Little VILLA WITH GARDEN, 400 m from the sea, in Deiva Marina, near the 5 Terre

Pretty independent villa, surrounded by the greenery of a Natural Park. Excellent starting point for visiting the CINQUE TERRE. It has a living room with open kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, all newly furnished. A cot for small children is available. At the front, a large porch equipped with deck chairs, table and chairs for pleasant outdoor dining. All around, a 400sqm garden, well kept and fresh. The house is located in a very quiet area, but convenient for all services: the sea is only 400m away, along a beautiful walk shaded by lime trees; at 50 meters we find the first shops, at 200 meters the railway station, at 7km the highway.
There is a nice playground under the trees, nearby.
Deiva is an ideal little town for family holidays and for restful and relaxing stays.
In just 15 minutes by train you can reach the Cinque Terre; little more to get to Portofino, Sestri Levante, the Aquarium of Genoa.
By car, we are 120 km from Pisa, 80 from Versilia (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio), 100 from Lucca, 160 from Florence.
At just two motorway exits, the brand new Brugnato Outlet, with all the most prestigious Made in Italy brands.
Deiva is also the ideal starting point for interesting trekking excursions.
Parking: we will provide a free pass for parking right in front of the house.
Pets: allowed, on request.

lovely property in ideal location

The property was very nice and provided everyting we needed. It was in a quiet and private location over the river bridge. The town, railway station and beach were all in easy walking distance. We were made to feel very welcome by the owners. If they fix the shower door we would definitely make a return visit! Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely little villa

perfect location if you want to visit conque terre, but you don't like the crowds all day! Deiva is a quiet village, with restaurants and supermarkets. Amd a train station for gast access to the conque terre. You don't need a car.

Wir hatten eine ganz tollen Urlaub und haben das super Häuschen samt Garten,und die Meer-Nähe (10min zu Fuß) mehr als genossen.Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Aufenthalt war komplett gelungen. Samantha hat uns in der Vorbereitung unterstützt mit tips zur Anreise, Sie hat uns während dem Aufenthalt vielseitige Tips gegeben von Aktivitäten/Städte/Veranstaltungen die wir besuchen sollen gegeben. Eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war ideal gelegen (ca. 5 min Fußmarsch vom Strand entfernt) aber dennoch ruhig gelegen, das wir auf der Terrasse essen/lesen konnten. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und wir überlegen schon nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen.Top Unterkunft, Top Lage, Tog Gastgeberin

Ein Traum!

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Häuschen + Terrasse + Garten sind ein Traum. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles pikobello sauber. Das Meer ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, es gibt eine sehr nette Strandbar. Und was unter keinen Umständen vergessen werden darf: Samanta und ihre Mutter sind sooooo sympathisch. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, noch einmal zu kommen.

Séjour à proximité de la mer et des Cinque Terre

C’est notre second séjour dans cette location à Deiva Marina. Agréable maison située dans la verdure, avec tout le confort nécessaire. La position est toujours idéale pour visiter la région, en particulier le parc et les villages des Cinque Terre. Une fois la voiture stationnée à Deiva Marina, il est possible de tout faire à pied et par le train. La gare est à 5 minutes à pied de la maison, et les trains toujours aussi pratiques pour aller et venir entre les villages des Cinque Terre. La famille Fanoli est très accueillante, disponible et à l'écoute en cas de besoin.

La casa si trova in una magnifica posizione e dispone di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche di lunga durata. Splendido il giardino, soprattutto per rilassarsi la sera. Le proprietarie sono molto gentili e disponibili. Esperienza più che positiva.

Some perfect days

Eine wundervolle Woche bei so freundlichen Vermieterinnen...einfach klasse. Sehr schönes Häuschen mit viel Grün, in das Städtchen und zum Strand nur wenige Minuten Fußweg. Wir gaben die Lage für einige traumhafte Wanderungen genutzt und uns über nahe gelegene Restaurants gefreut.

Süßes, ruhiges Ferienhäuschen

Das kleine Haus bietet alles was man braucht, es liegt sehr schön geschützt und doch ist man in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Auch Wanderwege können direkt vom Haus aus gestartet werden. Die Cinque-Terre-Orte sind für unseren Geschmack viel zu überlaufen, Deiva ist dagegen herrlich entspannt (Ende Mai zumindest). Die Vermieterinnen sind die meiste Zeit nicht Vorort, aber per WhatsApp oder über fewo ständig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett und promt. Insgesamt war unser Urlaub einfach toll und wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Deiva Marina

Ideale Lage für einen Wanderurlaub im Bereich Cinque Terre als auch Portofino kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof von dem aus man die einzelnen Ausgangspunkte optimal erreicht. Die Wohnung ist gut/komplett ausgestattet. In der Vorsaison (April/Mai) ergiebt sich auch die ligurientypische Parplatz-Problematik nicht mit zum Teil illusorisch hohen Parkplatzpreisen.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Häuschen im Grünen

