The living room and the fitted kitchen are located on the ground floor. The cozy living room will allow you to enjoy meals with family or friends thanks to its large table and relax with the fireplace and the TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers a beautiful opening with its direct access to the outdoor courtyard to enjoy the barbecue and the sun's rays. The ground floor has a toilet.

On the first floor, two comfortable double bedrooms with large closet and shared balcony. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, the other has an en suite bathroom with a shower.

The top floor has a single bedroom with high ceilings thanks to its dome. This room is equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. From this room you can enjoy a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea to admire the sunsets.

It is very simple to park, free space in front of the house, closed courtyard of the house or the garage.
