Amazing green place right on the beach

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this villa. House is clean, equipt with everything you might need for a week, bedrooms are air-conditioned and it can comfortably accommodate 5-6 adults. Villa is 50 m from beautiful beach but also in very quiet location. Views from the roof terrace over the beach and sea are simply stunning. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for any family holidays.

This accommodation is one of a kind. It combines a rather old building with a modern touch, on a very special location. So many places to sit, outside and inside. The kitchen has been renovated recently and is perfect with also new kitchen utils. May be a bit more cutlery would be good. The tree growing through the roof... Brilliant :DAlthough one could say that some aspects of the inside of the accommodation could may be use an update, as I see it, this can immediately be forgiven by the special character the property has and the cleanliness you step into. It is a lovely place to stay and you keep noticing new details for the first couple of days :)The roof terrace is magnificent, with such a beautiful setting and view. The kids loved the space in and around the property, not to even mention the clean and lovely beach on a few steps away.Guido and Roberta were also very very kind and helpful, providing a warm welcome and goodbye. In the end, the only mistake we made with booking this accomodation is that we stayed here too short. Sure, it isn't cheap, but if we will visit this area of Sardinia again, this property will be No1 of our shortlist without a doubt.

We had a great stay. The house is a stone's throw from the beach. Was great to be able to pop over to the house to cool down after a few hours in the August heat. Roberta and Guido were great, very helpful and responsive. The house had everything we needed and was very clean on arrival.

Our stay at this house in Sardinia was truly wonderful. The location is perfect – right by the sea, close to the beach, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The house itself is even nicer than the photos suggest, and we immediately felt at home.The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Of course, as with any house by the sea, you need to be mindful of water and drainage, but if you follow the house rules and treat everything with care, you’ll have a fantastic stay.We were there with our three children, and it was an amazing experience for the whole family. The beaches in Villasimius are absolutely stunning, although quite busy in the high season.We would happily return in the future – thank you very much, Guido!

Perfect!

We spent two weeks here and could not have imagined a better place to relax, take in the beach, and recharge. From the linen drapes on the front porch to the olive tree growing from the kitchen to the rooftop terrace, the place is full of delights. We spent the majority of our time on the terrace enjoying the sound and views of the ocean. It honestly felt like having our own Italian villa. The town with grocery score and restaurants were only a 15 minute walk away. The hosts were exceptionally gracious and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

The good:- The location is perfect, right on Simius beach- The roof terrace is stunning in the mornings, late afternoon and evening (no shade for middle of the day)- Three good sized double rooms- ParkingThe not so good:- The house has many trip hazards for young children and elderly - Unavoidable when you have so much greenery in the gardens, but the mosquitos and wasps are bad- Wifi, the owner informed me the wifi data allowance had run out on day 2, therefore this was done by the previous renters, we had 3 days with no wifi and were told to use our expensive phone data- The main bathroom is very dated, smells and the toilet needs replacing (ensuite bathroom is however very good)- I'm sure it was just a case of lost in translation, but I found the correspondence with the owner to be a little cold.

Amazing property, plenty of room with a roof terrace overlooking the beach and sea. Location is fantastic with beach only seconds away and an incredible beach at that. Town only a 10 minute walk away and great kitchen to cook to avoid retaurants all the time, though good restaurant very close and beach bar / restaurant 2 mins away.Guido and Roberta were great, easy communication before and during our stay. The place is better than the pictures, highly recommend this to anyone and will comfortably accomodate 6 people (2 double beds and 1 twin bedroom). Thank you so much Guido and Roberta

Das Haus liegt wundervoll quasi direkt am Strand, ist liebevoll ausgestattet und alles ist sauber. Eine Terrasse auf dem Dach mit dem Blick auf das Meer, Plätze im Garten, einem Grill. Im Haus selber ist reichlich Platz und eine super ausgestattete Küche mit einem großen Esstisch. Man kann einfach relaxen, das Meer genießen und sollte es am Strand mal zu voll oder zu laut sein, geht man einfach nach dem Sprung ins Meer wieder zurück. Was will man mehr? Nach einem kleinen Gang ist man direkt im Zentrum von Villasimius und profitiert von den Bars, Restaurants und den kleinen Geschäften. Supermärkte und andere Infrastruktur ist immer entweder zu Fuß oder im Auto innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Guido und seine Frau empfangen einen, erklären alles und geben gute Tips. Auch sind die immer erreichbar und antworten bei Fragen schnell. Keine Frage, ich komme gerne wieder!

Ab Mitte September verbrachten wir drei Wochen in diesem wahren Juwel, praktisch direkt am Strand (nur wenige Schritte entfernt). Wir waren absolut begeistert von diesem Haus, das unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt hat. Alle schönen Zimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss mit großer Hauptterrasse. An drei Seiten des Hauses befinden sich kleine Gärten. Zwei Treppen führen auf die großzügige Dachterrasse, die einen herrlichen Blick auf das kristallklare, türkisfarbene Meer bietet. Das gesamte Anwesen ist wunderschön von Grün umgeben und bietet einen sehr privaten und ungestörten Rückzugsort. Wir waren von der Aufteilung und Ausstattung der Zimmer begeistert, obwohl wir die meiste Zeit im Freien verbracht haben. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, insbesondere für sehr heiße Nächte. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar mit zwei Kühlschränken. Der Strand und das Meer (direkt vor dem Haus) waren für uns die schönsten Orte in der gesamten Gegend. Insgesamt ist die gesamte Umgebung einfach wunderbar. Villasimius ist ein kleines und sehr ruhiges Städtchen mit kleinen Geschäften und vielen Restaurants.Guido und Roberta sind äußerst freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Es fiel uns sehr schwer, nach drei Wochen abreisen zu müssen. Es war in jeder Hinsicht ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Wir haben uns in Roberta und Guidos Haus rundum wohlgefühlt. Überall finden sich gemütliche Ecken, die zum Verweilen einladen. Besonders der morgendliche Kaffee auf der Dachterrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer war ein Highlight. Die Nähe zum Strand ist ideal, alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht.Die Bäder sind zwar etwas klein und es fehlen Ablageflächen, doch das schmälert den insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck kaum. Im Gegenteil – das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner, als es die Fotos vermuten lassen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Roberta und Guido, dass wir hier wohnen durften.

