About this property

House / Villa - Mormoiron

In the picturesque countryside at the foot of Mont Ventoux sits our traditional villa...
We are open all year round in our charming villa of 160 m2 in the heart of provence.
Our holiday home is ideal for big families or groups of friends due to the layout of our villa.
we have a central sitting room and four bedrooms with two bathrooms at each end of the house.
In the living room is a beautiful modern fireplace and there is a separate sitting room with TV and HIFI.
Next to our villa is a large terrace and an enclosed garden and just a stones throw away is a tree lined field with a river near by.
Our villa is open to family or friends as we can offer a real french boule terrain,an independant play room with ping-pong,table football and billards.We also have a plunge pool (6m on 5m ) an verandah of 40m2 wich opens on to our garden...

Nous nous sommes tous fait bouffé par les moustiques (tigres). Pendant un gros orage, la toiture a fuit comme une passoir et la terrasse s’est transformée en une véritable piscine. Apres contact, le propriétaire est venu. Il était au courant du mauvais état de la toiture et a minimalisé les dégats et nos ennuies. Sa compensation (bouteille de vin) était franchement très maigre. Points positifs: le calme et la grande surface de la maison et sa terrasse et jardin.

Belle maison, nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines au mois d’août. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute et disponible en cas de besoin. Attention cependant aux équipements un peu vieillissants qui peuvent assombrir le charme de cette jolie bâtisse !

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines en famille (un couple et trois grands ados) et nous sommes tous revenus enchantés.Dès l’accueil, tout a été simple et agréable : propriétaire très sympathique, modalités d’arrivée et de départ arrangeantes. Le logement est parfaitement conforme à la description : spacieux, très confortable, propre et particulièrement calme.La terrasse, ombragée et intime, est un vrai plaisir du matin au soir. La piscine, même si elle n’est pas très profonde, est idéale pour se rafraîchir en rentrant d’excursion. Le grand jardin à l’arrière, avec son terrain de boules, a été notre lieu de rendez-vous quotidien : nous y avons passé toutes nos soirées, dans une ambiance conviviale et détendue. La salle de jeux n’a pas été beaucoup utilisée, mais la véranda s’est révélée précieuse lors des soirées plus fraîches ou venteuses.La maison offre suffisamment d’espace pour que chacun trouve son coin, tout en restant propice aux moments partagés. C’est un lieu à la fois pratique et chaleureux, où l’on se sent immédiatement bien.Le cadre est superbe : Vaucluse magnifique, météo idéale… bref, un vrai havre de paix pour des vacances réussies.Nous recommandons vivement ce logement, que ce soit pour une grande famille, un séjour entre amis ou même plusieurs générations : tout est réuni pour passer d’excellents moments ensemble.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable à la maison d'Ocre.Le lieu est très paisible et spacieux. Il est très bien équipé. On se sent chez soi.Nous avons voyagé en famille, à 3 générations et tout le monde a été enchanté ;Les grands parents bénéficiaient de commodités adaptées avec le logement entièrement de plain pied.Les petits-enfants profitaient, entre autres, de la piscine, du terrain de pétanque et de la table de ping-pong.Les parents appréciaient la proximité de lieux touristiques agréables et variés.Nous recommandons amplement aux visiteurs de séjourner chez Claire et Denis pour s'assurer de passer des vacances réussies.

Spacieuse maison avec puscine en terre d'ocres.

Réunion amicale annuelle où nous avons pleinement profité de cette maison de famille.Rien ne nous manquait et la piscine nous a permis de supporter cette canicule.La région est très belle et l'accueil de Denis fort sympathique. Nous avons passé une semaine en famille, avec nos enfants de 8, 10 et 12 ans, à la Maison d'Ocre. L'agencement de la maison était parfait pour nous, les enfants avaient leur espace et nous le nôtre.L'environnement est très calme. Nous avons fait d'agréables joggings variés au départ de la maison et de belles randonnées à quelques kilomètres.

Un gîte authentique où il fait bon séjourner

Location pendant une semaine pour un séjour vélo et parcourir les magnifiques routes de la région. Gîte très bien placé, au portes du Luberon, et tout près des sites incontournables de la région. Lieu au calme, plein de charme où nous avons passé un très agréable moment. Un endroit chaleureux et au cachet certain à recommander pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Découverte du pays du Vent

Sejour avec nos enfants, maison super pour 3 à 4 couples et/ou 2 enfants. La pièce centrale est géniale pour se retrouver tous pour des discussions et des aperos sympathiques. Et les chambres de part et d'autre permettent de se reposer tranquillement. Le jardin est superbe, la terrasse parfaite pour des petits déjeuners au soleil. La région est magnifique et il y a plein de choses intéressantes à faire et à voir. Et on peut amener les chiens qui sont eux aussi au paradis

Großes Haus mit Charakter in traumhaft ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzaufenthalt in dem individuell eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Es hat viel Charakter, ist sehr gemütlich und bietet sehr viel Platz und Besonderheiten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfreich. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Séjour formidable

Un gîte très spacieux très propre bien équipé. Salle de ping-pong indépendante permettant aux uns de se reposer et aux autres de faire du bruit. Terrain de pétanque avec tout le matériel disponible. Aucun bruit alentours. A 1/2h du mont Ventoux pour une belle excursion. Le propriétaire est très sympa. Bref que du positif, j’y reviendrai sûrement.
