El penthouse se extiende por 3 plantas con espacio de estar y cocina en ambientes, 2 dormitorios en el segundo piso y el dormitorio principal en la parte superior. Baños completos están asociadas a cada habitación y hay un medio baño en la planta principal. Las cubiertas son en cada nivel, con la azotea patio en el dormitorio principal. Nuestro apartamento se distingue por su ubicación en el extremo del océano del edificio permitiendo vistas al mar de 180 grados a lo largo de la Bahía de Manzanillo! Cada habitación cuenta con fantásticas vistas al mar desde la península de Las Hadas a Downtown Manzanillo,
El complejo tiene una piscina grande y hermosa con jacuzzi, cascada, piscinas para niños, bar en la piscina y la piscina de bronceado. Hay una piscina, cafetería y bar de copas abierto de miércoles a domingo en temporada alta. Disponible para uso de los huéspedes son tenis, baloncesto y bádminton de tenis, redes de fútbol y voleibol de playa. Internet wi-fi disponible en el vestíbulo. Un área de juegos en el Palapa y el personal de recepción amable y servicial completar su estancia en el complejo de apartamentos más populares de la ciudad!

The views are amazing, but....

Communication with the owner is terrible. Booked this place for three weeks cause it slept 6 which fit hubby and I, our kids and two gkids. Belatedly realized that we had been charged extra for 'additional guests'. When I questioned it, Steve didn't seem to know about it and suggested I contact VRBO for assistance. Took a bit of time but VRBO was excellent, advising that it was a switch Steve had activated on his rental. They tried contacting Steve through various media and advised me they had no response. Steve texted me to call him and advised me that since the kids and gkids were not staying the entire time, he would refund me just under half the additional charge. No monies seen yet.Two identical looking welcome folders contain different and some outdated information. I wrote to Steve about finding mice turds in one of the drawers and the day before we left, read instructions in the folder I hadn't read about contacting the front desk. The dryer did not work well and greyed some of our white clothing. We did contact maintenance to fix a few issues.We did have a lovely stay but I do expect the owner to deal with issues as they arise. I wrote him twice and received no response.On the plus side: The location is great, superstore-like store across the street, 180 degree views of the beach from the top floor, cleaning lady comes in every two days to sweep and wash floors, water is delivered upon request by contacting the reception desk. The pool is beautiful.

Bad Host

Strike 1. Host told us a few days prior to arrival that living room T.V. didn't work but he'd fix it in May. Management came to say that a burning smell was reported.The dryer had a prior fire not repaired. A handyman was sent and an item was removed from dryer. We spent until Feb 22 without a working dryer. Strike 2. Host suggest we use building laundry. We're told we CANNOT use the building laundry for personal clothing, just bedding and towels. Host then suggests we use an offsite laundry. The Patio Umbrella had 1 of only 2 retaining clips attached. We didn't open it as we felt it unsafe.Told the Host and he mailed LOL which meant lots of luck. It DID pull free in the wind and fell inward. Had it gone over the balcony it could have killed someone on pool deck 4 floors below. The s/s shower head in the Master bathroom kept turning from face down to face up and had to be lifted back. While lifting it it fell off into my hand. If I hadn't caught it it could have severely damaged my feet. The bedside lampshades in the Master bedroom are in tatters. The T.V in the Master bedroom suddenly had only sound. Handyman sent from management. He got picture back but from then on we had no channels in English despite the efforts of management and Hosts "friends". Toaster won't work unless control held down manually. Many more problems but no room to write them all down. We DO have pictures available if you want them. NOT GOOD

Fabulous for families!

This is a great place to take a family! It is safe and securely located. Getting to and from the airport is straightforward and getting around locally is by taxi or even bus is just as easy if you're inclined. All amenities are nearby and within walking distance - shopping, restaurants, medical, dental, etc. - even the local coffee place has great espresso for early risers. The condo itself is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need from cooking utensils to pool playtoys. It is spacious and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and everything is well maintained and clean. The host Sara is very kind and accomodating. She's quite knowledgable about local places and things to do. If she doesn't know the answers to something she will get them for you. We've traveled many times to Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, and Cancun/Playa and stayed in a variety of everything from big resorts to airbnbs. Sara's place definitely ranks amongst the best of those experiences - we will be looking to repeat!

