The unit unit spans approximately 450 square meters of indoor living space and an equal or major amount of private outdoor areas, it is set within a semi-detached villa of two units, each one completely independent from the other, featuring a private garden and exclusive-use pool.

Each space has been designed for comfort and conviviality: six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens (indoor and outdoor), and elegant living areas with Smart TVs, Netflix, a premium sound system, and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests in four double bedrooms and two quadruple rooms, making it ideal for large families, groups of friends, or private events in an exclusive and refined setting.
