100 m away from a large white sandy beach, near a fishing harbour, shops and restaurants. Large comfortable not attached house with a pleasant fenced garden. The house, nicely decorated in a West Coast spirit, has a vast living room opening at ground level on to the garden. Equipped house with high-speed internet (ADSL).

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem sehr gemĂŒtlichen, hellen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Das Haus ist absolut tierfreundlich, hat einen großen, komplett umzĂ€unten Garten. Sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten gibt es sehr viele gemĂŒtliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Die KĂŒche hat einen fantastischen Gasherd und ist super gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist hell und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr gemĂŒtlich und die Zimmer alle sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Eine WaschkĂŒche ist mit einer sehr gut funktionierenden Waschmaschine und einem Trockner ausgestattet. Der wunderschöne 5km lange Sandstrand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, unser kleiner Terrier hat es geliebt. Man kann den kleinen Laden im Ort mit einem Strandspaziergang in 20minuten erreichen. Da findet man alles fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen und können das Haus ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Zeit in der Bretagne

Das Haus und vor allem der Garten sind wirklich wunderschön. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Kommunikation war auch hervorragend. Gerne wieder!

Région magnifique et maison vraiment trÚs agréable

La rĂ©gion est vraiment Magnifique avec de belles plages pour ballades ou baignades. On trouve facilement de quoi se faire plaisir Ă  manger entre poissons,crustacĂ©s et crĂȘpes . La maison est trĂšs chaleureuse et spacieuse et lumineuse . Les lits sont trĂšs bons ,nous avons tous bien dormis .Nous avons aussi apprĂ©ciĂ© les grandes tables et grands canapĂ©s .l essentiel est la pour cuisiner avec 9 bons mangeurs ,grands plats, grille pain ,etc...! 2 salles de bain semblent un peu juste mais bien organisĂ©s..ça roule !

Sehr gute Lage zum Strand und gute Erreichbarkeit von GeschĂ€ften (Pont l abbĂ©). GemĂŒtlicher bretonischer Ort. Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig, hell,großer Garten, gut ausgestatte KĂŒche. Sonst aber erheblich renovierungsbedĂŒrftig, in die Jahre gekommen.Stellenweise unsauber, Betten (Matratzen) sehr schlecht und unbequem.Das 2. Badezimmer in Parterre wird nicht als Gelegenheitsdusche zum Duschen nach dem Strandbesuch beschrieben. Insgesamt in diesem Zustand nicht empfehlenswert und im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes seinen Preis ( 5300.-€) nicht wert.

Superbe séjour

La maison est décorée avec goût (le paradis pour les lecteurs !). Elle est entiÚrement équipée et elle est trÚs agréable à vivre. Le jardin est grand : grande table, barbecue, bains de soleil, salon de jardin. Tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter. La possibilité de se garer dans la cour est un plus. L'emplacement à 200 mÚtres de la mer est idéal. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine. La maison correspondait exactement à nos attentes : style, décoration, confort avec une mention spéciale pour l'équipement de la cuisine. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis trÚs à l'aise. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la terrasse extérieure et le jardin. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci beaucoup.

Traumhaus mit Charme und traumhafter Garten

Ein zauberhaftes Haus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber top augestattet. Viel Platz, viel Geschirr, viele Schlafmöglichkeiten, top KĂŒchenausstattung, alles bestens. Kleiner Mangel: Das Haus war sehr staubig und der MĂŒll war nicht ĂŒberall geleert, aber dies sind Kleinigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhrt und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen. Wissenswert ist, dass der vordere Bereich des Gartens nicht komplett umschlossen ist, mein Hund ist zweimal ausgebĂŒchst... dies sollte man wissen. Der hintere große Garten ist ausbruchsicher. Vielen Dank fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub.

Belle Maison spacieuse mais cracra !

Une belle maison spacieuse pour nos vacances en famille mais grosse déception à l'arrivée aprÚs 9h de route.... Un ménage de 2h avant de pouvoir en profiter... Une couche de poussiÚre et saleté immonde dans toute les chambres du sol au plafond... WC dégoûtant... Meubles de cuisine et frigo trÚs sales...et j'en passe bref un service d'entretien inexistant pour 100 euros réclamé au locataire précédent. Une maison de vacance top mais qui mériterait un bon coup de propre et d'entretien.

TrĂšs bien placĂ©e, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, pas trop fragile, de beaux espaces intĂ©rieure et extĂ©rieur.. tout Ă  Ă©tait super pour cette premiĂšre semaine de notre sĂ©jour breton. Super sĂ©jour Ă  l’Ile-Tudy

Nous avons passĂ©s quinze jours fabuleux Ă  10 (6 adultes et 4 enfants) Ă  l’Ile-Tudy dans la maison d’Evelyne. La maison est trĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©e et extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ©e. L’emplacement est idĂ©al (2 min Ă  pied de la plage) et tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Les piĂšces sont grandes et bien meublĂ©es pour recevoir 10 Ă  12 personnes sans problĂšme. Il y a mĂȘme des vĂ©los sur place Ă  disposition des locataires pour faciliter les dĂ©placements sur l’üle. Evelyne et notre contact sur place ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actifs et aidants. Nous reviendrons sans hĂ©siter !!!

Charmantes Haus in einer sehr schönen Lage

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem sehr charmanten, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Haus mit gemĂŒtlichem Garten sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war grundsĂ€tzlich in Ordnung, jedoch qualitativ verbesserungsfĂ€hig. Die Lage am Meer ist phantastisch, die Umgebung bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren oder attraktiven TagesausflĂŒgen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Jean Paul war sehr zuverlĂ€ssig und hat sich bei Anfragen hervorragend um uns gekĂŒmmert. Evelyne hat auf alle Fragen sehr schnell und kompetent reagiert. Besten Dank dafĂŒr!

Lovely large house

Great property , great location on a beautiful sandy dog friendly beach . The house has a very good range of bedrooms and although we were all adults ( plus a large dog) it would suit a few families with children fabulously for an old fashioned beach type holiday

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage in StrandnĂ€he und ist sehr gut ausgestattet..sogar Gasherd und Grill, den wir sehr genossen hatten. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur VerfĂŒgung. Es gibt auch FahrrĂ€der zur BenĂŒtzung. Insgesamt hatten wir einen Traum-Urlaub, vielen Dank!
