Villa for 8 people in Carcassonne. Large garden with trees (3000m) with swimming pool (4x9m). Near the Canal du Midi. 90 km from Toulouse, 150 km from Montpellier. Tourist region between sea (65 km) and mountains (Pyrenees).
You will take advantage of the large garden and its small garden furniture to rest, read or have an aperitif in the shade of the various terraces.
The region offers many walks and you can visit the Cathar castles, the vineyards and of course the famous city, fortified city, very lively in summer.

Super hosts who even met us at the airport which was so kind they were very friendly and helpful.You enter the villa by electric gates into an oasis of beautiful trees and shrubs and hedging giving you total privacy.There is train noise in the back ground but it is hardly noticeable.The pool area and terrace where surrounded by lovely planting again. The villa is spacious with everything you need for a lovely stay. You're only 5 minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants.We have just spent 2 amazing weeks here and cannot recommend it enough.

Jolie Coin de Détente

L’annonce correspond parfaitement à cette propriété. Des propriétaires très sympathiques et non loin en cas de besoin. Villa se situant dans une propriété privée donc très très peu de passage, possibilité de marche/vélo le long du canal à 2 pas. Centre commercial accessible à pied. Centre ville à 5 minutes en voiture. Tout le nécessaire est présent pour se détendre et visitez. (Seul le bruit de quelques TGV est audible) Quelques petits aménagements/travaux pourrait améliorer le confort (piscine chauffée/couverte, douche extérieur,…) N’hésitez pas sur cette jolie Villa ! Détente, piscine et visite !

Un bon séjour à Carcassonne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Véronique et Christophe! Le logement est parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Les équipements étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes, ainsi que la piscine. Disponibilités et conseils des propriétaires sur la région très appréciés. Le chemin de fer à proximité pourrait gêner certains. Nous recommandons des vacances chez Véronique et Christophe.

Vacances de rêve au paradis

Dès l'arrivée et suite à l'accueil très chaleureux de Véronique et Christophe nous savions que nous allions vivre un séjour inoubliable. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée, située dans une jardin magnifique. La piscine est grande, agréable et très propre, merci à Christophe pour le nettoyage au milieu du séjour. Bref, le paradis sur terre.

Excellentes vacances à Carcassonne et environ

Grande villa, beaucoup d’espace à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Nous avons pu apprécier l’airco aussi en ces temps de canicule. Bien équipée. Tout en étant dans la verdure, pas loin de commerces et de la cité. Bref, excellent séjour

Great holiday

Lovely villa and great pool, children loved it and stayed in till late. Hosts were very nice and helpful.Nice walk along nearby canal into town. Beautiful Carcassonne walled city, spent most of the day there.

A private and peaceful retreat

We booked last minute and what a find!!! This homeaway was the perfect setting for a fabulous break. We felt at home from the minute we entered through the electric gates. It sits in beautifully maintained and generously proportioned secure and private grounds. A number of terraces giving different views of the property as you either follow or seek a break from the sun during the day. The house has a very welcoming feel which was reflected in the efforts and kind attention of both our generous and helpful hosts. We could not have asked or expected more. Comfortably furnished and well equipped in addition to being conveniently located for both the airport and the city of Carcassonne (short drive to either location). There is a supermarket complex within a short drive / walking distance. Highway connections are also good if travelling further afield to the beach or other city excursions. We cannot recommend this property and our hosts highly enough and can hardly wait to book a return visit to our new found homeaway!! John & Fiona Aug 2019

Superbe séjour dans cette villa avec jardin magnifique et piscine au top. Propriétaires super !

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette spacieuse villa dont toutes les pièces sont climatisées. La propriété privée avec son énorme jardin qui est très bien aménagé nous a enchanté. Piscine largement suffisante pour tous. Propriétaires super sympas et disponibles. Le train passant non loin de là est vite oublié tant le cadre est paradisiaque. Si je devais vraiment pointer un aspect négatif, je dirais simplement que pour celui qui souhaite cuisiner sur place, cela manque un peu de casseroles. Mais qui dit vacances dit repos et donc...resto!!! Je recommande vivement.

