и ресторанов - 5 минут пешком. Très bel appartement,bien aménagé; très propre & bien entretenu.Cet appartement est situé dans un environnement très agréable; où tout est à proximité (Transports, Commerces, Restaurants, Mer, Etc), voiture non nécessaire. Les propriétaires Mme & Mr DENOUAL sont très accueillants, sympathiques & discrets. Je réserverai cette location de nouveau sans aucune réserve. Appartement très bien équipé, très agréable puisque lumineux et bien agencé. Situation parfaite à deux pas de la mer et de la grande plage. C'est parfait avec des enfants. Bonnes vacances à Saint Malo

Appartement idéalement situé, parfaitement conforme à sa description. Equipement électro-ménager haut de gamme et en excellent état. Monsieur et Madame DENOUELLE sont des gens charmants qui nous ont tout indiqué et donné les bons conseils pour que notre séjour soit agréable. Bien évidemment cette location est à recommander à nos amis qui pourront y vivre confortablement à six personnes (3 belles chambres). La vieille ville n'est pas très loin et offre tout son attrait touristique. Si nous retournons à Saint Malo, c'est ici que nous irons.
