Ideally located, completely renovated, and with a nice terrace in front of the beach. Comfortable, bright fresh, and very functional. 3 double rooms. 150 meters away from the railway station. Very easy access to Barcelona, Girona (just a 60-minute ride on the train), and the Costa Brava. Pineda de Mar has a sandy, large, high-quality beach and a long and very nice pedestrian promenade, besides numerous sports facilities (swimming pool, football field, sports hall, yacht club). Pineda de Mar is also an ideal place for excursions, hiking, or mountain bike, as it lies next to Montnegre natural park, a place of great landscape beauty.

Very good location

The stay in the apartment was very good. The location is great, as you can reach the beach very quickly and the necessary shops are also in the immediate vicinity. The view of the sea from the window was very impressive. There are 2 air conditioners installed which can cool down the apartment very quickly. There was once a defect in the shower, which was quickly repaired. All in all it was a good holiday.

Amazing apartment

Lovely apartment with amazing views of the beach. The apartment and bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of storage. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a dishwasher. The bathrooms were spacious and showers hot. The apartment is close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The train station is a 2 minute walk away and the trains are cheap and regular. The only problem for us was that there were no English TV channels and the Wifi kept dropping out. Apart from that we've had an amazing holiday in Emma's apartment. We would definitely book again.

Great view, location in a spacious condo

Our family really enjoyed to Pineda De Mar. A short feedback on our stay here... Pluses: 1) Great view, spacious condo with cold AC and all the necessities like parking and a full kitchen. 2) Very responsive and friendly management fixing the issues we did end up having. 3) great location directly on the beach in a perfect part of the beach with good restaurants next door. Cons 1) The building and the furniture in the unit is very old, so squeaky old beds, but comfortable mattresses. 2) Not much amenities like no shampoo or soap, TP, etc, but overall stocked with salt, pepper and all cutlery, plates etc. Overall, this is a 4 star place since we were mostly on the beach or exploring Barcelona and the area nearby. If they upgrade the bulk of the furniture from IKEA and they would be 5 stars, as we really like having a beach front condo with 5 star views.

SUPER SEJOUR

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour le lieux est calme et agréable. L'appartement est très bien situé et très bien équipé et irréprochable en propreté. La vue est magnifique nous avons appréciés les petits déjeuner et repas face à la mer. Le Garage est un plus bien appréciable notre voiture n'a pas bougé de la semaine. Tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied. Et la plage à quelques pas, le top. Prévoir des chaussures d'eau car il y a des galets sur la plage.

Appartement bien équipé, toute fois la chambre avec lits superposés est minuscule. Pour les parents d enfant en bas âge il faut savoir que qu on n a pieds sur 3/4 mètres je dirais.

Vacances incroyables

Notre sejour a été parfait. 13 jours de pure bonheur. Le logement est super bien situé. Accès à tout facilement, train, restaurant épicerie. La plage est immense et à 2 minutes à pied. Je vous recommande fortement l'endroit. Merci encore à Emma et son conjoint. Ce sont d'excellent hôte.

Top Appartement mit toller Sicht auf das Meer

Das Appartement auf 6. Etage ist top … Super sauber alles .. Ausstattung der Wohnung und Küche gut ausgestattet …wirklich alles alles bestens .. Super Balkonaussicht (Sonne pur) Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war absolut perfekt und nett und hat auf alles geantwortet per Mail , wenn man was an Fragen hatte und es gab bei der Ankunft ein Willkommens Geschenk (ist ja auch nicht üblich) .. eine gute Informationsmappe ( Handhabung über Elektrogeräte etc / Umgebung ) in verschiedenen Sprachen war auch vorliegend … also wirklich alles hervorragend und Danke Danke nochmals Frau Emma Soler Liebe Grüße Jürgen, Helga und Kanuto

Ottima location sulla strada principale del paese e sul mare. Emma è stata molto disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente da raccomandare.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer, grosse Wohnung, mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Schönes Bad, Handtücher etc. alles da, picobello sauber alles. Super Küche mit Gasherd, grossem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank und allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. 2 Badezimmern und ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Vermieter super freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar. Lage der Wohnung perfekt, 100 Meter bis zum Bahnhof, Meer 50 Meter über die Strasse. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Sandstrand, endlos lang, sauber und gepflegt. Direkt in der Umgebung alles was man braucht, Bäcker, Restaurants, Supermarkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Das Apartment ist gut gelegen, direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im hinteren Teil der Wohnung und sind sehr ruhig gelegen. In direkter Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Restaurants und Supermärkte. Pineda de Mar ist zudem ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Barcelona und die Gegend rund um Girona.

