There is a private entrance via a massive stone and iron back porch, off-street safe parking surrounded by a 8 ft tall wooden fence. About Andrew Mitchell
The house was purchased in 2010. I have been restoring the house to its original state when it was built in 1911. I appreciate the historic neighborhood and its convenience; a location in midtown between Crown Center and the Plaza.

Clean and comfortable
We were in town for a conference at the Convention Center and this loft was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable. We were a party of two married couples, so having two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a common sitting area was very nice. Much better than staying in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
Would stay here again easy-peesy lemon-squeezy
Can't say enough good things about this VRBO. Gorgeous surrounding houses/neighborhood, Hyde Park, and whenever you go out to the various KC spots, this house is primo-mucho-bueno-location-o. The interior of the loft itself where you reside is ALSO GREAT. Other VRBO's have amenities but this one has them all beat (no I do not know the owner in writing this review!). Seriously. Creamer in the fridge for your coffee (Keurig and coffee machine) laundry detergent for the washing machine, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner etc. Our stay was during December and even a few splashes of Christmas decor here and there throughout the loft. After conferring with my 3 other family members who also stayed with us, here are our final overall observations: Great mattresses both bedrooms. It would be nice to have a few more extra blankets and it was too noisy the 2nd night in one of the bedrooms; apparently it sounded like other peoples' voices were coming out of the bedroom closet. Overall, we all agree that should we come back to KC to visit again, WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. Absolutely.
the Property was so nice. Very detailed with little extras throughout. Nice high end everything.
the surrounding neighborhoods seemed a little sketchy but once you turn the corner it's like a whole different place. Lots of nice homes and this one was so nice. Very clean, nice high end everything. Good amount of space. it does have several stairs to get up to the third level. The only complaint was it was the other guests were a little loud and easily heard through the walls. Also a bonus...it was really close to everything in Power and lights district. Conveniently located.
I got a chance to meet the guests staying in the main house, they were a group of 5 women in there 50's and were very respectful. I view this as a CYOA situation. Your group was more of the noise problem since you were up and running errands at 3-4am. I rent to good people and if this situation happens you can always contact me and I will take care of it. A lot of times guests GPS takes them threw the East side via 71 highway, its better to take the route threw the city or the Broadway bridge.
Fantastic property!! Everything was just as portrayed if not better. Amazing attention to detail AND very comfy beds. Thank you Andrew for turning us on to Ztrip!! Perfect transportation to Arrowhead and so affordable. Found a new favorite breakfast spot too ...... Succotash ...... DELISH❤️
It was a clean and beautiful place to stay for our mom vacation! The tenant below us had a tendency to be loud around 2:30 and 4 am but not much other then that. Neighborhood was safe, you just knew not to wander to far away.
Great place to stay!
Quiet beautiful place to stay convenient to Power and light district and the plaza. Comfortable and large with high end finishes will definitely stay here again