Très bon séjour

Avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine à 2 familles. La maison est suffisamment vaste pour que chacun soit à son aise, et sans jamais avoir l'impression d'être à l'étroit. Les nombreux espaces extérieurs sont très appréciables ainsi que la piscine - Les ados et leurs parents ont beaucoup aimé :) ! - Il y a effectivement à proximité une voie ferrée, ainsi qu'une route, mais ces éléments se font vite oublier, et le centre commercial à proximité permet un ravitaillement rapide. La maison est bien équipée et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

A lovely property with superb pool

he house is set in a large, private, well-kept garden. It is clean and fresh and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are in very good condition. The exceptionally clean pool is located in a very large sunny terraced area. The best parts of the house are the various pleasant terraced areas where we spent most of our time eating and relaxing. The house is only 10 minutes’ drive from the airport and is a short walk from an excellent hypermarket. The Canal du Midi is a five minute walk from the house and provides a nice 30 minute walk into Carcassonne in one direction and a nice canal side restaurant with a 40 minute walk in the other direction. Carcassonne is a clean and attractive town with a lively central square that has a good selection of Cafes and Restaurants. The old city is spectacular; one day we had a special lunch at the Hotel de la Cité; where, considering the beautiful setting and quality of food, the price was very reasonable. The mountain regions around Carcassonne are exceptionally beautiful and well populated with interesting Cathar castles.

Charmante propriété pour vacances réussies

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette maison spacieuse, agréable et très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le vaste jardin, ses nombreuses terrasses et sa superbe piscine. Nous avons apprécié également la proximité de Carcassonne, du canal du midi et des commerces. Vraiment de très bonnes vacances. A recommander sans hésitation.

Avions hésité à choisir cette maison car la localisation indiquait à proximité une voie de chemin de fer et une route importante (contournement de Carcassonne) et une implantation urbaine. Nous avons été inspirés de passer outre. Les petites nuisances sont vite intégrées et deviennent même des atouts car elles signifient qu'il n'y a pas à entrer dans Carcassonne pour visiter la région que ce soit vers les Cévennes ou les Corbières. La grande proximité du centre Leclerc et d'un petit marchand de fruits et légumes facilitent l'organisation matérielle La maison est située dans une ancienne propriété qui a été divisée et ne donne vraiment pas l'impression d'être en ville ou dans un lotissement . Elle est bien sécurisée. Le jardin est magnifique Notre amateur de photos macros s'est régalé et les enfants ont bien ri des cabrioles des écureuils. Ils se sont régalés aussi des "petites caches" du jardin, du ping- pong et de la piscine haut lieu de la vie avec sa "varangue" surélevée -apéros sympas garantis ou lieu de tranquillité pour lire ou se reposer-. Cette piscine est très sécurisée et les enfants ne peuvent y accéder sans la présence des parents. La maison est vraiment très très agréable :, beaux volumes de la salle de séjour, bien équipée - clim notamment- "déco" simple, raffinée mais... pas fragile, possibilité de s'isoler même quand elle est "pleine" . En prime des propriétaires très chaleureux. Bref, nous sommes revenus...3 ans de suite...

Très belle maison

Très belle maison et propriétaire très sympas. Avons passé de très bonnes vacances. A conseiller. Maison spacieuse, fonctionnelle avec des coins terrasses très agréable. A 30 minutes à pied du centre de Carcassonne, canal du Midi à proximité (environ 10 min à pied) voies ferrées à proximité, lègère nuissance mais sans conséquence négative pour le séjour. Je la conseille pour un séjour en famille et entre amis.

Maison très agréable avec plusieurs terrasses, propre et très bien équipée. Située dans un domaine privé à proximité du canal du Midi et d'une voie ferrée (quelques trains de temps de temps), elle permet d'être à la fois proche du centre ville de Carcassonne et des différentes commodités.

Une villa très agréable, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison au multiples terrasses, les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié. La piscine très jolie avec sa terrasse où nous avons passé de bons moments. L'accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons cette maison à toutes les familles. Excellentes vacances

Un cadre de rêve de superbes vacances dans cette très jolie villa. Tout est magnifique, idéal pour passer un très bon séjour ; La déco de la maison est superbe et la piscine est parfaite. Les alentours pour faire de nombreuses promenades, font de ces vacances tout pour se reposer et passer de très bonnes vacances. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur confiance et leur gentillesse
