Park at the front door and find all the comforts of home in this four-story Townhouse. The main level has a front deck, storage shed, fully-equipped Kitchen, half bath, as well as dining area with plenty of seating. The living room is bright and airy with cathedral ceilings, skylights, fireplace, air conditioning, and sliding glass doors leading to a back deck with beautiful mountain views.

Two bedrooms are on the lower level one has a set of twins bunk beds & a full size bed with cable TV, and the other has a Queen size bed with cable TV, full bath, washer and dryer. The bottom level has a family room, it contains a full-size futon, cable TV. A perfect escape for the children or the adults. There is also a 4th bedroom on this level. The upper loft has a queen-size bed, cable TV, and a bathroom with a stall shower.

One concern was the parking space in front of the condo. It would be helpful to have lines as we had to readjust the parking several times as did the neighboring condo.

ski trip

The house was perfect for our situation. It was close to the ski slopes, had enough parking and suited our needs. We had kitchen items to be able to cook. The homeowner was wonderful to deal with. We brought towels as instructed but forgot dish and hand towels.

Enjoyed our staycation at Camelback. Wanted to have ski in/out access to the mountain. The condo was comfortable, but lacked basic kitchen and bathroom essentials.

Great Space and Location

Location was walking distance to the mountain and home was very spacious. The owner was easy to get in touch with. We all had a great time!

Great place at a great price

This house is immaculate and very spacious for sleeping. We were comfortably able to seat 10 at the table for dinner, and we found the kitchen to be quite functional for meal preparation. There were so many tv's with so many channels that there was no fighting over who gets to choose what to watch (we had a wide ranging group). Although it is a townhouse amid a large complex of identical townhouses, the house is private and quiet. You're not hearing domestic sounds from neighbors or cars driving up. Some things I would have liked to know before I booked: 1. the a/c is not central. It is one big unit that very comfortably cools the main floor. The loft is somewhat cooled by this unit with the assistance of ceiling fans. The lower bedrooms only have ceiling fans. My husband and I thought all the rooms were comfortable at night, but some of my children said they felt warm and stuffy. I didn't think to open the windows. That would probably have helped. 2. The basketball and tennis are a good 3 minute drive from the house - not quite step outside and go play tennis or swim. They were only open from 11am-5pm and you could swim until 6:30. Those were the prime hours that we were out and about. When we came back around dinner time, there was absolutely nothing to do other than watch tv. There is no outdoor play space and there's not much to see from the porch. 3. We didn't see the foosball and the air hockey was broken. Those were the reasons I booked this house (after the many hours of sifting through relevant properties), because it would have meant indoor activities besides tv. Tricia tried her best to help out with the air hockey but in the end, the kids mostly just sat and watched tv in the early mornings and evenings. In conclusion: This is a great house to use as a launch pad for a very packed and busy vacation. If you want to rent a home in the mountains and just chill in it with your family, going out for occasional hikes, you should probably look for something with a little more to do in and around the house.

Fun family vacay, even with rain!

We have 5 children 13& under. The home was very comfortable and relaxing to come back to after busy days at the attractions. We were so busy that we never got to use the pool on the property but it was nice to have that option. The children got to see lots of animals and it was so enjoyable to feel nature all around. Yet, the outlets, restaurants and town center was within 5-10 minutes of driving. Our host was always available and helpful. In the mornings, I felt like I was in a coffee commercial, sitting on the back porch that overlooked mountains. In the evening, we snuggled with a fire on and chatted until late. My dream was to build memories for my family that was genuine. This was a beautiful getaway.

Excellent spot for family fun

We had the best family vacation at this condo. So much space for family members to relax. Very clean, excellent communication with the owner. So many positives to report...beautiful decks with views, spacious rooms, plenty of seating for meals. Super location-so close to so many Pocono attractions.

Great stay

We had a great ski vacation! House is big and warm. Big enough to accommodate 11 person. Shower water is good too, as long as you do it in groups. Trish is very nice to let us checked in early. Will come back again later.

Loved it! Only1 thing. Needs more hot h2o. We took very fast showers & still ran out.

House is perfect!!! Great!!!! Will stay again for sure!!!! 1 thing Just needs 2 have a bigger hot water heater. We (8 of us) took very very very quick showers. And after 4th person the rest had ice cold. (like spinal block cold) But we survived.

Thank you Lisa, I am happy you enjoyed my home. I'm sorry to hear about the hot water issue, I will have the plumber check the hot water heater. It might just be a setting issue, I had a brand new 50 gallon hot water heater installed just this past November. Thank you again for spending your time away at my home.

Amazing getaway!

Amazing place to stay

Great weekend in a great location

The house was exactly as advertised. Trish was very responsive to text messages. Even girls in office were very nice when we had to update parking pass. Home was clean, with plenty of space, I like the lock box for the key. Very easy to use. 2 minutes to cammel back (or you can walk 1/8 mile to birch trail) 15 minutes from outlet stores.

Great Location! Spacious and extremely clean!

This was a wonderful rental for me and my family. It was 12 of us and we did not feel cramped at all. The home could have easily accommodated 4 more. Trish the owner is the best! She was so accommodating and was able to meet all of our needs. My family really enjoyed how close we were to many attractions on Camelback Mountain. The home is fully stocked in the kitchen for food preparation as well as an outdoor grill. We will definitely be back! Thanks again Trish!!

Great stay

I was a little concerned booking the house through this site since it was my first time using it but I had a pleasant experience. I booked this house for a birthday weekend and I have to say that Trish was amazing. She always answered my questions very quickly and was very accommodating to our large family. She provided all the required information and we had no issues finding or entering the house. Her home was perfect for our party. The set up of the house was great. It had enough room for everyone to sleep and the living room was perfect for all. The house was very clean. It has minimal decoration which is great. The kitchen is equipped with all basic necessities for cooking. We had great time and my family already wants to come back.

Great Place to stay!!

This was really a great house for the weekend. The house was extremely clean and had a ton of space for a large group. Trish the owner was very accomodating and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice house in a very quiet community.

Great Comfy Home in Camelback Village

This was a great home and the owner was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Our family of 12 slept comfortable and made great memories. The house was well kept and clean. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and towels for bathroom. The slope was a bit of a walk on a hill but close enough for the kids to get to. We made all our meals and ordered pizza. She also has a binder with pertinent information about community and ordering. We used the pool and sauna in community which was a plus for the adults and kids. I will definitely consider renting again.
