Lovely, very private villa in a large plot surrounded by nature. Several hundred yards down an unmade up track. Close to several villages perche with lots to explore. Hope to return.

Beautiful location near Luberon attractions

The location of the property is ideal, and the house itself is lovely. Aside from the gardener being behind on some maintenance, everything was as described. Recommend.

A villa that does not disappoint

A beautiful villa set in a stunning location. The owners have paid attention to detail to ensure your stay is a comfortable as possible. There were 9 in our party, including a tiny baby; the villa had everything we needed for our stay. Much fun was had around the pool and lovely evenings spent eating dinner al fresco

Very lovely house

The house is well equiped , the bres wonderful, enough bathrooms. The garden is fantastic! Swimmingpool just enough for is. The petanque was a little roubly, but who cares with that view :-)

Stunning!

My family and I, together with another family of 4, stayed at this house during May 2019. The house and the grounds are outstanding, spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped, great views and perfectly located between the beautiful hill towns of Bonnieux and Lacoste. The pool was a hit with the kids and the owners (and their staff) were responsive and respectful. Overall highly recommended.

A week in Provence

This spacious property is situated close to Bonnieux with beautiful views of Lacoste. It made a good home base to explore the other hill towns in Provence. The pool was a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring. There could have been more basic items to begin with. Communication with our local contact was a problem as he did not speak English. However , it’s a lovely property & I’d recommend staying there.

Potential to improve

We had an extremely hot week in this lovely villa and the lack of fans and air con only in the living space downstairs did make sleeping really hard! The Villa is is a lovely location and is clean and well equipped but the photos online are old and it is not in the condition seen. Having discussed our issues with the owners directly since our return they have taken everything on board and made changes so I am sure this villa will live up to its potential again! It’s just a shame it was a little tired for us.

Superb Vacation Home

A truly wonderful place to stay in Bonnieux. We spent a week in July with another family (4 adults, 4 kids in all). The house was immaculate, spacious, and very comfy. Toys for the kids, a great pool (with a vacuum that keeps it clean all week), comfy beds (you could easily sleep 10, if not even 12 here), beautiful grounds, and views from the house of the Mt. Ventoux, Bonnieux, and Lacoste. Close to Bonnieux (20 minute walk to the bakery), but the house feels like a private oasis (there are no other houses anywhere close). Modern appliances, fully equipped, and the AC in the living room is nice when it gets hot (though we hardly turned it on - the house stays cool during the day if you make sure to close the shutters). Nothing negative to report. Highly recommended.

Stunning location

We had a wonderful stay for the first two weeks of September. The house is in an absolutely gorgeous spot, with wonderful views, honestly so special, and the pool area is amazing. Rooms really good sizes. Also kitchen really well equipped. I see a couple of previous reviews mention hot bedrooms and we had the same issue while there - but when I communicated to the owners they were excellent and offered to cover the cost of fans for the bedrooms. A small thing, a couple, not all, of the pillows and a couple of the bedding sets had seen better days and ideally would be replaced soon. We would love to stay again and would in a heartbeat - our only sadness is when we have holiday next year the house is already booked! Hopefully able to come again in 2025…

Fabulous stay in the heart of the Luberon, Provence.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this Mas near Bonnieux, one of our favorite perched villages in the Luberon. We had a mix of family and friends including granddaughters who thoroughly enjoyed the heated swimming pool as we all did. We had plenty of space for up to 10 people including the small children. Equipment was generally in very good shape and all rooms were spacious, including the kitchen. Plenty of options for cooking. Two washers and two dryers made laundry easy to do. Two refrigerators provided plenty of space for food and wine. The garden was beautiful and spacious and near the end of our stay the lavender was in full bloom and spectacular. Bonnieux is close to many other perched villages, and a 1 hour drive from either Marseille or Avignon for travel connections. You can drive to nice beaches in the south in just over an hour. Lots of beautiful countryside including wineries and castles. Probably the best VRBO we have stayed in!

