Perfect stay in a wonderful location with a very friendly host

We had a perfect vacation in Luca's house with two adults and a teenager. The road to the house is single lane and gravel, but not a problem. Host Luca was waiting for us on arrival with a breakfast basket for the next few days. The house is very quiet in the middle of olive trees and Luca (also lives on the large property) was very discreet, but always available. Luca makes his own olive oil, which tastes very good, we were happy to buy it. The furnishings of the house correspond to the pictures and are of very high quality and well thought out. We were also able to use a washing machine. There are two seating areas outside that belong to the house, where you can sit undisturbed. Radicondoli is a pretty, medieval village and can be reached on foot in 20-25 minutes, straight up the hill from the house. There are some good restaurants and a mini-coop market there. Radicondoli is perfectly located to reach interesting destinations in Tuscany such as Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence. We highly recommend the house! Grazie mille, Luca! Best. of Tuscany

We highly recommend staying here. It is a perfect way to relax in a house that has all the essentials with comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen, beautiful living room, and everything very clean. Luca and his wife are gracious and accommodating. They designed and built the house and it is remarkable: A very serene and comfortable setting. It is stunning in its architecture with a living room view over an olive orchard and a sitting area just outside the door. Villages in the area are easily accessible and provide a wonderful immersion into the regional culture.
