Nice stay

We had a lovely stay and we were made to feel very welcome. The pool is fantastic as are the views. We stayed in August so wasps were a bit of a pest but that’s nothing the hosts could do anything about. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend it.

Our summer holidays at east istria

Our stay in Ramona and Raul's house was extremely pleasant and wonderful. The hosts are extremely accommodating and helpful. Friendliness is not a foreign word in Croatia, but what was shown here was simply outstanding and unique. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet and clean place with a beautiful garden, and pool area you'll get your money's worth here. Perfect stay - super Holiday!

The house is exactly as good as presented and the hosts are super nice and helpfull people. The house is super clean, well equiped und provided the wanted peaceful sorrounding. Romina and Raul are helpfull and can provide eggs and vine - super delicious! The Pool was super clean - every morning! Bbq is a highlight, view is super, parking space perfect. The stay was all in all a benchmark for future holidays! Thanks to our hosts - great Deal!

Relaxed holiday with nice hosts

First of all it was a very nice holiday. The hosts warmly welcomed us and the house and the big garden was even better than assumed in advance by the pictures on the internet. The rooms were very clean and comfortably furnished. Our childs fell in love with the well maintained and beautiful pool. It was hard to get them out of it again =). The Landscape of Istria is a fine mixture of Mountains, great woods and plains and of course the sea. Rabac is a beautiful Harbour-City and the nearest point to get to a beach and you can reach it in about 10 minutes by car. In Labin you will find all kinds of shopping opportunities (appr. 8mins by car). So the property has a good location. If you need help with something, the hosts will always help you out, even if you are just looking for a nice conversation. They also have some animals and they showed them to us wich was really cool, especially for my little daughter. In short: a clear 5 out of 5.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, wir wurden direkt von den Vermietern empfangen und haben das Haus gezeigt bekommen. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es eine Flasche Wein von der eigenen Winzerei.Es ist anzumerken, dass es sich hier um eine Wohnung handelt und die Vermieter in der Wohnung drüber wohnen, aber davon hat man nichts mitbekommen und auch den Pool, Gartenbereich und Terrasse hatten wir die ganze Zeit für uns alleine.Die Vermieter waren wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man kann also wirklich nicht meckern.Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen von Labin was es in der Nacht wirklich ruhig macht.

Sehr sauber und gastfreundlich!

Romina und Raúl haben uns herzlich empfangen. Unser Auto musste während unseres Aufenthalts abgeschleppt werden und Romina hat uns daraufhin sogar noch zum einkaufen begleitet. Wo sie konnten, haben sie uns geholfen. Kann das Apartment als auch die Vermieter nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte große Ferienwohnung. Ausgestattet mit allem,was man benötigt und falls etwas fehlt sind Romina und ihr Mann gleich zur Stelle und helfen,wo sie können. Der Pool und die Tiere waren für unsere Kinder mit das Beste. Lage ist fernab jeglichem touristischen Trubels, falls man Bedarf danach hat ist man schnell mit dem Auto in Labin oder Rabac. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Sehr familiäres Umfeld. Lediglich in der Küche waren einige Utensilien nicht vorhanden und wir haben das Haus mit der Adresse aus FeWo nicht auf Anhieb gefunden. Fazit: wir würden es auf jeden Fall jedem weiterempfehlen

Ein wunderschöner Sommerurlaub

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr liebevoll von Romina und Raúl begrüßt. Die Wohnung war blitzeblank sauber und der Außenbereich mit Pool war auch sehr sehr schön und ordentlich. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minuten richtig wohl. Unsere Kinder liebten die Tiere. Raúl hat uns von seinem leckeren Wein probieren lassen, die Gastfreundlichkeit war einfach nur Spitze! Herrliche Aussicht in der Nähe von Labin

Wir kamen an und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Wir haben entspannte zwei Wochen in einer sauberen Wohnung mit super bequemen Betten, warmem Pool und einer herrlichen Aussicht auf die Berge genossen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Romina und Raul

Unser Aufenthalt in Kroatien hat uns mehr als nur gut gefallen. Romina und Raul sind tolle Gastgeber, die uns bei unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen haben. Die Kommunikation hat hervorragend über Englisch geklappt. Bei Fragen aller Art konnten die beiden uns immer weiterhelfen, gaben uns Tipps welche Orte sehenswert sind oder wo man gut essen gehen kann. Regelmäßig haben wir bei den beiden in der Küche gesessen, es wurde Wein getrunken, über den Tag geredet und wir konnten einiges über das Leben in Kroatien erfahren. Uns hat der Aufenthalt viel Freude bereitet. Auch unserer Tochter hat der Aufenthalt unglaublich gefallen. Sie durfte mit Raul die Hühner füttern, hat das Grundstück erkundet, sich mit Hund und Katze angefreundet, Schaukel und Wippe luden zum spielen ein. Das Appartment hat alles was man in seinem Urlaub zum Leben braucht und ist liebevoll eingerichtet.

Location en pleine campagne et au calme à qualques pas de Labin

Location en RDC avec les propriétaires à l'étage. Les propriétaires sont discrets et très serviables pour toutes les demandes ou questions sur les environs. Belle piscine qui permet de se raffraichir après les ballades sous le soleil de l'istrie.

Fantastisch - absolute Empfehlung!

Das Haus liegt ruhig und etwas außerhalb von Labin. Die Zimmer sind luftig und alles ist blitzsauber und gepflegt. Der Essplatz liegt morgens und abends im Schatten und der Pool wärmt sich tagsüber herrlich auf. Die Vermieter Romina und Raúl wohnen oben im Haus, sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich, lassen einem aber alle Ruhe, die man möchte. Sie haben einen Hund, zwei Katzen und Hühner - unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Wir können einen Urlaub hier nur absolut empfehlen!
