This comfortable villa for (max) 6 guests is situated in the authentic village of Foz do Arelho. It is centrally located between the city center, the lagoon, and the beach. With a short stroll (+/- 500m), you can find restaurants, cafes, and bars – or the Óbidos Lagoon and Atlantic Ocean. The perfect location for a couple’s getaway or vacation with family and friends.

The villa features modern design, an outside lounge with shared swimming pool, and sun chairs. Behind the villa is a beautiful enclosed patio with barbecue and comfortable garden furnishings. The villa’s ground floor features a modern design living room and dining room, accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, oven, grill, microwave, and a large refrigerator (with freezer.)

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds, a roomy closet, and a shared bathroom with lounging bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet on the royal landing. The master bedroom has a two-persons bed with private bath, walk-in closet, and a safe for valuables. All bedrooms have sliding door access to the balcony with fantastic views of the swimming pool with the breathtaking Óbidos Lagoon in the background.

The location of the unique, authentic village of Foz de Arelho offers immense possibilities for watersports like (kite-)surfing in the Lagoon or Altantic Ocean, swimming, windsurfing, paddle boarding, sailing (sailing school by the Lagoon), fishing, and canoeing in the Óbidos Lagoon, which is a shallow and calm alternative to the ocean, making it a perfect spot for young children. There is also a surfing school in the village.

Around the Lagoon and along the ocean, you can find lovely shopping and biking routes, with bicycles available for rent in the village. About 7km away lies Caldas da Rainha, with the convenience of supermarkets, nice shopping streets, a daily farmer’s market, museums, and a lovely park in the middle of the city.

For the golfers out there, there are plenty of nearby chances to book a tee time. West Cliffs Golf Course and Praia D’el Ray (European Golf Resort of the Year, 2007) are only a 25-minute drive away, while the Golden Eagle Golf Course can be found in nearby Rio Maior.
