Condo à Jupiter Bay Resort, récemment rénové avec un accès facile à la plage

Jupiter Description du condo

Luxueux Jupiter Bay deux chambres, 2 unité de salle de bains avec terrasse fermée donnant sur la piscine. Belle plage est à seulement 350 verges à pied. Unité a été récemment rénové et les sports tous les nouveaux meubles en cuir, carrelage, moquette dans la chambre à coucher et les comptoirs de granit dans la cuisine et salles de bains. TV à écran plat sont disponibles à la fois dans la famille et de la zone de chambre.

La communauté de station dispose de deux piscines, d'un bain à remous et des courts de tennis. Dans la soirée, profiter d'une promenade sur la plage ou autour de la magnifique lac et cascade région. Le parc attenant a couvert des cabines avec tables de pique-nique et grillades en plein air. terrains de boules bien entretenus sont également disponibles ainsi que des courts de tennis éclairés et un amphithéâtre.

Tout ce que vous pourriez avoir besoin est à quelques minutes: boutiques, salles de cinéma, un centre de remise en forme et de théâtre en direct! Le nouveau Harbourside avec beaucoup de choix dans les restaurants et boutiques est à quelques pas. Pour les acheteurs plus intenses, le centre commercial Gardens et le centre ville sont quinze minutes.
Vingt-cinq minutes, vous trouverez le West Palm Beach Airport et City Place, un centre commercial, un restaurant et la vie nocturne quartier très populaire. Vous serez également à proximité des Monts Jardin botanique et Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. Pour les enfants, vous avez le Palm Beach Zoo, Lion Country Safari, Rapids Water Park. Si vous avez envie d'une excursion d'une journée Orlando et Disneyworld est un peu plus de deux heures de route et Miami est à seulement 90 miles au sud.

les bateaux de pêche de la Charte sont disponibles à l'entrée de Jupiter ainsi que des bateaux de croisière pour ceux qui préfèrent une croisière paresseux la sur cote admirer toutes les belles maisons et les bateaux et le célèbre phare de Jupiter.



Le Dean Stadium Roger est la maison d'entraînement de printemps de la St. Louis Cardinals et les Marlins de la Floride. Pour les golfeurs, nous avons trop de cours de mentionner notamment la PGA.

I have been coming to Jupiter, Florida for years. It was my sister's first visit. We were both thrilled with this condo. The pool was steps from our lanai door. Close to everything. Whether my morning walk at Carlin Park or our afternoon swim in the pool next to Twisted Tuna. The beach was wonderful as well. Returning each evening to the super comfortable sectional was an added bonus.

The condo was clean and convenient to the grocery store and restaurants. It was nice to be able to walk to the park and have picke ball courts right behind the complex. The beach was beyond the park. We like to walk, so that wasn’t an issue for us. If you don’t like to walk, it would be a quick drive to beach. Mark, the owner, checked in to make sure everything was ok. The pool was nice, but you had to have a key to get in and OUT of the gated area which made it hard when one of us went inside. It was a good that the condo was close to the pool! The one down side was the rude woman working in the office who made it quite difficult to reserve the grill. We gave up and cooked inside on several nights. It would have been nice to grill and eat around the pool. Overall, it was a nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Our condo was perfect for us in terms of location and size. In addition, the pool was conveniently located outside the condo doors! Parking was convenient for loading and unloading luggage and groceries.

Great spot !

Mark did a great job setting us up for success with a clean place that was fully and comfortably stocked for a longer stay. The facility is wonderful and we very much enjoyed it. Look forward to renting with Mark in the future.

We had a very comfortable stay at Mark's condo. It was so convenient to the pool, beach, restaurants, and shopping. Mark is a helpful and responsive owner. The condo is very nice and with a few tweeks here and there, it would be even better. We would rent from Mark again.

Great location

We had an unexpected bump upon our arrival, but Mark responded immediately and made things right. The condo was perfect for what we needed as we had many family members gathering for the holidays. We hope to return.