Amazing pool!

Lovely condo with a great view and amazing pool. Loved having our own rooms with our own bathrooms. Place was clean, kitchen well stocked. Soriana’s (Large supermarket) right across the street. Maid every 2 days and the grounds were well cared for and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Great Vaction Spot in the sun

We spent the month of February/2019 here enjoying the sun. Great Condo, perfect location to watch the ships going in and out of port; don’t forget your binoculars. You will get your exercise going up and down the stairs but the views from the top deck are fantastic and your reward. We got our exercise first thing in the morning taking breakfast upstairs to watch the sun come up and again at night toasting the sunset. There is everything you need in the condo for cooking and preparing meals and all in good condition. Having your own washer and dryer is an added bonus to make it a perfect vacation spot. Grocery stores and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance. Lots of places to explore and very safe. Travelling by bus is easy, safe and part of the experience of being in Mexico. We plan on returning. Sara was always quick to answer any questions we had.

Sounds of the ocean

This condo is at the end of the building overlooking the ocean. Going to sleep listening to the waves is lovely. There is also close access to the pool, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this unit, and Manzanillo, for those looking for a place on the ocean.

Beautiful Complex!

4 of us (retirees) stayed for 4 weeks in Feb. 2018. The Gran Pacifico's pool, security, staff, grounds, location to restaurants, groceries, banks, transit are exceptional. People were very friendly. The views from this condo are beautiful. The owner answered any questions we had quickly while we were there. Front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, blender, bullet, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, spices - everything you need. The fridge is new and large. All the bathrooms and showers were great with large rain shower heads and plenty of hot water. The middle floor bedrooms were nicely done with new tile floors and very clean. The upper floor master bedroom mattress was like a thick foamy covered with a fabric covering - too low and too soft for us. The other beds were good. The surf sound was pounding, not lulling, and at times at night you could feel the building actually shake. You don't hear it so much in the mid flloor bedrooms. The main part of the MBr floor was a bamboo wood which had split and lifted due to humidity. Needs to be replaced, as does the laminate flooring and baseboards on the main floor. (A breeding ground for bugs). I believe the owners will be doing this as they have boxes of tiles in one of the closets. The patio door and screens in it on main floor are awkward and don't work well and we choose to leave them closed rather than fight with them, however the owner advised they will be replacing the door and screens. Overall the condo was comfortable and with a pool like this one and the sand and ocean steps away there is no way one can't have a fabulous vacation at this complex.

Great location and exactly what I expected

The condo is in a perfect location both within the complex and within town. First within the complex you are near the stairs so have easy access to the beach and the pool. The whole complex is located in the perfect place in town for eating and shopping. So many great restaurants within walking distance or a short cab ride away. The condo itself is a bit older and some updates have been done and as I could see the owner are upgrading things a little as the go along. This I knew before we went so it was not a surprise and the price of the condo reflects that you are not renting a new modern looking condo. I enjoyed its charm and it is kept up and clean. The view from the top master deck is probably the best part of the condo and makes the daily climb worthwhile also reduces the guilt of the extra calories from the vacation food and drink going up and down the stairs a few extra times a day. The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location, Family friendly, Absolutely Beautiful