Wir (4 Personen und kleiner Hund) haben 2,5 wundervolle Wochen in dem ruhigen Häuschen verbracht. WIr waren sehr sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Mit dem WLAN gab es nie Probleme. DIe Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer sehr freundlich und komplikationslos, angenehme Kommunikation. Zu Fuß sind es entspannte 10 Minuten zum Strand, ebenso zum Supermarkt. Die Bahnstation liegt gute 5 Minuten entfernt. Unser Auto haben wir die ganze Zeit nicht gebraucht - der öffentliche Parkplatz kostet 12 €/Tag, kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ab 5 Minuten Fußweg. Am Strand sind keine Hunde erlaubt - was für uns aber kein Problem war - das wussten wir vorher und unser Hund vermeidet Wasser. WIr können dieses Häuschen sehr weiterempfehlen für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit der Mischung Wanderung/Strand/Besichtigung

Kleines Haus in Deiva Marina

Das Häuschen ist zentral gelegen. Man kann von dort gut zu Fuß zum Meer und zum Bahnhof kommen. Zur Erkundung der Cinque Terre empfiehlt sich die Nutzung der Bahn. Das Auto kann nicht am Haus geparkt werden. In einiger Entfernung ist ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Das Haus ist einfach, aber sauber eingerichtet. Durch die Bepflanzung kann man geschützt auf der Terrasse sitzen, obwohl es so zentral gelegen ist. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf jedenfall empfehlenswert.

Herrliches Ferienhäuschen. Super Gastgeber!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können Samanta und ihre Familie als Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen! Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist prima, in knapp 10 Minuten waren wir am Strand. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist mit allem was man brauchst ausgestattet, und für Kinder ist der große Garten herrlich.

Ontspannen met vakantiegevoel dichtbij de Cinque Terre

Aangenaam vakantiehuis met alle nodige voorzieningen. Winkels, zee, treinstation, alles dichtbij zodat geen auto nodig is. Spontane vriendelijkheid van de eigenaars en heel bereikbaar. Een aanrader voor jong en oud.

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Eine kleine feine Wohnung für eine Familie. Es war alles da, was wir mit zwei Kindern gebraucht haben - am wichtigsten wäre eigentlich die großzügige Terrasse mit Tisch, Schatten und viel grün drumherum. Das Haus liegt einerseits sehr ruhig, andererseits ist man über einen Fußweg auch in ein paar Minuten am Strand und im Städtchen. Angenehm zu laufen über Bäumen, auch mit Kindern. Und für die gibt es auch noch einen öffentlichen Spielplatz in 100 Metern Entfernung. Das Auto haben wir in der Woche gar nicht benutzt, für einen Ausflug kann man super den Zug nehmen. Und Samanta und ihr Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Danke auch noch mal, dass wir Roller und Laufrad ausleihen durften! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Baden und Wandern

Wir verbrachten einen ganzen Monat in Deiva Marina und es wurde uns keine Sekunde langweilig. Das Häuschen mit großem Garten hat alles, was man braucht und die Besitzer Famile Fanoli stehen unaufdringlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Badeurlaub und Wandern miteinander zu verknüpfen. Entweder startet man gleich von Deiva und wandert von hier in die nächsten Orte oder man nimmt den Zug vom 5 min entfernten Bahnhof und kann so die herrliche Region der Cinque Terre und der Riviera di Levante erwandern. Das Auto konnten wir in der ganzen Zeit stehen lassen, da der Ort auch sonst alles bietet: Supermarkt, Bar, Restaurants. Für alle Hundebesitzer gut zu wissen: Der Strand in Deiva ist für Vierbeiner in allen Abschnitten verboten. Mille grazie an Francesca und Samantha Fanoli für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Entschleunigte Ferien mit Bewegungs-Optionen in der Nähe

Wir waren im September in diesem Häuschen in Deiva Marina. Besitzerin Francesca und ihre Tochter Samanta empfingen uns sehr herzlich und halfen bei Fragen auch gerne weiter. Das kleine, sehr saubere Häuschen hat alles drin, was man/frau braucht, ausser WLan. Bei schönem Wetter ist die grosse Wiese hinterm Haus eine Ruheoase und der Gasgrill lädt zum Brutzeln ein. Da der Garten gut eingezäunt ist, ist er sowohl für Kleinkinder als auch für Hunde ausbruchsicher;-). Wir hatten tolle entspannte Ferien in Deiva Marina. Herzlichen Dank!

Fantastic little house in Deiva Marina

We stayed at this property for one week in September with a family of four (two boys of 0 and 2 years). The house has everything you can ask for when traveling with young children (e.g. washing machine, microwave, fence all around, baby bed). The large garden was perfect for our oldest son to play in. The property is very quiet and the friendly owners are living in the neighboring house. The house is near to the village, the beach and the train station (max. 400 m). We did not use our car during our stay, but explored the villages in Cinque Terre or towards Genoa by train. We had a great stay in Deiva Marina and would happily return to this house for future holidays!
