Location to slopes was amazing & really elevated our experience! Unit was very clean & well equipped for our stay. Only downside was basement room was not in the best shape for guests. Rotted door was extremely drafty overnight. It was also lacking a full couch that was intended to be a bed. It was shown in both the unit photos & description but was not onsite. Would consider staying again once repairs to the basement are completed & set up to be comfortable for overnight guests.

Thank you very much and my greatest apologies. Just the week prior we had the door collapse in from rotted wood. We had the handyman come out and he unfortunately had to replace the whole door (4-6 week order procedure). Completely my fault in that I notified previous renters to warn them but forgot to warn you. I am so sorry. All will be improved and updated for your return. Very sorry

Great stay!

Great location, and clean house! Very relaxing stay. Club house was a nice bonus to the stay as well, which includes a pool, sauna, hot tub, indoor tennis, pickleball and basketball. Overall highly recommend!

Ski weekend

House was great for our group. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. It was a little hard to get to the house from the slopes because the Birtches slope wasn’t open. The TV was also a little challenging to work. Overall a great stay!

Ski on ski off. 20 feet from the clicking into your skis or strapping your boots on your board from front door. Mountain open from 830AM-10PM and very well lit up. In and out for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and naps easily. It’s a big money saver versus the pricy on and off mountain restaurants. WiFi and TVs in every room on every floor. Easily handled a group 12 for eating, playing games, and most importantly enough bathrooms for all. Highly recommended for cost conscience ski/board families. Price to value is as good as it gets.....as long as there’s snow!

A very nice property, close to the slopes but not 100% ski in/ski out

This is a very nice property close to the slopes. It is not recently renovated but it is in excellent working conditions. The kitchen has everything needed to have a family dinner and we were able to sit in 12 around the dining table. There are plenty of beds for a large group. Check in and check out were a breeze and the manager is very communicative and kind. The only downside is that in order to reach the slopes it is necessary to go up a full flight of stairs. Even after doing that if the run “birches” is not open you cannot really ski in and ski out (to ski out you would need to go through a portion of a closed slope). So during our stay we ended up driving down the mountain to safely access the slopes.

Family Ski Trip

We all really enjoyed our stay. We were already talking about the next time. The home was big enough for all 12 of us. The location was great to hop on and off the trails. There were a few broken items in the home but nothing that effected our stay. There was stuff in the closets, outside closet, and kitchen cabinets but we just worked around it. The only downside, which had nothing to do with the actual home, was actually getting on and off the trail. The steps were broken/closed and the side of the trail was icy making it difficult to get onto the snow. Seems like the community could work with the mountain to give better access. Maybe it’s better when there is real snow on the ground.

Almost five stars

Definitely a great condo. Super close to the slopes. Big tvs with lots of viewing choices. There is steep set of about 10 steps to carry skis with ski boots is a challenge. First time I’ve been in 1 with 3 levels. Third level great for teens that aren’t ready to sleep when adults are. Only a few issues. There is a jacuzzi tub. Me and my wife thought it would be a great way to heal sore muscles. The problem is there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it. Then when there was just enough water to cover the jets. There’s no way to turn on the a actual jacuzzi. I turned every switch in that bathroom. So if there is a way there’s not good instructions. So it was basically just a half filled hot bath. Kind of disappointing. Then there’s no hot water for anyone else to shower. We got a notice on the door that the water was dangerous to drink and to boil before consumption. Don’t think that’s a fault of owners but it wasn’t ideal. Also. The ski closet is already full of equipment. I got 2 sets of skis in there but had to store 4 snowboards on the deck. Pretty good overall but not quite 5 stars.

We will have both looked at immediately. - Apologies - it looks like the previous renters accidentally left their equipment in the closet - we weren't aware - usually the closet is empty for the renter's use. Please pardon the inconvenience. - Ugh on the boil water advisory. I appreciate you understanding that was out of our control but appears to have been a water main issue in the development. Host was very responsive to questions we had prior to the stay and if needed during the stay. Ski on/off option was great (as long as the lift is running). House has many steep stairs so be mindful of that. A bonus for this house was the extra space it had compared to others in the same complex. We had plenty of room and bathrooms for our party of 7. Only negative was beds aren’t the comfiest but works for a quick stay.

Comfortable family home

We were able to sleep twelve of us (4 adults and 8 kids under 10) with beds to spare, even though a couple of the pull-outs malfunctioned. There's a bathroom on every floor! The ski slope is steps away, and everything in the kitchen worked well enough for us to feed our big crew at home. Alex is friendly and easy to get a hold of, and so is the clubhouse staff and security. If you're ok with a little dust, this is a comfortable and budget-friendly way to host your bigger group.

Exactly what we were looking for!

Very nice place with an amazing location along the slope side. From the front steps, you only have to walk about 40 feet to the groomed ski slope. Check in/out was seamless. Only issue for us was some cleanliness issues, but I chalk it up to us trying to check in earlier than we were supposed to and the cleaning staff may not have finished. All and all, we will book the house again! Thank you Alexandra for letting us stay in your home.

Family of 5 from NJ whose 3 children (one in college now, one in high school and one in elementary school) spent every winter weekend growing up skiing Camelback Mountain. As the kids have gotten older and sports take up their time, we are anxious to open our home to others to enjoy our very accommodating and well appointed home.

We've taken great care to update the home to give a comfortable yet well appointed ski lodge feel that provides ample space for even more than one family to stay at a time. With four levels of living space there is room for everyone to do their own thing if they wish - as well as great common space for guests to relax together. Basement also serves as a great second family room with direct access outdoors.

Rooms are very well appointed with TVs and WiFi in all rooms.