Ok

We got the key from a lovely lady who could not speak English. She tried her best to show us everything but still important for rental to know what’s where? It’s a safety risk if not. Not good furnitures. Sofa was so so uncomfortable. And the bed was ok. Location was the best and balcony was great.

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Die Eigentümerin des Apartments ist einzigartig,- freundlich, nett und äußerst entgegenkommend. Das Apartment war genau so wie beschrieben. Wirklich mit allem erdenklich Notwendigem ausgestattet. Zum Strand nicht mal 1 Minute Fußweg. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch.

Muy cómodo para unos días de playa

Emma muy atenta a nuestras necesidades, apartamento bonito y cómodo con vistas a mar, primera línea, y montaňa, buena terraza, bien equipado, buen acceso a la playa y en las cercanías puedes comprar cualquier cosa que necesites. Delante están las vías del tren pero no resulta molesto.

Fantástica vista sobre el mar

Muy agradable. Nos tendrían que haber avisado que la playa delante estaba en obras, y que esto implicaba ruido constante y no poder utilizar la terraza tan agradable. Por suerte los trabajos se paran en el fin de semana, pero no se puede utilizar la playa delante. Aunque es suficiente moverse unos 200 m y la playa está bien.

Séjour agréable en famille

Appartement propre, spacieux et lumineux, idéalement placé avec vue sur la mer. Proche de la gare pour se rendre à Barcelone (une heure ), Gérone 50 min en voiture, commerces à 2 pas. Ville très propre, plage agréable avec aire de jeux en bas de l’immeuble. Idéal en famille. Accueil très bienveillant. Seul bémol la mauvaise insonorisation, voisins qui font du bruit tard le soir !

Lovely apartment. Easy access with lift. Beautiful views. Near everything we needed.

Lovely apartment, clean, airy feel. Long stay so got to find our way around and locals friendly. Owner contactable anytime, speaks English. All facilities you will need for your stay, nice shower and bathroom, washing machine, and line area in utility area. Under ground secure parking 100yds down road. Can park outside to unload. Cafe/bar , the Maritim, next street corner, with lovely owners. Pura Brass restaurant and Diagonal restaurant recommended too. Few speak English, mainly Catalan, Spanish and some French. But made ourselves understood most of the time. Peaceful town, was just starting to open up and prepare for the busy holiday season but lovely streets to wonder around. . There Jan/Feb so average temperature 15/16c . No rain. Met by owners parents on arrival, lovely people who also live on lower floor of flats. Overlooking sea from balcony. Very large market on Friday right outside the front doors, so no parking or getting your car out on that day. Barcelona visit done by train, station just down road, then metro. Cost 20 euro return for the two of us and 2.20 euro single on metro. You come out of metro right next to the La Familia cathedral. A most original and fascinating building. Apartment well set to tour the costs brava area. Recommend visiting Blane's and Lloret de mar, a definite drive would be the zigzag coastal drive through the mountains from Feliu de Guixols to Tossa de mar. 22km long with 365 bends and high views and a long drop, be careful!! Great fun and lovely views from many lay-bys. Highly recommend this apartment, will certainly try to return. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We love nature, adventure, and culture… and permaculture, learning, sharing, reading, and discovering. We enjoy mountaineering and diving, among other sports.

Pineda de Mar is situated in the Costa del Maresme, between the littoral mountains and the sea, 50 km. away from downtown Barcelona and 45 km. away from Girona. Its large communications network with the C-32 highway and the train (one every 30 minutes to downtown Barcelona or Gerona) make of it an ideal place to visit the region and to access either from Barcelona airport or from Girona airport.
