Lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and with fabulous views.

We loved our stay. Radicondoli is a lovely town with a couple of good restaurants. Watching the wild boar and deer from the bedroom window in the evening was a real treat and a glass of wine on the terrace with its lovely views was very enjoyable.

A beautiful spot overlooking glorious countryside

This really is a lovely apartment with stunning views. Cristina is so friendly and will give you a hug when you meet her. We were tired and frazzled after travelling when we arrived but the view from the bedroom and the groceries she had provided soon cheered us up. The apartment is just outside Radicondoli, a small town, and there are a couple of restaurants and shops for groceries. Do visit La Pergola restaurant, the food is great and view from the terrace is spectacular. Radicondoli is not walking distance but in the middle of Tuscany you need a car to get around anyway. Siena and Florence are not far to drive, Pisa is about 2 hours away and sitting next to the pool in the sunshine is wonderful if you don't want to travel. Overall - fantastic!

Un lieu de vacances idyllique

Nous passé des vacances de rêve dans cette magnifique propriété à proximité du village de Radicondoli. C'est un endroit très calme et on se trouve au milieu des paysages Toscans. D'où que vous vous trouvez, vous avez une vue imprenable. L'appartement de Cristina est très bien agencé et magnifiquement bien décoré. Il y règne une ambiance très "cosy". Nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Merci Cristina pour ton accueil chaleureux et tes bons conseils de visite. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce lieu de séjour et espérons pouvoir y retourner prochainement. Mieke et Christian

Séjour de rêve

Accueil très chaleureux par Christina qui est venu nous chercher a Radicondoli. Belle surprise une corbeille de fruits frais et des boissons fraiches nous attendez. Appartement propre , spacieux , est fonctionnel conforme aux photos. Très belle piscine d'eau salée. Endroit stratégique pour visiter la Toscane Florence, Sienne, Pise... Une destination a conseiller.

Great Stay

We (couple) had a great stay at Cristina's appartment. The appartment is spacious with very nice furnishing and a very cosy atmosphere and Cristina was a super nice host. She was very helpful and made us feel at home. The kitchen hat everything we needed, wifi worked well. The house is located a little outside of Radicondoli in a nicely maintained garden. The pool is huge and we enjoyed taking a dip after long cycling tours in the surrounding hills. Going to nearby sights did take a little while, but that is just because driving the sloping, winding and narrow roads did not allow going faster (at least not us, the local drivers were much better at that ;-), it's not so much the distance in itself. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend staying with Cristina.

Bel appartement, propre et bien équipé; vue magnifique. Petite terrasse avec table et chaises; très agréable. Belle piscine. Accueil chaleureux de Cristina avec une corbeille de fruits frais. Radicondoli à proximité avec 4 ou 5 restaurants, pharmacie, petite épicerie. Bonne localisation pour visiter la Toscane. A conseiller!

Luxueuse vakantiewoning !

De foto's zijn zoals het werkelijk is. Bijna nieuwe woning. Prachtige vergezichten van de ganse omgeving vanaf het terras. Centraal gelegen om de ganse streek van Toscane te bezoeken: Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Firenze, Cole di Val d'Elsa, enz... Mooi dorp met enige goede restaurants. Het is één van onze mooiste reizen van meer dan 30 jaar.

"Die sehr schöne Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet sowohl durch die Austattung als auch durch die wundervolle Aussicht auf die Umgebung die Möglichkeit, sich wunderbar zu erholen und den Flair der Toskana zu genießen. Der Charm des gesamten Anwesens nimmt einen völlig ein, wodurch das kleine Manko der "private collection"-Schilder und dem daraus resultierenden nicht all zu üppigen Platzangebots für Kleidung schnell vergessen wird. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Cristina war sehr nett, immer für Fragen offen und sehr bemüht, daß es uns gut geht und an nichts fehlt! Die Abwicklung war schnell und unkompliziert, der Kontakt zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich. Wir freuen uns auf einen nächsten Aufenthalt! -- The apartment is very nice with great attention to detail and offers both the facilities and the wonderful views of the area the opportunity to relax and enjoy the wonderful lifestyle of Tuscany. Cette location vraiment très agréable correspond à sa description. La maison en pierre de style toscan est belle et la vue sur les collines environnantes découvre un joli paysage. L'appartement très confortable et sa décoration recherchée ajoutent au charme de l'ensemble. Seul regret le manque de place pour ranger ses affaires, la majorité des meubles de rangement étant réservés aux proppriétaires. La campagne immédiate très belle est difficilement accessible pour randonner à pied , les chemins étant pour la plupart privés. Piscine bien située et agréable ; il n'y avait pas d'eau de mer lors de notre séjour mais de l'eau douce ce qui n'enlève en rien au plaisir de se baigner et de se reposer en profitant du paysage. Les propriétaires très sympathiques sont à l'écoute pour rendre le séjour agréable. Une adresse à conseiller pour son calme son confort et la beauté du paysage.

"Nous avions réservé ce appart alors qu''il n''y avait aucune appréciation... ce n''était pas sans risque... Et puis nous sommes arrivés à Radicondoli chez Cristina.... Et là, la magie a opéré : un superbe appartement, des paysages à l''infini, un accueil "familial" et plein d''attentions,un calme. Alors c''est vrai, il faut avoir une voiture pour se ballader mais quel régal de rentrer "comme-à-la-maison" tous les soirs. Nous avons même regretté de n''avoir pris qu''une semaine à Radicondoli. La piscine est assez grande avec des chaises longues disponibles. La région est très belles de San Giminiano aux pinèdes de Follonica, en passant par Volterra, Col d''Elsa, Montereggioni, Sienne, sans oublier le charme de Radicondoli.
