About Andrew Mitchell
The house was purchased in 2010. I have been restoring the house to its original state when it was built in 1911. I appreciate the historic neighborhood and its convenience; a location in midtown between Crown Center and the Plaza. I have a 5 year old son.

Super clean, comfortable, all the comforts of home!
Our experience was great! Super clean, nicely decorated, had all the amenities and furnishings necessary, and then some! We were comfortable, and Andrew stopped by to introduce himself and said to be sure to contact him if we needed anything. We appreciated the extra security measures, like always having plenty of outside lighting. The property was centrally located to all of our exploring and restaurants. Seemed like a nice, pretty quiet neighborhood. We will definitely try to stay again when we are in the area.

Property exactly as advertised and very clean. Andrew very responsive to questions. Very easy access to UMKC and The Plaza - restaurants, shopping, etc. Would definitely book here again.
