This is a beautiful, clean, updated property right on the beach. The communication with the host was good and the check in process was very detailed. There were a few things about the property that I wish I would have known ahead of time. There is no AC in this unit and the temperatures were high during our visit. There are several fans in the unit, but I wished it had AC. There isn't a washer/dryer in the unit, there are quarter-operated machines at the end of the floor. This property is listed as having a deck/patio but it is only about 6 inches wide. You can step out and stand on it and take in the beautiful view, but you aren't able to sit out there.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back! The unit is exactly as pictured, very well stocked, and was very clean. Super easy check in process and communicative host. The location was very convenient - so many nearby shops, restaurants, stores, etc. It was also nice to have a parking garage/spot in the building. Only point of warning for those traveling with small children who might be light sensitive - the bedroom with the 2 beds does let in a fair amount of light. It would not stop me from booking this unit again, I would just bring travel blackout curtains next time (I also recognize this is a niche issue).

You will find lots of local eateries and pubs with the Southern California vibe that PB is known for. Another great activity is walking the boardwalk right in front of the property! Enjoy a coastal stroll for miles down the stunning Pacific Ocean. Not only does PB boast an amazing walkable neighborhood, it is also centrally located and perfectly postioned for a visit to Downtown, Sea World, The Zoo, La Jolla, Torrey Pines or Point Loma!
