We stayed in this beautiful house and grounds with my family and my parents. It was just perfect. Lovely house and grounds. Everything had been thought of. We used the lovely bbq area and the pool was fabulous. Remote setting, had lovely walks around it but needed car for restaurants, shops etc. visited some gorgeous towns which the host had recommended. Thanks you. X

Wat een geweldig huis met heerlijk zwembad en oh zo handige zomerkeuken (met 1 elektrische kookplaat, grote koelkast en afsluitbare douche)We hebben genoten van alles wat er aangeboden wordt echter helaas niet kunnen badmintonnen vanwege de vaak net iets te harde wind. Er is geen echte airco aanwezig maar een geniaal systeem wat in de vloer ligt en de ruimtes koel houdt als je de luiken in de woonkamer dicht houdt. De hoek slaapkamer werd in onze periode toch snel warm en dat was jammer. Wij hadden de pech dat we maar 1 keer de kliko voor het plastic afval aan de weg konden zetten. Patricia en Jean Marc hebben dit perfect voor ons opgelost door onze 3 vuilniszakken vol met plastic weg te brengen. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk en alles werd duidelijk in het Frans uitgelegd. Wat wij niet helemaal goed hadden begrepen was dat we echt om 1700 werden verwacht. Wij kregen rond 1750 een vriendelijke sms van Patricia met de vraag of alles oké was en wanneer we ongeveer dachten aan te komen. Het uitchecken was eigenlijk alleen om ons persoonlijk gedag te zeggen en een veilige terugreis te wensen. Wij huren nu voor de 6e keer een woning via VRBO en dit huis was het schoonste en meest compleet uitgerust met zelfs handdoeken en badlakens. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Patricia en Jean Marc dank jullie wel voor de hartelijke ontvangst en een heerlijk verblijf in jullie mooie huis. Groetjes, Frank, Myke, Don, Luna, Ray en Mirjam

Excellent séjour dans un petit coin de paradis.

Nous avons loué cette magnifique maison à 3 couples d’amis et avons passé un séjour merveilleux. L’accueil des propriétaires était parfait. La maison est idéalement située, proche des commerces en voiture et des villages pittoresques (Balazuc, Labeaume etc…..). Pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et la nature, n’hésitez pas à louer ce havre de paix. La piscine est grande avec un coin cuisine d’été et le terrain de pétanque à 2 pas. Le paradis ❤️

Nous avons adoré cette grande maison, très confortable en pleine nature, avec une très belle piscine et de grandes terrasses ombragées. Patricia et Jean-Marc sont des hôtes charmants, aux petits soins pour que vos vacances soient des plus agréables. La maison était nickel à notre arrivée. Alentours très agréables pour de nombreuses activités, canoë, randonnées, visites de village, Chauvet. D’excellents producteurs bio à proximité et de bons commerces de bouches à Aubenas. Nous recommandons vivement cette location 😊

Maison très bien située, très bien équipée et fraîche

La maison est à l'abri des regards en contrebas d'une petite rue très peu passante, entourée d'arbre et de rochers. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. Elle est spacieuse et lumineuse, très bien équipée et climatisée par le sol. L'espace piscine est tout simplement magnifique. La maison offre un point de départ idéal et calme pour visiter la région. Nous y avons été très bien accueilli par Patricia et Jean-Marc, qui nous ont donné de nombreux conseils sur les différents points d'intérêts (randonnées, visites, marchés...). Séjour parfait

La maison est idéalement située, proche des sites du sud Ardèche mais au calme. L’environnement immédiat est très beau, le jardin offre des espaces différenciés selon l’humeur et les moments de la journée. Enfants comme adultes ont apprécié le confort de la maison et la piscine. Amazing property

We really had a great time in this outstanding villa. The property is clean and well-equipped, the outdoors setting is beautiful and the pool and summer kitchen were perfect places to relax after hot summer days. I love that the house's architectural design incorporates a rock boulder in the downstairs area, which has a cooling effect in that room as well as making you feel like you're in a cosy cave. The owners were very nice people and communicating with them was smooth and effective. If you're looking for a quiet place with green surroundings and no overlooking by neighbours, look no further!

La maison est parfaite pour des vacances et on s'y sent très bien. Wunderschönes Haus in der Natur

Das auf den ersten Blick einfacher als auf den Bildern wirkende Haus bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub in der schönen Ardeche-Region und überrascht auf den zweiten Blick durch seine einzigartige Integration in die Natur. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, der Pool sehr gepflegt und nicht überchlort. Die Aussendusche und Aussenküche am Pool mit den schönen Liegen und Hängematten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt sehr großzügig angelegt, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ruhe genossen und eine wunderschöne Urlaubsgegend entdeckt. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
