The 3 apartments occupy a whole floor each and are very spacious and have been fully renovated. The views are fabulous and the high position allows full enjoyment of breezes from every direction on all levels. Rent 1, 2 or all 3 units.

PRICING INFORMATION & CONDITIONS
Min booking 7 nights, or 14 nights for Christmas period + 2016
$250-280pn for 4 people
$20 per night for extra people >4 per apartment
$20 per person for linen (optional)
$50 baby set - high chair, child gates, cots (when available)
$250 exit clean per apartment
$30 per hour extra cleaning (may apply for outdoor area if not left well)
$15 per night booking fee (NB this only applies to bookings through Stayz)
10% GST applies
SHORT BOOKINGS CONDITIONS
Bookings of less than 7 nights are accepted as follows...
- if your dates adjoin another booking
- if booking is last minute
- only short bookings under 10 nights are accepted through Stayz
- Min fee for midweek is $1200 per apartment
- Min fee applies $1800 - $2200 if your dates cover weekend nights. (Fri / Sat / Sun)

AUCHENFLOWER - 2 x duplex units. Each with 2 queen ensuited bedrooms, 2 sleep outs, new kitchens, fully refurbished. To be furnished to our usual standard.
We have been providing accommodation of different styles since 2004. We enjoy the holiday homes business best as we find our guests are usually celebrating something special and they look after the homes as their own.

Carrington Apartments offers 3 different styles of art deco decor. Top level is decorated in the black/red/white bolder combinations and the animal influences of the time. The middle level features the oyster / grey white scheme with pops of lime and torquoise and creates more of a casual holiday theme. The lowest level is the more sophisticated beige hues with navy and yellow accents.
All the great features of a 1930s building including oversized bedrooms, incredible insulation from the double brick construction, high ceilings and special features have been retained and we have added (or will be adding shortly), the comforts of modern living. There are flow through breezes and views on all levels and from most directions.
After investing in property for 28 years, we now only purchase homes we love ourselves. As an investment, they may not stack up as well as multiple cheaper homes, but we have reached the stage where the enjoyment the property brings us, is now equally important as its investment potential.
Your group were a pleasure to host and thanks for your kind and fair words on the property.
The noise issue has been raised once before on the lower level (never for top floors), we are going to stay there this weekend and check it out.
In any event, I have arranged for a double glazing quote this weekend. Even though an inner city location, a quiet sleep is important.
The apartment met all our expectations.. It is excellently appointed, with impressive décor and ample space and facilities for a group/large family. The views over the Brisbane sky line, particularly in the evening from the balcony, which has its own barbecue facility, are a highlight.
Jennifer was a very friendly and helpful landlord.
Stayed here for a work trip with five people. One of the few places that I could find to take us all under one roof with everyone having their own room. It made it much more affordable. Great layout of house and handy location. I did notice some road noise initially, but I otherwise live in a very quiet location and by the third night I didn't notice it at all. Very handy having combination door access if staying with a large group, makes it easier to manage comings and goings. The property is fitted out to a high standard and had everything we needed.
We booked all 3 apartments for a visiting dance company and they couldn't have been happier. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with everything they needed. Jen was very helpful and communicative. This is now our preferred accommodation for visiting groups and we will definitely be booking again.
Carrington House is perfect if your after a weekend/week away with a few people and wish to entertain, the facilities are exceptional. This property is close to restaurants,shopping city and clubs.We had a family trip for a wedding with some small children and the property ticked all the boxes, From deliciously comfortable beds, large bathrooms, stunning decor, two bbqs, swimming pool, private balcony, plenty of seating, foxtel, a surplus of storage space. You will not want for anything if you stay here!!!

I highly recommend this property and will be using Carrington House again as it was Perfect.
Great apartment, wonderful facilities and very comfortable - felt like I was back in my own home! Highly recommend for anyone travelling in a large group (4-5 people). The bedrooms are all separate and you can have your own little private space. All the facilities you can ask for with nice little things such as Foxtel and Bose soundsystem for ipod/iphone etc...
This property is just beautiful. It's location is walking distance to the city, night life or a cheap taxi ride away from most central destination. It has everything you need and the owner's and very pleasant to deal with.
It comes highly recommend from me and my partner.
This is a superb location. Walking distance to the vibrant Fortitude Valley precinct and 2 kms from Queen St Mall. The RNA show grounds and the Royal Brisbane Hospital are a 5 min walk away.
Spring Hill is the more affluent suburb of inner Brisbane city, home to mostly professional families.
The suburb is quiet, safe and well established with character homes and significant buildings.
The Centenary pool complex is a short walk through the park opposite and is available for public use.
Carrington Manor enjoys a walk score of 93/100. Considers a walker's paradise so daily errands will not require a car and transport score of 98/100 - 8 min walk to trains and bus stop 200 m.