Disappointing

Prospective guests should be aware that the air conditioning is only in the living room area which renders the upstairs bedrooms unusable in hot weather. Obviously renovated to a high standard in 2010, the photographs do not reflect the current condition of the property which requires attention in several areas. Housekeeping and general maintenance standards were below expectations. Overall a very disappointing experience given previous reviews.

Отличная вилла с большим садом в прекрасном тихом месте. Просторные спальни и ванные комнаты, очень много посуды на кухне. Отдыхали в конце сентября компанией из 8 человек. Нам не повезло с погодой, было очень холодно (3/5 по утрам, 12 по вечерам) и мы не могли пользоваться бассейном и внешними зонами для ужинов, но думаем в теплое время это было бы замечательно. Очень тихо, отсутствие соседей, полчаса пешком до пекарни в Боннье. Несмотря на отсутствие встречи/проводов и недопонимание в переписке с хозяином, нам очень понравился сам дом. Единственное, плохое состояние подъездной дороги последние 200 метров перед домом.

Auch im Winter war der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Bonnieux sehr angenehm. Die Heizung und der gemütliche Holzofen hat es ermöglicht. Die grosse, gut ausgestattete Küche erlaubte ein geselliges Kochen mit 10 Personen.Die Gegend ringsum Bonnieux ist fantastisch

Sejour merveilleux dans la propriete de Marnix et Lieve a Bonnieux. Vacances a 6 avec nos 4 enfants. 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains donc tout le monde avait sa chambre. Equipement haut de gamme, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Table de ping pong pour les enfants et les adultes :-) Exterieurs reellement superbes et bien entretenus, grand parc arbore, tres belle piscine. Le village de bonnieux a 3 min en voiture (boulangerie, boucherie, petit supermarche), petites balades vers bonnieux ou lacoste au depart de la maison. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Une charmante maison dans un cadre de verdure

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison, très bien équipée et agencée avec goût. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du lieu, en campagne provençale, dans un jardin aux multiples essences. La configuration et l'espace de la maison a permis l'accueil de notre famille de 9 personnes. Lieu propice au repos et à la détente.

Familienurlaub in Bonnieux

wir sind sehr herzlich von den Vermietern begrüßt und in das Haus eingewiesen worden. Das Haus und der Garten haben für eine sehr entspannte Zeit gesorgt. Es sind viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten vorhanden: Tischtennis, Federball, Bouleplatz und Pool. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Chouette maison de vacances à louer !

Très chouette maison de vacances située à quelques minutes de Bonnieux ! Très grande, équipement super complet et très bien décorée! Là maison dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin et est très chaleureuse 😊 La propriétaire réponds très rapidement et les gérants immobiliers sont également très disponibles en cas de question!

Magnifique séjour!

Avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille (9pers) dans cette maison. La maison est très bien agencée, les pièces sont spacieuses, et une belle baie vitrée donne un accès direct sur la grande terrasse et sur le superbe jardin. La cuisine est très bien équipée et dispose déjà de beaucoup d’équipements ( bols, pyrex, couverts, casseroles). Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées. Le jardin est magnifique avec des beaux grands arbres nous permettant par ces chaleurs de nous trouver un petit coin à l’ombre. Piscine super avec des jeux à disposition . Maison au calme sans voisin à proximité. Seul bémol pour la puissance du wifi qui pourrait être un peu renforcée afin d’avoir meilleur réseau sur la terrasse . À recommander sans hésiter, on espère y revenir c’est sûr!

Superbe semaine

Très belle maison, spacieuse avec grands volumes y compris les chambres. Espace restauration très agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut et en grande quantité (couverts assiettes verres) qui n'oblige pas a faire une machine a chaque fois ! Très grand jardin (vive la draisienne) avec plusieurs lieux pour s'isoler. Belle piscine, bien chaude, à l'écart. Chambres spacieuses et confortables
