We recently renovated the apartment to a high standard. Super clean, secure building with 24 hr doorman, very quiet apartment w/o street noise . Great sea breeze with front/back windows opened. The best you could wish for!

The location for a 1 BR apt is the best in Ipanema. The apartment is large and has all the comforts of home. It's 300 steps from one of the best sushi restaurants and shopping/dining center of Brazil.

Very good location, supermarket just opposite the road, after while we realised it was very good deal for the money. Just bring your own hairdryer :-) When check in, it would be helpful to have all the inforamtion and mobile numbers, checkout details wrote on paper. We only communicated through mobile app translator, but at the end everything was perfectly agreed and explained.

todo perfecto, excepto la falta de utensilios necesarios para cocinar, no habia sartenes, ni placas para horno, ni churrasquera, etc, etc. El resto todo bien. Excepcional la secadora de ropa! Excelente ubicación.

Additional information about rental rates
For 30 day or longer stays, the guest will be asked to pay for electricity (avg $R 200 per month) PLEASE NOTE that the monthly rate is inclusive of everything except for electricity which is charged separately. Brazilian electricity prices have increased significantly, so to avoid having to increase our rates accordingly, we feel the fairest way is to keep it separate. We take a meter reading on check-in and on check-out and charge exactly the value per KW/h as charged by the energy company LIGHT. Air-conditioning units are what use the most energy, so we would encourage guests to switch them off when they are out of the apartment.
