Heißer Aufenthalt

Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 4 Personen und allen erforderlichen Utensilien. Schöner Garten/ GrĂŒnflĂ€che hinter dem Haus; schattiger Durchgang mit Sitzmöglichkeit zwischen den HĂ€usern. Leider ist die Wohnung nicht klimatisiert, sodass es in dieser aussergewöhnlichen Hitzeperiode zu warm wurde und auch nachts blieb. Die MĂŒlltrennung auf Sardinien ist aufwendig (an jedem Tag Entsorgung einer anderen MĂŒllsorte). Um die Entsorgung von ĂŒbrig gebliebenem MĂŒll bei Abreise muss man sich selber kĂŒmmern. Sollte von Vermietern ĂŒbernommen werden.

A wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The apartment is located in a great position, within a short walking distance both to the beach La Cinta and to the town centre, the neighbourhood is absolutely calm at night. The apartment itself is newly furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. A real treasure is a beautiful garden where you can dine or relax under grown-up pine trees. The owner is really helpful and the communication was excellent! Simply to be recommended!

Gut ausgestattetes, schönes Appartement

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und Marinella als Gastgeberin! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Weg zum Strand war mit 2 Kindern zu Fuß zu lange aber man hat immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. Auch war ein Spielplatz zu Fuß erreichbar.

Alles schön und sauber Um das Apartment herum hat man viel Platz im Garten und ĂŒberdachten Vorraum um auch mal fĂŒr sich zu sein. Hervorragend sind die hochwertigen Fliegengitter ĂŒberall. Der Dunstabzug in der KĂŒche fĂŒhrt leider nur in einen darĂŒberliegenden Schrank.Ansonsten alles Top !!!

Ottima soluzione

La casa Ăš davvero carina e confortevole la posizione strategica per andare sia in spiaggia in pochi minuti che nel dentro di San Teodoro il giardino veramente grande e tenuto molto bene Ăš stato per noi la salvezza con i bimbi che al rientro dalle spiagge potevano continuare a stare fuori in giardino senza problemi essendo tutto recintato. Aggiungo che ci sono le zanzariere ovunque che non sono scontate ma indispensabili nel periodo estivo. Grazie ai proprietari che si sono dimostrati molto disponibili. Bellissima vacanza

Great time

We had a really good time in San Teodoro. The flat was lovely and the garden, too. The weather was a bit cold in October but we were given a heater richt away. We are glad we came. Thanks a lot. We will book again.

Gerne wieder!

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Vorab- und Anreiseinformationen waren klar verstĂ€ndlich. Die Wohnung und der Garten waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Bei unserer Ankunft stand Wasser im KĂŒhlschrank, ein Sonnenschirm fĂŒr den Strand war vorhanden etc.. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir nur empfehlen.

Wir sind leider erst etwas spÀter wie vereinbart am Haus angekommen. Marinelle wartete netterweise auf uns und zeigte uns geduldig die Ferienwohnung und den Garten. Die Wohnung und der Garten waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir nur empfehlen. Danke Marinella

Permanenza dalla Sig.ra Marinella

Un appartamento stupendo provvisto di ogni confort, per una famiglia come la nostra con due bambini. Appartamento spazioso e ben organizzato con un giardino molto curato dove lasciar giocare i bimbi. Posizione ottima per andare in centro a piedi e molto comodo anche alla spiaggia. Market a pochi passi. Per noi Ăš stato un vero affare. Insgesamt hat alles gepasst!

Die Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und diskret. Die Vorabinformationen und RĂŒckmeldungen waren unkompliziert und die Anreiseinformationen (gute Restaurants, StrĂ€nde und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) klar verstĂ€ndlich. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand und war absolut sauber (auch die HandtĂŒcher und die BettwĂ€sche). Besondere Aufmerksamkeiten wie z.B. Wasser im KĂŒhlschrank, Duschgel und Seife, GewĂŒrze, Sonnenschirm fĂŒr den Strand etc. fanden wir toll. Der Garten und die Überdachung ist großzĂŒgig und gefiel uns sehr gut. FĂŒr 3 Personen ist die Wohnung ausreichend groß. Wenn man kritisch sein möchte wĂŒrde man sich noch ĂŒber Insektenschutzgitter freuen und die Duschkabine ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns sehr erholt! San Teodoro ist touristisch fĂŒr Sardinien gut erschlossen. Man muss damit rechnen, dass abends im Ort Konzerte stattfinden, die man wahrnimmt.

3 settimane super!

Ho soggiornato 3 settimane con la mia bambina di soli 4 mesi e il meraviglioso giardino, sempre fresco, ci ha permesso di stare all'aria aperta con anche nelle ore piĂč calde. La posizione Ăš ottima per spostarsi solo a piedi, sia per raggiungere la spiaggia (5 Min dall'ingresso in fondo alla cinta, 10 min dall'ingresso principale),sia per i supermercati che per il centro. Per me e la mia bambina Ăš stato fantastico! La signora Marinella sempre gentile e disponibile.

Sehr gute Lage und familienfreundlich

Super Apartment mit schönen großen Garten und 400 m zum Strand. Keine großzogen Stufen - also auch super geeignet fĂŒr Familien mit Kleinkindern. Auch die Kommunikation mit den EigentĂŒmern war top. Immer wieder gern.