Tolles Haus mit Traumlage

Wunderschönes geräumiges Haus, das in Realität noch schöner ist, als auf den Bildern. Direkt am Strand abgetrennt von einer Hecke und der privaten Zufahrtsstraße, gelangt man in 50 Meter zum Strand. Ideal für Kinder jeden Alters. Wasser u Strand traumhaft, Felsen zum klettern und viele Sportmöglichkeiten. Auch wenn voll in der Hauptsaison, kann man sich in den schattigen Garten zurückziehen oder auf der Dachterrasse chillen. Aussendusche, Equipment für den Strand stehen zur Verfügung. Betten ordentlich und Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen ein Hit. Küche gut ausgestattet, 2 Kühlschränke. Restaurants und Supermärkte auch zu Fuß (20Min) zu erreichen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit und jegliche Kommunikation unkompliziert. Einziges Manko: es gibt keine Mückengitter. Aber sonst einfach nur schön und die Lage rechtfertigt den hohen Preis! Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen!

Il mare in casa

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza in questa casa così particolare e così ricca di oggetti e decorazioni, che raccontano in ogni angolo il grande amore per il mare e per la natura dei proprietari. Abbiamo adorato la posizione letteralmente a due passi dalla splendida spiaggia di Simius e la terrazza con vista sul mare, sulla quale abbiamo passato la maggior parte del tempo, cullati dal rumore delle onde. Speriamo di poter tornare a godere delle bellezze di questa località da una posizione veramente privilegiata!

Herrlich gelegenes Hausdirekt am Strand

Wir haben jeden Moment in diesem wunderschönen Haus genossen. Es iit mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und besitzt einen schön eingewachsenen Garten mit Palmen und einer Außendusche und einer traumhaften Dachterrasse. Die Läden und Restaurants von Villasimius sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Duschschlauch wurde sofort behoben. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Entspannung pur!

Wir hatten, in der Vorsaison, eine wunderbare ruhige Woche am "Strandhaus". Die Übergabe und die Kommunikation mit Roberta und Guido war perfetto. Das Haus hat Charme, insbesondere die Dachterrasse mit dem weiten Blick auf das Meer haben wir intensiv genutzt. Tolle Lage mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Merveilleux!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Roberta et avons apprécié le tout! La maison est très joliment aménagée et bien équipée. Le jardin est super beau mais le mieux c’est la grande terrasse qui donne sur la mer. Nous en étions entièrement satisfaits!!! Et reviendront sûrement dans ce coin magnifique de la Sardegna.

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, allerdings ein wenig heruntergekommen bzw. schlecht unterhalten. Das ist schade, sonst eine Traumlage mit toller Sonnenterrasse.

Buongiorno, ho letto la sua recensione sulla casa che lei definisce “fatiscente “. Sono due le cose: o Google ha tradotto male oppure lei non conosce il significato della parola. Lei ha anche definito la casa, se fosse mantenuta meglio , “ un posto da sogno “ non le sembra che soggiornare in un “ posto da sogno “ non meriti un giudizio così negativo? Ho scritto sulla mia recensione che affitterei ancora la casa a lei, mi dispiace ma mi devo ricredere. Non l’affitterei più a lei.

10 Schritte bis zum Strand

Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir waren dort, als gerade die Hitzewelle mit 45 Grad über Sardinien fegte. Deshalb war es besonders günstig, dass der saubere Strand mit dem kristallklaren Wasser direkt vor der Tür war. Im August ist der Strand sehr voll. Wegen der hervorragenden Lage des Hauses stört das aber nicht, denn man kann nach der Abkühlung direkt auf die Dachterrasse.

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft, direkt am traumhaften Strand.Am Morgen den Kaffee am Strand oder auf der Dach Terasse geniessen. Für uns war es eine wunderschöne Zeit im Haus von Roberta, die super bemüht ist das sich Gäste hier pudelwohl fühlen, vielen lieben Dank an Roberta. Wir kommen wieder

Traumhaft

Ein wirklich tolles Objekt. Landestypisch und sehr kreativ eingerichtet. Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Der Weg zum Strand ca. 30m. Alle waren begeistert. Von der Dachterasse konnte man direkt auf das Meer schauen. Der Garten rund um das Haus angelegt, mit Palmen und landestypischen Pflanzen. Für unseren Kleinen war sogar Spielzeug und eine Rutsche vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern herzlich und sympathisch. Alles in allem eine gelungene Woche in einem wirklich sehr schönen, außergewöhnlichem Haus. Danke für Alles.
