Super place for a large group at Santa Fe

  • 5 of 5

Very enjoyable place for a large group.

Sprawling layout never seemed crowded.

Beautiful views. Dirt road access, but not challenging.

Owner retains a property manager who was available and responsive to one or two questions.

Only surprise was that the property has a main house and a separate adjacent guest house holding two of the bedrooms and one bath.

It was an amazing family vacation to Santa Fe... The House was wonderful and exceeded expectations

  • 5 of 5

From the first inquiry with the very fast response and accepting our request to rent the property.... to the welcome we received from the Property Management. Amanda was willing to meet us close to the house at whatever time we arrived. She explained how everything worked and showed us all the amenities.

The house was all we had hoped for and then some. The views were spectacular from whatever window you happened to look out from. with all the spaciousness of the house and all the bedrooms incorporated into the design there was more than enough room for our four married children and their children.

It was a memorable experience not only for us but for our kids and grandkids as well. We hope to be able to rent this property in the future and would recommend this home to all my friends and anyone that wants to make a memorable trip to Santa Fe.

The remoteness was wonderful in that we could sit outside and enjoy the evening breeze and get a spectacular view of the stars at night.... and not have all the city traffic and noise associated with that.

I hope that a family wanting to spend some quality bonding time will consider this home instead of trying to rent several hotel rooms etc.

We have traveled to Ruidoso in the past 20 years for our ski trips , but after spending time at this home I believe we will be looking at traveling to Santa Fe more in the future. A special thanks to Walter for the very prompt responses to my inquiries and a special thank you to Amanda for being so courteous and kind in meeting us late in the afternoon for our arrival time.

Kindest Regards,

Charles J Maldonado PhD and Family

Enchanting visit in an enchanting villa

  • 5 of 5

Our family vacation experience in this clean, comfortable and easily accessible home made a lifetime memory for us all. Walter was communicative for the preparation time. Amanda and Fred, the caretakers, were accessible and helpful.

I hope we can do this again.

Well stocked modern home in the hills of Tesuque. Perfect for large families and groups.

  • 5 of 5

We always enjoy our time at this Tesuque house with our group of young photographers. The new casita adds additional space and comfort. Amanda takes good care of us and presents a clean and tidy house. Love the back drive from Tesuque Market to Santa Fe.

Outstanding Value

  • 5 of 5

Important: the home was as advertised. We are a family of 11 and would have required five hotel room which given the type of hotels that we customarily stay in would have cost $ 1500.00 per night. However, it was not just the savings that made the stay attractive. Primarily, it was having the family together in the dining room and living rooms and still having the privacy which comes with seven bedrooms. Walter and the caretakers were immediately responsive to any questions. The home is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Santa Fe and at first that bugged me but to come back to a country setting made the short drive worth it. The opinions of all family members were unanimous about the place: loved it.

Wonderful Women's weekend!!!

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing experience at the Tesuque Estate this past weekend. Tesuque is

absolutely gorgeous and the house is built on such serene grounds ! Twelve women from

throughout the country flew in for a very special gathering. This was my first trip using VRBO

and I was so impressed how accessible Walter and Amanda were to my questions. The house

itself was beautiful and accommodated us very well. It was close enough to town that we

were able to get to downtown Santa Fe and explore during the day. The kitchen was also

great and fully stocked. The sunrise in the morning was absolutely breathtaking ... I would

recommend this place to others in a heart beat!!