GemĂŒtliches Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben Ende August /Anfang September mit unseren zwei Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub in San Teodoro und im Haus von Marinella verbracht. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet und die Terrasse und der schöne Garten bieten mehrere gemĂŒtliche SitzplĂ€tze zum Essen und Entspannen. Mehrere gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der tolle Strand La Cinta sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Appartamento fantastico in posizione strategica

Buongiorno, Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento sia nel 2017 che quest’anno per le due settimane centrali di agosto e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. La villetta ù in una posizione comoda sia per raggiungere la spiaggia che per il centro e i vari servizi. Ottimo per la vacanza con i bambini grazie al giardino sempre pulito e in ordine, come il resto della casa. Oltre a tutti i pregi sopra elencati sottolineo che i Proprietari sono sempre disponibili e presenti per qualsiasi necessità, per noi ù stato un dettaglio molto importante che ci ha permesso di soggiornare con maggiore tranquillità.

Bell’appartamento con giardino

Appartamento pulito e ben organizzato. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che poteva essere utile ad un soggiorno di 1/2 settimane con una bimba di due anni. Il giardino, in condivisione con un altro appartamento sempre della stessa proprietĂ , Ăš molto curato e adatto ad una famiglia con bambini. Questo aspetto rende piacevole anche trascorrere un pomeriggio a casa se non si ha voglia di andare al mare. La proprietaria Ăš stata molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione vicina all’ingresso sud della spiaggia la cinta, ma bisogna camminare un po’ per raggiungere la parte piĂč bella e spaziosa della spiaggia andando verso nord. Il centro del paese Ăš facilmente raggiugibile con una passeggiata di 10/15 minuti.

Small and poorly equipped, extra charge for bedding

**Beware, the owner demands extra money per person for bedding and towels after you have booked** Before we even arrived we were a little cautious of what we would find, having been asked for an additional payment for towels etc after booking despite the owner saying everything was included in the price. We were right to be cautious. For a property that states it sleeps 6, and from the pictures, it is significantly smaller than you would expect and very poorly equipped. I would say a more accurate description would be sleeps 3, 4 at a push. Upon arrival, be prepared to go and buy loo roll and soap as literally the only thing the owner left for us was 5 squares of toilet paper, not even a half roll! The property itself is also showing its age with many of the fixtures and fittings starting to wear and look tired and generally in need of a good thorough clean. They were also missing a lot of the basics you would expect in a rental property with self catering kitchen. Despite the description stating there is an oven, there is not. Other than a BBQ you just have a small job and a few pans, so we were forced to eat out most nights as the kitchen was too small and unequipped to cook a proper meal. Not even a kettle or toaster! The only positives to this property are the outside space, and it's location. It is a 5-10 minute walk to a massive beach in one direction, and the same the other way for the twin with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Nettes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten

Wir haben sehr entspannte Tage in diesem gemĂŒtlichen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Garten ist groß, so dass die Kinder viel Platz zum Spielen hatten. Mehrere Restaurants und SupermĂ€rkte sind schnell fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen, und auch der Strand ist zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vielen Dank dafĂŒr. Judith

Tutto sommato il soggiorno Ăš stato piacevole ma non esaltante: la posizione Ăš ottima rispetto alla spiaggia la Cinta ma non come mi aspettavo leggendo le recensioni...sembrava che fosse a un passo invece c'Ăš da camminare 15 minuti abbondanti. In ogni caso Ăš ben posizionato in generale (supermarket aperti fino alle 00.00, centro cittĂ , ristoranti/pizzerie, e strade per raggiungere altre localitĂ  come Cala Brandinchi...20 min circa in macchina). L'appartamento Ăš sufficientemente comfortevole per 4 persone a parte i materassi/reti dei letti che per i nostri gusti sono troppo morbidi (quasi "sfondati"). Avremmo gradito una maggiore attenzione a questo aspetto rispetto ad un giardino enorme e curatissimo ! Sicuramente tornerei in questa struttura sperando che si migliori questa cosa. La proprietĂ  si Ăš dimostrata disponibile e cortese a ogni richiesta e situazione.

Tutto fantastico!

Abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto, che dire se non tutto perfetto. La casa ha ogni comoditĂ , il super giardino con barbecue una vera chicca... Proprietari piĂč che disponibili e attenti. La vicinanza alla Cinta e al centro rendono questa casa ideale per famiglie con bambini. Grazie! Ci ritorneremo!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben im Juli / August 2017 drei Wochen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist so, wie sie hier beschrieben ist. Lage: Den Strand "La Cinta" und das Zentrum von San Teodoro kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Auto benötigt man dafĂŒr nicht. Vor der Wohnug stehen ausreichend ParkplĂ€tze zur VerfĂŒgung. Ausstattung: Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Unsere Familie, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (7 und 12 Jahre) hatte ausreichend Platz. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind klein aber ausreichend. Es gibt ausreichend SchrĂ€nke! Der Wohn- und Essberich bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden gerne nochmal kommen. Vielen Dank!

Davvero consigliato

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa casa sia perchĂš Ăš situata in posizione strategica (pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia della Cinta) sia perchĂš Ăš dotata di arredamenti nuovi e ben tenuti. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e attenti ai dettagli utili a rendere il soggiorno degli ospiti il piĂč possibile confortevole.
