Bon emplacement mais problùme d’eau

Belle rĂ©sidence, bon emplacement (plage en accĂšs direct, bonne boulangerie Ă  2 pas) mais problĂšme d’approvisionnement en eau (pas de citerne) : coupure 1 jour sur deux . Nous avons cumulĂ© les dĂ©sagrĂ©ments Ă  l’arrivĂ©e ( propretĂ©, clim dans une chambre qui ne fonctionne pas, 2Ăšme clim sans tĂ©lĂ©commande, beaucoup de moustiques enfermĂ©s dans les placards). Le proprietaire a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©actif et trĂšs correct : rĂ©parateur pour la clim le lendemain et 1Ăšre nuit dĂ©dommagĂ©e. La douche mĂ©riterait Ă©galement d’ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e.

TrÚs bel appartement,propre,clair,fonctionnel dans une trÚs jolie résidence, trÚs arborée,deux piscines ,une petite pour les enfants en bas ùge et leurs jeunes parents et une grande avec une dizaine de chaises longues.Pendant ces onze jours ,nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Appartement bien agencĂ© et trĂšs bien placĂ©, dommage : pas de four, pas de lave-vaisselle et les plaques de cuisson sont bien rouillĂ©es. Placards encombrĂ©s voire trĂšs encombrĂ©s, impossible de ranger nos affaires. Nous avons dĂ» faire le mĂ©nage en arrivant, nous supposons qu'il n'avait pas dĂ» ĂȘtre fait par les locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents, c'est bien regrettable que le propriĂ©taire n'ait pas contrĂŽlĂ© au prĂ©alable. MalgrĂ© tout, trĂšs bon logement dans un cadre agrĂ©able, nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs bonnes vacances.

Le proprietaire a "Oublié...

Le proprietaire a "OubliĂ©" de nous signaler que la Climatisation des deux chambres Ă©tait en panne. Pas d'autre clim. Nous avons eu trĂšs chaud. Nous avons demandĂ© un ventilateur, on nous a rĂ©pondu qu'il suffisait d'ouvrir les fenĂȘtres et les portes mais les cafards, lezards, moustiques entraient. A force d'insister on a fini pour nous ammener un ventilo crade et vieux qui marchait Ă  peine. Le prix Ă©tait quand mĂȘme de 600 euros la semaine, NE LOUEZ pas chez eux.
