Excellent communication from the host. Received a short tour of the property upon arrival. They even had our favorite coffee there for us. Bikes and beach gear were great to have on site. Amazing view from the rooftop deck.

Wonderful property for our family with three young kids. It was clean, had a wonderful location, a ton of amenities from bikes to boogie boards and an amazing concierge :) with Mary to help you in anything g you might want. On our short trips we road bikes, caught fish on the pier, boogie boarded, surfed and explored the strip area. We will return for sure! Having three or even four areas to sleep if you count the couch was so key to keep the early risers from waking up everyone. It’s a great beach property. Stop researching and just book it.

This is a very comfortable place with a beautiful view and excellent access to the beach. We had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Management is very hands on and even met us there to give a quick tour.

The location is the point. Walkable to Pacific Beach shopping, Crystal Pier. Easy drives to La Jolla and downtown. We loved watching all the surfers and being in the middle of a neighborhood community. The view from the deck was stellar. The apartment itself was quiet, clean, spacious. We used the beach chairs and towels and appreciated them. No complaints. Small suggestions would be a small stock of spices in the kitchen (oil, garlic powder, onion powder, etc). Would book again!

Had an amazing week in San Diego! Thw view from the patio is worth it all! Biked to wherever we wanted to go. Easy beach access for long walks. Overall a great place and we will be back!

We loved our stay here! The ocean views were breathtaking, and the apartment was exactly as pictured. It's within walking distance of many great places to eat and the boardwalk. The hosts were very helpful; if we come back to San Diego, we would definitely stay here again!

We are repeat customers to this property and, as always, our stay there was great. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The host was awesome and responded to questions very quickly. Great communications. The private deck overlooking the beach was breathtaking; we really enjoyed the view. The location was convenient and the large private parking space was big enough to fit our full-size pickup and Ford focus. Not many places can do that.Overall, we highly recommend this VRBO.

The beach view from our deck was unbelievable- absolutely gorgeous.Had the best fish tacos at local restaurant thanks to Mary’s recommendation. All other meals were at the unit since we didn’t want to leave our view.

I think I've stayed here 10 times now over the past 6 years. As always, communication was clear and concise, property is perfect for a surf trip/family vacation/relaxation, and you cannot beat the beach access and views from the deck. 100% I'll be back!!

What a great place to call home while exploring the San Diego area! Our host was very welcoming, and made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. The selection of restaurants within walking distance is anmazing. And, the view from the rooftop deck is truly breathtaking!! We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

As a return guest, if you're looking for modern, sleak accommodations this may not be your place. If you want a prime location, with mature beach charm, beautifully appointed comfort with everything you need for your stay, with ocean front views, access & beach equipment, oh and a deck to die for this is your place. Every one you will work with to book, arrive & anything / time you need this is the place for you!

Mary was so accommodating and fantastic! The apt had absolutely everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and that view is worth a million bucks. Some of the furniture is dated but once again the view trumped all! Thank you again.

Wonderful stay!

This view was unbeatable, and much more quiet than staying on the boardwalk area. Communication was great, and the place was stocked with everything we needed. Definitely would stay again!
