Great Hawaiian Vacation Rental

KBM provided an outstanding rental that was as good as advertised. The rooms were nice and well maintained. They communicated all the way through the entire experience from booking to checkout. Beautiful Condo and Resort

Beautiful spacious condo over looking the mountains. The pools are wonderful as are the grounds. Would definitely stay again.

Great Family Stay

We had a great experience. We had everything we needed for our 9 night trip. The view was gorgeous from the room even without an ocean view. We saw rainbows over the mountains more than once. Short walk to beach and pool. The beds were comfy! My kids loved the provided beach chairs and boogie boards! The apartment was spacious and loved that the doors opened all the way so it gives an indoor outdoor feel. Best vacation ever!

Great location. Quieter venue than Kaanapali south of Black Rock. Reasonable snorkeling just offshore. Nice pool complex. Food trucks nearby. Clean, comfortable rooms. Plan to return.

Beautiful clean spacious place

Wonderful accommodations. I appreciated the boogie boards, umbrella and chairs that come with the place. One glitch, the elevator shaft is right next to the room making sleep pretty difficult the first few nights. Ear plugs are a must.

Memorable Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at our stay at KBM HKK! The unit was clean and nice, we only had to report one issue and that was the leaking master bathroom toilet. The leak was slow and did not impact our time there at all. The resort is in a great location for beach access and food. The best part about the location was being close to the Times Market, shaved ice, and the awesome Food Truck venue! Felt luxurious and family friendly at the same time. We will go back and we will use KBM resorts.

The KBM staff has been great. The communication & continued follow up has been excellent. We would definitely recommend KBM to others & will look at renting from KBM on our future trips to Maui. The unit we rented was lovely & worked well for our party. It?s a great property, tastefully furnished, and the view of the mountains is beautiful.

HKK 812 was a sensational condo. The management was very responsive to our booking and getting us all the needed info for us to enjoy our stay. We loved the layout and the views of the mountain as well as the small view of the ocean too! The rooms were spacous, neat and clean. We stayed in a different room later in the week due to our schedules and the unavailability of this unit for later in the week and this condo was a nicer setup and a cleaner accomodation. The beds were comfy too! Thank you!

What a great property!!!

This was such a a great property to stay at. The location was awesome. Only small complain is the parking situation. The parking structure was really limited so you either have to come back to the property really early or walk everywhere. The food truck park was helpful during this time.

Everything was great except...

I would give this property a 10 except for two things...there were hairs on the floor in the bathroom (presumably from the cleaning crew, not prior guests) and you can hear the elevator in the master bedroom/bathroom (the room with two beds). Other than that, it was excellent. KBM was great, communication was great, unit was otherwise very clean and new looking, view was nice and this is the best Tower in my opinion. I would definitely go back again!

Great for family

Perfect condo for my family of 5! Loved the beach amenities and other amenities it came with which made going for beach days easy and fun. Had everything we needed for a week stay and I recommend properties managed by KBM. This is our second time at Honua Kai and We love staying here!

Spectacular Maui Trip

I can’t begin to explain the appreciation for the exceptional communication from the property management team. From reminders post booking to a welcome when we landed on the island to reminder instructions for check out - simply outstanding and professional. The unit is perfect. Two bedrooms, the balcony can easily seat 4 for a morning breakfast watching the sunrise or a cocktail watching the sunset. The unit photos are exactly accurate to the view and everything was wonderful. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Mountain View

My husband of 68 years and myself 58 stayed for two lovely weeks in this 2 b 2 b condo very large very clean well equipped with the chairs umbrella cooler and boogie boards. Beautiful mountain views sunrise every morning and a lovely peekaboo ocean view even saw some whales jump from the balcony.

8 Years Running

We have stayed at Honua Kai for 8 years in a row. The property is starting to show age, but still signs of daily maintenance being done. For the volume of people at the resort its still in 5 star condition. The pool and cabana situation however no longer rates as 5 star. Most of the rental cabanas are now gone, and the ones that are left have jumped in price. This being said when you rent a cabana you shouldn't need to chase people out of it daily. The pools are still pristine, but the management team of the pool area needs to step up their game. All in all, Honua Kai is fantastic, great for families, and if the cabana situation is the only thing wrong, then life is still good!!!Mahalo

Excellent property with great value

We loved the spacious living room, large balcony and two separate master bedroom suites (both with equally large bathrooms). Perfect amount of space and privacy for two couples. Very well appointed and everything was in excellent condition. The cooler beach chairs and umbrella were a nice touch. We would definitely book this unit again.

Perfect family vacation

As soo as we landed in Maui we received a text with instructions on our rental car and when we got to condominium. It was a great room with everything a family of 6 needed to sleep comfortably. There was some construction but we knew that and it did not bother us at all. Thank you to the owners and Aloha. 🌺
