Pino is a very good host with lots of ideas for the trip. The apartment is well connected with the local bus routes. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and hope to return one day.

We had a great stay at the apt. The best part is that its away from the crowds and taking the bus to all sights was a pleasure . The owner was very helpful with his tips and the apartment was well kept , Clean.
Thanks so much for making our stay enjoyable:))

Hi Samir, thanks for your words, I really love you, you appreciated all my diversity, my hospitality, my apartment, thanks again, I hope to meet you again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pino’s apartment. Some highlights: 1) He is a very communicative host and full of recommendations of things to do; 2) The apartment is exactly as advertised and is very spacious; 3) I loved the banana grove out back… we cooked meals and ate outside several evenings; 4) The local/public transportation system is easy to use…we rode buses & trains all week for little cost. I highly recommend choosing Pino’s place for a comfortable, clean and quiet stay in Rome!

Perfect in everyway, Pino is an unbelievable host
Fabulous stay. Pino and his sister are the kindest, sincere people one can ever hope to meet when traveling.
The apartment exceeded our expectations, bright, comfortable, super clean and newly renovated with great kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Pino made our stay so easy. We appreciate all he did for us.

Charming host, great appartment
the owner, Pino, transferred us from the airport and was full of information on where to visit in Rome. Treats of Easter egg and cassata bread greeted us at the spacious appartment. The place was great...lots of facilities nearby and the Pamphili park is lovely. We decided to walk into central Rome each day, though buses and tram were nearby.

You were my Easter guests, I always have a special eye to my guests who stay during that period of the year, this time it was your turn. And large families, like yours, always experience the same great stay in my apartment, I'm glad it happened the same with you, come back soon, I'll wait you for your next holiday in Rome.

Convenient apartment close to centre of Rome
We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Our host Pino was very accommodating and helpful. The house was clean and it is located in a residential area. Shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants are right around the corner. All historic and touristic sites of Rome are easily reached by bus of tram. No complaints!

Pino was the most helpful host. I had contacted him so many times with questions and he was obliging and kind. He always responded quickly. We could not ask for more. Thank you Pino

I want to go back there
I can only recommend the place : the flat is very clean and praticable (the pictures on the site are true to reality), very calm and near bus stops & shops for food shopping.
The owner is VERY nice and welcoming, gives good advice, keeps in touch to be helpful without being intrusive.
The area is not hectic, but there is a nice pizza place just outside the building. And it takes about 15 minutes to reach historical Rome...
We really had a very very good time, just being able to enjoy the dolce vita! I would definitely stay there again without reservations!

Property located in nice Rome neighborhood where locals gather in outdoor cafes for cappuccino and sweets. Pino was fantastic as a host helping us discover the historical sights of Rome. Lining us up with Giovanna Di Furia as a guide. We had her guide us two days and she was terrific!! In addition he went above and beyond for our daughter & family when their driver failed to pick them up for trip to airport. Pino got out of bed at 5:00 AM and took them!!

Thank you, Thomas, I loved to host you and your big family, a very nice one, and I loved to help you, all my guests have to have their best stay, so any problem is resolved, thanks for your note.
Clean, spacious and sufficient best describe this location. Host is super friendly and takes pride in providing maps and many suggestions. Great if you have never been to Rome or the neighborhood. Unit is in a well kept apartment complex that is mainly quiet. Host graciously let one of our traveling party check in early due to fatigue. After dropping off bags, the rest of us explored the via donna Olimpia and found delightful markets and restaurants all around. Mainly walkable except some nearby roads have no sidewalks (didn’t seem to bother residents!). Loved the neighborhood feel. Bus service is a few blocks away, but we found it more convenient to use taxi and Uber to get to the touristy sites. Plan on 10-20€ each way. Our only complaint was the unit is on the main floor next to the front door - which slams shut loudly. Residents in the building don’t seem to care as they entered/exited all hours. Nothing the host can control, but sure wish the door had a soft close mechanism!

Home away from home
For laboral reasons we have to search an apartment in Rome. The home of Mr. Pino is a home far away of your home. We stay in the apartment for one month. Everything is perfect. You have anything you can need in an apartment and you have extra tips like plenty of space, excellent charm of the owner and anything you can imagine.
The attention to the details, the comfortable home, the help with anything you can imagine, even stupid questions like buses timetable are solved with diligence and profesionalism.
If anybody has any doubt about the installations don't hesitate. It's like your home in Rome.
The photografies you will see in the web don't allow you to figure out how may free space is in every room.
One of our concers was the heating, as we were travelling with Kids, but heating was great, the kitchen is great (even to be there a month) and in the neighborhood you have Villa Pamphili park which is great for kids.
No other than excellent for the house and for the owner

Response from VrboOwner on 29 Mar, 2020
Thank you Anna,
for giving me the opportunity to experience a long term rental, you have been the first! I really am glad to hear that the house resisted and did its duty and I enjoyed to give you my help when you needed. I miss you. Feel free to contact me for any further needs. Arrivederci! I hope soon.
Pino is a great host. Very communicative and helpful with information about the city and checking in on us throughout our stay. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe/secure. It was nice to get away from the touristy crowds when we returned from sightseeing. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. Supermarkets were not too far but if you don’t plan to make a bigger shopping trip there is a bodega/fruit stand directly to the left of the building when you exit the gate. Hardware store, pharmacy, bakeries etc. are all within a block or two. We didn’t really explore restaurants nearby by
My guess is that they are much better than ones near major sightseeing locations. Overall you feel like you are having more of an authentic Rome experience by staying here, which I liked. Trastevere neighborhood is about a 15 minute walk. We went to a giant flea market there (held on Sundays) which was fun. Next time I go to Rome I will invest in a detailed public transportation map. I found the system hard to navigate but we were only there for three days (so take that with a grain of salt). We wound up taking taxis/Uber most places to avoid the hassle and spent more $ on transportation than we expected. Beds are very firm which is either a plus or minus depending on what you are used to. One thing that would have been nice is a little sitting area with comfortable chairs and a couch for watching TV at night but that wasn’t a huge deal. There is a nice private patio off the kitchen if you want to relax.

Wonderful Time!
Pino was fantastic! Super with communication and very helpful and friendly. He offered to pick us up at the airport for a small fee, which was great since we needed to wait 2 hours to get through customs. He had a guide set up for us and gave great recommendations for dinner and things to see. The apartment was spacious and clean. The backyard patio was very nice. The apartment was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The owner had also left us snacks and wine as a welcoming gift. The apartment was in the perfect location for touring with multple bus stops, the tram and a subway stop within easy walking distance. Everything was great. The owner also checked in with us periodically to mske sure we were enjoying ourselves.