Our stay was great. The condo was perfect for our 2 boys and daughter, hubby and I. We have a rental condo in Orlando and have realistic expectations when staying in someone else's place, especially on the ocean. Everything worked well in the condo- shades, fridge, water cooler and we loved sitting on the third floor patio to watch the sun rise every morning with our coffee. There were plenty of plates, cups, cutlery and storage containers- it seems like we can never have enough of those when traveling with a family of five! The staff was amazing- check in was easy, the keys worked great, our kids got to practice their Spanish when asking for the "la mesa de futbol"- absolutely not the Spanish word for foosball, but they got the message across. The house cleaner came twice and loved seeing the kids, asking if it was ok for her to stay and clean. I tipped her $20 pesos each time and she seemed genuinely grateful (I never know how much to tip in these cases bc it is so different in the States). The complex was wonderful. We played tennis and swam in the pool everyday. We walked the beach and the kids jumped in the water down the way bc when they went to the water at the complex, the guards waved them out. I appreciate their concern for the kids' safety, there is quite an undertow. We did go to Miramar Beach our last day (only 12 minutes away) and the waves were much more user friendly. Your binder was a great asset and Chris and I had an amazing dinner at Puerto Viejo. We had thought about going snorkeling, but decided to go the more relaxing route and stay put at the resort. There was a great mix of Americans, Canadians and Mexicans and everyone was super family friendly and well behaved (kids and adults alike). The bar was open every afternoon with a good selection of bar food: guac, fries, nachos, hamburgers, club sandwiches. Having Soriana so close was amazing and we cooked most meals in. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay in your place again. (PS- There is a night life- we met up with 20/30 somethings and hit one of the clubs and danced the night away, well I did, Chris stayed back with the kids. Maybe we'll get a sitter next time. :) -- Anne Marie, Chris, Colin, Ellie and Patrick

Great condo in a super complex!

I have stayed in several units in this complex, this one did not Disappoint. The unit was in great condition and the views were awesome! We have stayed in other hotels and condos, including some all-inclusive resorts in Manzanillo but this is our favorite and we highly recommend it.

Beautiful spot Oceanside

Stayed 3 weeks in Villa 223. The property is extremely well managed and clean. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. Beware of the stairs though. My son said it was like living in a treehouse.

Property is well maintained, right on the beach, and the pool is magnificent

The condo could use a little updating, but is a beautiful place to stay in Manzanillo. Beach views from every floor, the top floor terrace as nice as one could want. Located within walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Manzanillo isn't Puerto Vallarta, but that's part of the point of going--the beaches, restaurants, activities are not crowded at all. We went directly to a table every time, every place. Did I mention the pool? Really--Wow. The front desk is very attentive, the parking underground secure, and our almost 2 week stay was not regrettable in the least! Sara, the host, outlined all expectations, and compliance is not an issue. Northern Illinois was a distant memory the whole time. Loved it!

Wonderful location and complex.

The unit was large, comfortable and had an amazing view from almost every window. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were in good repair. The owner responded very quickly to any emails and was a pleasure to deal with. The pool was amazing, very large and well maintained. There were lots of tables and chairs around the pool so it was easy to pick a place to spend the day either in the shade or the sun. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect as the complex is close to a large grocery store, shopping and wonderful restaurants. The buses are easy to use and very inexpensive. We throughly enjoyed Manzanillo as there are so many day trips to go on. Would definitely go back.

Great Condo right in the heart of Manzanillo

Great location with amenities and great restaurants and bars within walking distance. We stayed there late January. The condo was ideal for our group and it was great having the washer and dryer. We also enjoyed the swim up bar at the pool but was only open Thursday-Sunday. It wasn't an issue as there are markets within walking distance so we could bring our own drinks to the pool. The tide was strong when we were there and prevented swimming. We would drive the short distance to the public beach. All in all it was a great value for the amenities provided.

Loved Manzanillo and great condo!

We had a amazing time and loved Manzanillo. The condo was very comfortable for 3 couples and It worked out great for us. Everything was in perfect working order in the condo and we loved the location. We all agreed the pool is the best in Manzanillo and so well kept. The views from the condo were incredible. Never needed to turn on the air conditioners and it was always comfortable. All staff at the property were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff helped us arrange a larger vehicle to get the 6 of us back to the airport. We never saw maids in the unit but could tell they had been there - did leave them a tip each time. Pool bar staff were fun to visit with and drinks were delicious - just sad to hear they are going to leave the condo to open a restaurant but they said one of the waiters was going to take over the business at the condo- so maybe much won't change. We also found other guests and owners at the condo to be very friendly and willing to offer advise on restaurants and activities. We ventured out to several beaches - Mirimar and La Boquita. It was so easy to take the bus but taxis were so inexpensive that we took a taxi to La Boquita beach. Jorge (recommended by Sara) arranged a snorkeling and fishing trip for us. The snorkeling trip was a blast - we saw so many fish and enjoyed it so much. The fishing trip was fun too - just caught a few small fish - the best touch of the fishing trip was on the ride back to shore they made us ceviche from the fish we caught - so delicious. We were surprised at the great value of everything - our dollar is so strong there. The grocery store across the street, Soriana, is large and has everything you would need. Many great restaurants within walking distance. This was our first trip to Manzanillo and I can't wait to go back and hope to stay longer next time. The information provided by the owner Sara was really helpful.

