Nous louons notre maison très spéciale de coquillages, la résidence exclusive du Capos Coda Cavallo à San Teodoro, avec accès direct à la plage de Cala Suaraccia, (plage de sable très approprié pour les enfants ...) où vous pouvez également louer des petits bateaux et réservez snorkeling et excursions sous-marines guidées par des professionnels de la Sous Dive Center Aquarius pour visiter ce magnifique parc marin de Tavolara et Molara îles. Dans la résidence il y a aussi un club-house avec bar et des jeux simples pour les enfants, tennis tennis et piscine tout à la disposition des clients. La maison se compose de séjour - cuisine avec tout le confort pour la cuisson, un lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, plaque vitrocéramique induction, 1 four électrique et micro-ondes 1, 1 bouilloire, 1 Machine à expresso, angle LCD TV SAT avec dvd dolby et un canapé confortable; chambre double avec salle de bain de bleu turquoise, chambre double avec salle de bain corail rose, et attenant petit salon avec télévision par satellite à écran LCD et DVD et un canapé-lit 2 autres couchages, pour un total de 6 lits confortables; grand porche, couverte avec barbecue entourée d'une terrasse nature, soleil avec vue imprenable sur les îles de Tavolara et Molara, et petite terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la plage, jardin privé équipé pour un solarium, une douche et un accès direct à la plage de Cala Suaraccia où il y a aussi 1 parasol et 2 chaises longues réservés inclus dans le tarif à partir du 1er Juin de chambre au 30 Septembre. Après chaque démarrage se fait le nettoyage et récupération totale du nettoyage professionnel des entreprises avec des produits de désinfection de puissance qui assurent un maximum d'hygiène. La maison a aussi la climatisation dans toutes les chambres et FREE WI-FI INTERNET ILLIMITÉ et aussi le parking réservé à l'ombre sous le couvert près ma maison ...

Host very responsive. Views are out of dream, landscaping beautiful. Host had a number of different bug repellents available in house, which was welcomed. Overall a great base for northern coast trips.

Very beautiful beyond that the pictures can show, and several spots around the house to chill and enjoy a meal, a drink or the amazing view.Loved the short walk on private path to the beach and the shower on the way back.Small downside was that we rented this place because there was also a pool, which our teenage girls prefer, but the pool turned out to be a 15 min walk, so we never used it, but then again, the sea was so nice that the girls happy to just go there, so it all turned out great

I’m glad you enjoyed my property… and I was absolutely delighted to host such a special family who, above all, managed to appreciate that Sardinia’s sea is clean, wonderful and unique, making them forget all about the usual swimming pools where the water is chemically treated – the sort you find everywhere else in Europe! Whenever you wish, you’ll always be welcome at my ‘House of Shells’, with direct access to Cala Suaraccia beach !

Absolutely fantastic - and Giovanni is a very dedicated and helpful host! His house is nothing but amazing. The rooftop terrace was our nightly favorite - enjoying the view over the bay as well as shooting stars in the sky. The private beach is just some steps down away from the terrace - 85 to be exact .The beach is one of the most scenic in the area so that you don’t have to bother about reservation at any of the “Instagram” beaches - on top, you got to enjoy sunbeds at the beach which also features a beach bar with great hosts. Would absolutely recommend this house! We travelled with two adults and 3 kids one of which slept on the sofa bed which was comfy.Kitchen was well equipped - we did not miss anything.

Perfect holiday rental

Really gorgeous place in a wonderful location, pictures don't do it justice. Giovanni was a perfect host who made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely return, our kids (ages 6 and 8) love it, and loved the path to the beach.

Great time at a great place

Very nice property at an excellent location with private access to beach. The house is exquisitely decorated, well maintained with everything you need. Loved the gardens full of flowers and the sunsets on the terrace. Giovanni is very responsive to every question or need.

I have no hesitation in recommending this property. Excellent in every way. Particular stand-outs for us: close proximity to a great beach with four loungers and an umbrella provided, great outside dining area with bbq, beautiful gardens and view from roof terrace. Super helpful host. Only 30 min drive from Olbia airport.

Best holiday house we stayed

This is certainly the best holiday house we have stayed. We felt home quickly due to the details inside and outside. Garden with hidden spots to relax and path to the beach.View from the roof terrace is amazing.In the evening whole garden and terrace is romantically iluminated.Giovanni offers a great service. Area is beautifull and short drive (Punta est, San teodoro, Porto Tarverna,etc).

Charming

Best host ever! The view is amazing although location is a little far away from town for dinner and shops. Having a semi private beach and deck chairs is a massive plus. Bring your own beach towels. I recommend the home made Lasagna from La Bottega Alimentare. And dinner at La Suara Longa.

Beautiful holiday home

We had a great time staying at Giovannis Casa delle Conchiglie. It has a beautiful view to the beach from the back porch as well as from the roof terrace. A great plus (especially when travelling with children) is the direct access to the beach by simply walking down a few stairs from the back porch. The place was clean and well equipped, the owner very helpful and responsive. You do need a car in order to get around (dining, grocery shopping, etc.), however you'll need that anyway on the island. We're looking forward to coming back to this nice place!

Great place!

Fantastic location, close to a small beautiful and calm beach. The roof top terrace is amazing and perfect for a morning coffee and beautiful sunsets. Giovanni is a great and helpful host, do not hesitate to contact him if you have any questions no matter what. The only trouble we had was finding the house in the middle of the night as google maps could not find the exact location. Thank you Giovanni for hosting us in your very special house. We would love to come back!

What a location!

We could not hope for a better experience! The house was very clean, communication with the owner was very efficient, and the check-in process very smooth. And the view …. No words to describe the view from the house. There are paths to the beach which is very clean, with an amazing view of Tavolara island (and part of Molara). Oh, why did we leave?…,

Maison très agréable toute proche d' une très jolie plage accessible depuis un chemin privé très fleuri. Très belle vue depuis les différentes terrasses. Des transats et un parasol vous attendent sur la plage. Club de plongée et location de bateau directement sur la plage. D' autres très belles plages de San Teodoro sont rapidement accessible Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons sans hésiter ce havre de paix.

vue magnifique de l'appartement et du solarium qui se trouve sur le haut de l'appartement . Décoration soignée et appartement propre ; à la période ou nous y étions très calme et plage magnifique très peu fréquentée ;Il manque juste le minima en arrivant( à savoir une éponge , du produit vaisselle, 2 ou 3 petites choses comme ca , ce serait bien venu lorsqu'on arrive ) et prix un peu cher en hors saison .

"Endroit idéal. Panorama exceptionnel. L’accès direct à la plage est un plus. Le solarium avec la vue sur le cap merveilleuse. Deux petits regrets -1/après le 15/09 beaucoup de commerces et restaurants fermés. -2/La toute petite terrasse avec vue directe sur la mer est mitoyenne de deux maisons. Derrière un paravent, il y a la fenêtre des toilettes du voisin. Et on entend tout, très bien et très distinctement. Pas agréable quand vous êtes en train de prendre votre déjeuner. "

I was looking for a special house by the sea...I wandered around in the whole island, but there was always something wrong...then on the advice of a friend I arrived at Capo Coda Cavallo...and since 2002 I have not left there...here I found the mix of beautiful nature, tranquility and above all confort (airport, port, shopping center 20 Km away...)
I have not found elsewhere...I renovated my house personally because being in the fashion trade, with my family, we have taste and innate sense of beauty and therefore is also easy to decorate homes in a particularly sought after way...
