Quiet 2b/2b Condo Overlooking River - 1/2 Block off Main St

Our 2B/2B condo is a perfect escape in the mountains - with a cozy wood-burning fireplace and many updates to still keep you comfortable. Relax while listening to the river from our private 2nd floor balcony overlooking Ten Mile Creek.

With many updates throughout our condo, you'll find it well equipped. Our Master has a King Bed (hybrid memory foam) with attached bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom offers a Queen-over-Queen Bunk Bed, Smart TV, and a separate bathroom.

The living room features leather couches, a wood burning stove, Smart TV, and Cable/Wifi. The kitchen is well stocked with many needed amenities to meet all your cooking needs (or decide to grill!).

One of the most relaxing features is our balcony overlooking Ten Mile Creek. Despite being less than a block from Main Street and the Summit Stage stops, our condo feels very secluded and you'll get the true mountain experience (not part of a massive condo complex).

We are VRBO renters ourselves and have set up our condo to make your visit easy and memorable. Want more info? Just contact us. We're also parents of small children so we can help make your stay easier with some of the essentials. There is coin-operated laundry on-site.

We have revised our rates to EXCLUDE all Colorado, Summit County and Town of Frisco Taxes as these are collected by VRBO at the time of booking. There is also a single cleaning fee - which is also collected by VRBO. The final amount quoted by VRBO includes all fees required.

Although we love pets, our condo doesn't allow them. We are also NOT interested in long term (season long) rentals.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renter must sign separate contract and provide proof of identification as requested. Rental Requirements provided must also be followed.

Great Summer Getaway!

Condo was conveniently located right by Main Street Frisco. Cute shops and restaurants downtown. Easy to drive to other towns including Breckenridge and Vail. Condo was very clean, comfy beds, plenty of room for a family of 5 and Mike, the host, was super responsive, kind and helpful with suggestions for activities. We had a great stay!

Perfect Spot/Location

My family stayed here a couple of weeks ago and it was perfect for us! The location couldn’t have been better, very close to Main St. in Frisco and easy access to the highway. The beds and couches were comfy and there was plenty of space. Very cozy vibe and it had everything by we needed. I had a couple of questions about the weather and the owner was super quick at responding. Would definitely stay here again!

Summer retreat

This stay was a perfect little summer retreat. The location was perfect to relax in nature, walk down to Main Street, close to hiking and bike paths. It was fast to get to grocery stores. Kitchen uniquely well stocked. The only challenge was a little bit of noise in Master bedroom from highway when sleeping with windows open in the summer. Cute place! Excellent accommodation.

Family ski trip

This was a great condo for our family of 4. We arrived and had a little trouble with our door code. I called Mike and he responded right away by changing the code and followed up with me the next day. My daughter appreciated that the guest bedroom had an extension cord reaching to the top bunk so she could charge her phone. We used the kitchen during our stay and found all we needed. We even played one of the kids games (yes, teenagers enjoyed them). We live far from the area, but if we travel there to ski again we will definitely book this property. It was a perfect place for us!

Perfect Stay

The property was as described. Very clean and renovated. The bedroom layouts were perfect for a family of 4 (and large beds in the bunk room so kids can double-up if needed). The kitchen and living space is a little small at first, but we didn’t find it to be an issue as we (family with 2 young kids) didn’t spend much time watching TV or cooking. We typically stay in Breck so this was our first time in Frisco. While the location is a little further out from the busy part of Main Street, we didn’t have any problems with proximity since everything was a quick 2 min drive (or 10 mins to Breck). We all thought it was perfect for us and would stay again!

Skiing base camp in Frisco

Old man me and three teens appreciated this perfectly situated condo from which to launch to different ski slopes like Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail. Just off I-70, and, less than 1 mile to downtown (not bus dist) Frisco, this condo was perfect. A wood burning stove to dry out boots and gloves and warm bones, very clean and comfortably appointed kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. Eating out was part of the adventure but full kitchen for any so inclined. Excellent instructions and communication from host. Would absolutely return and recommend.

We fulfilled our lifelong dream by purchasing this condo in the summer of 2014. We've been long-time VRBO renters and have set up our condo to be an easy and clean rental for you. We truly enjoy spending our time there - and appreciate renters who will take care of our property as their own! We have consistently made updates over the years - bathroom renovations and updates, new kitchen, new beds and linens, new doors, new floors, new fireplace, new entryway tiles, new deck, new deck railing and closet, and not sure what I'm forgetting. New and new. We use it too and want it to be nice and expect you'll enjoy it the same way we do.

Why they chose this property

We looked for a property in the mountains for 2+ years before instantly falling in love with the river in the backyard of the property - along with the secluded setting and private balcony. We also wanted to be walking distance to the restaurants and bars downtown, and close to skiing.

WIth new floors and carpeting, the property has been professionally updated throughout. New, matching linens await you, and a stocked kitchen will ensure you can tackle any meal you'd like, if you decide not to sample the great local offerings.
