We have really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful spot !

This place is very nice and the view is unique! We stayed with 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids) and the house had a lot of space and we did not use all rooms. The pool is nice and the walk to the beach is short. A few items in the house need replacement like the holder for the showers and the sunbeds. Everything was well arranged and clean. We would recommend this house and certainly consider to come back and stay there again.

Schönes Haus in grandioser Lage

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen verbracht. Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort und können eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aussprechen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter bzw. den Leuten vor Ort war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Mehr Werbung machen wir hier nicht. Sonst ist das Haus vielleicht nicht verfügbar, wenn wir es noch einmal mieten wollen. Denn wiederkommen wollen wir auf alle Fälle...

Magnifico entorno

La urbanización en que está situada la casa es magnifica. Al borde del mar con acceso directo a una agradable cala poco concurrida. Para los amantes del running o bicicleta se encuentra al lado de una senda litoral que recorre las calas de la zona. La casa está funcional pero correctamente equipada. Amplia y luminosa. Mejorable el mobiliario de jardín. En conjunto una agradable estancia

Schön mit Hindernissen, aber eben schön!!

Das Haus hat eine Traumlage mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Wir hatten wunderschönes Wetter und den Pool hatten wir auch quasi nur für uns. Das Haus bietet drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils ein eigenes Badezimmer. Ideal für uns drei Paare. Die Ausstattung, speziell die Gartenmöbel und Küchenausstattung sind stark abgenutzt und zum Teil (Gartenmöbel) nicht gebrauchsfähig. Die Betreuerin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Obwohl das Haus sich in einem geschlossenene Community befindet, wurde aus dem Haus wurde während unserer Abwesenheit ein Tablet-Computer entwendet. Also nicht nur die Terassen und Haustür, sondern auch die Dachterassentür abschliessen. Obwohl die Bewertung sich nicht 100% positiv anhört, hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und würden es auch uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Vielleicht wird das Hausbesitzer auch inzwischen etwas unternehmen, damit einiges bessert.

Traumlage nicht nur im Sommer

Wir haben bereits im 2 Jahr, 8 Wochen lang, den tollen Blick aufs Meer, genießen können. Nicht nur das Haus, auch die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Eine nette Spanierin, die auch Ansprechpartnerin ist, hat uns während der Zeit, die Räumlichkeiten gegen einen angemessen Betrag, sauber gehalten. Auf unsere Anregung hin hat die Vermieterin für alle Zimmer neue und gute Matratzen gekauft, der Schlaf war wirklich ungetrübt. Da das Fernsehempfang nur spanisch ist, hat es uns besonders gefreut, dass das Haus nun einen Internetanschluss hat, und wir so über unseren Laptop deutsche Nachrichten empfangen konnten. Um diese Jahreszeit (Jan.Feb.) hat man natürlich fast keine Nachbarn und nur wenige Touristen in Conil. Ausgedehnete Spaziergänge durch die Natur, über die Klippen und am langen Sandstrand am Atlantik entlang nach Conil, kann man in Ruhe genießen. Ein Grund für uns im nächsten Jahr wieder hinzufahren.