Nice Condo - Renovated - Responsive Owner

Nice condo. Modern renovation. The blinds were dated and the cieling fan on the patio was missing, but overall enjoyed our stay. Fast internet access and owner was responsive when it went down as well as getting us our blow up mattress. Sleeps 6 but you will need a queen blow up as sofa is not a fold out.

What was wrong with it? Spoke with tenant during their stay and with the exception of a faulty tv remote that was corrected the same day in the third bedroom nothing else was communicated. I am a very responsive owner and encourage my tenants to communicate any issues so I may remedy them. Nothing else was communicated.?

Nice but Needs some work

This property is well located and the rooms and appliances are excellent. There was a problem with the floor-to ceiling blinds, missing slats. The owner was willing to repair them, but we were forced to deny help because one of us got Covid....twice. The metal doors to the pantry and the master closet don't work properly and the lanai needs upgrading. Overall, a nice place to stay and a cooperative and helpful owner. We had a nice stay there.

Four slats fell out do to previous operator error and were easily snapped back in place. The metal sliding doors were off the track and now work properly. I believe the lanai comment was referring to the patio furniture that has since been replaced. Felt bad for the tenants as they were forced in quarantine and were unable to enjoy the beautiful weather we experienced in February

Great location

The location and size of this condo is great. We were a little disappointed in the overall cleanliness. So much stuff on the walls. I don’t mean scuff marks just stuff that had been splashed on the wall. Maybe like food or makeup or ????? Not sure. This place just really needs a deep clean. Every window had a vertical blind or 2 missing. I did reach out to the owner and he was more than willing to come over but we just hung a towel up. The owner was available but as long as we had the bedroom window covered we could deal with all the other missing ones. I wonder why the cleaning people don’t mention stuff like that to the owners. The water pressure is poor but that might not be anything the owner can control or fix. Overall nice location, great size, and just a good deep cleaning and this place would be awesome

Ironically, the unit was scheduled for a total painting the day that the tenant left. There were vertical slats missing on TWO windows. The previous tenant obviously knocked them off due to operator error,(these new blinds were just installed two months prior) . As the reviewer noted, I offered to come by and fix them immediately. After they left, I snapped the fallen pieces back in place in less than a minute. I inspected the unit relative to the deep cleaning mention. I believe the reviewer was confusing the paint issues with the need for a deep cleaning. All my units go through a deep cleaning twice annually along with the cleanings that take place after each new tenant.

Worst place we've ever rented

The place smelled like mildew whenever we came in. The worse was the last day when we found what turned out to be black algae (according to the owners plumber)covering the head of the kitchen faucet, after we had been drinking water from it all week. We pulled down the head & finally noticed it. Also after stripping the master bed, no mattress cover, just another sheet. We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper & none other available (not something you want to find out the hard way). The owner left a maintenance person to repair the ice machine who asked us questions about the fridge settings- how /why were we supposed to know? Very unpleasant text exchanges with the owner who offered no apologies, just excuses. Would never rent here again.

Con artist.Looking for a free ride. I had 5 different tenant's in there from December through the middle of April with no complaints of smell. I was in the unit myself prior to the visit and detected no smell. I sent my cleaning supervisor and two others after her note -no smell. I accompanied a vendor who replaced an ice maker on two occasions during their stay and asked if there were any concerns. None! I take pride in keeping my places clean and up to date. But it is frustrating to deal with a problem that others say doesn't exist. She insisted on a full refund and revealed she received a $ 500 refund on her last stay because the hot tub did not work for one day. Check out the other reviews on this condo to find out the truth.

Nice resort like property in Juno Beach

Very nice well equipped 2Br condo on first floor with community pool just behind lanai. Owner was responsive and responded quickly to any issues. Coffee maker broke and he ordered new one that arrived in 2 days. You can walk to beach and stores from this location.

GREAT PLACE!

Large roomy condo with bedrooms on opposite ends. Very nice outdoor living screened in porch close to pool. Location is safe and close to Publix Grocery, restaurants, theater and, of course, the beaches.. Great communication and smooth check-in. Just let the owner the vehicle information for parking pass.