Perfect Holiday!

Our family of 4 (kids 8 & 5 years) stayed for a week here and it couldn't have been better for us. We felt at home as soon as we walked into the place. The staff there were first class and helped us with any questions and were very friendly. The condo itself had everything we needed and more. Everything was in perfect working order. The pool (as advertised) is the best in the area. Amazing restaurants all within walking distance and a grocery store across the street. Our family cannot wait to come back! The owners are great to deal with. I Highly recommended this property.

Sunny Christmas and New Years!

The 3 bedroom, 3 floor condo was great to stay in! It was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The location was great - right on the end and with close access to the beach and the pool. The unit has air conditioning if you need it and a big bonus - Wi-Fi in the unit!! The wi-fi worked while we were there and it was so nice to have! We had kids and grandchildren with us and it fit all 6 of us very well. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The pool is great for kids and adults - and often you can order food and drinks by the pool. The condo development is close to shopping, restaurants and a variety of services. You can catch a bus just outside and go to town. We would definitely consider staying in the unit again.

Rented this unit for six weeks. Not a complaint. Location in the community could not be any better everything you need right out your door. Bus service if you want to explore easy as well as taxis. The unit great location to the pool which is amazing as well are all the staff. The condo unit is very well stocked with all you will require should you choose to cook or just relax. Would not hesitate to return..

Great Condo in Manzanillo, Mexico

Beautiful place. We would definitely go back again. The condo was clean and well taken care of with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff were great and very friendly. The pool and patio were really nice too. It was a great location near restaurants and shopping. Locals were all friendly too. Highly recommended for a wonderful relaxing Mexico vacation.

Beautiful beach front condo

Absolutely loved the property. 3 floors with a huge deck on the top floors. Loved that every bedroom had a large full bathroom. Easily shared between 3 couples, a family or a group of friends. Pool was clean and refreshing. We loved sitting on the beach wall's edge so that we could swim in the pool or ocean. Location was great, we walk across the street to a gigantic grocery store and area had tuns of beach bars and restaurants. The restaurant recommendations and day trips were spot on... My first trip to Mexico and I never got sick. I live in Vancouver, Canada and love the east coast of Mexico for the clear water. But after a week in Manzanillo with clear blue sky, 30'c days and 22'c nights, I am switching coasts. Was really happy we had no rain and loved sitting out on the patio at night and having a drink.

I’ve been travelling down to Manzanillo every year since 2008 with, my then young, kids. With the pleasant climate and friendly locals it is a very welcoming area. I’ve always felt safe and secure both within the complex and out and about walking around town. The complex is gated and has 24 hour security which is good for peace of mind.

This penthouse is my dream vacation destination. This specific townhouse has the best view of and is closest to the beach. The combination of being so close to the water and the condo being located at the end of the building allows for a 180 degree ocean view. With balconies on every floor and a rooftop patio right off the master suite, there is no shortage of places to relax! I’ve even added a bar fridge in the master suite so there’s no need to have to traipse back downstairs for your next drink. Outside of the property there are many activities you can take part in whether you enjoy exploring local restaurants and being immersed in a different culture or you enjoy adventurous activities like snorkeling or sea-dooing.

If you’re coming from Vancouver, like me, there are plenty of ways to get to Manzanillo, Mexico. One way is by flying from Vancouver to Mexico City (with a layover), and from Mexico City to Manzanillo. This route will take approximately 10 hours. Another great way to get to Manzanillo is through Calgary, Alberta which has a direct flight to Manzanillo and will take approximately 6 hours.
