Postira is a quiet fishing village, far from noise and crowds, which is especially recommended for people who want rest and relaxation with organic food of the local cuisine and excellent local wine.

Apartment Paramarin is a new apartment, located in two hundred-year-old house in the centre of the village.

Because of the unique position of the house, you have a feeling that you are on the command bridge of the ship, because the sea is on the left and on the right. Feel the sound of waves and the smell of the sea. In the morning, immediately in front of the house buy live fish from fishermen ...
The apartment was built in 2008. Apartment size is 50 m2. It consists of living room with dining room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and corridor. In the living room there is a three-seater which can be, if necessary, easily turned into a quality bed for two people with spring mattresses. In the larger bedroom there is a double bed, and in the smaller bedroom there are bunk beds with an extra bed which can be used if needed. The apartment is suitable for comfortable accommodation of 4 people, and if needed it can accommodate up to 7 persons. The apartment is equipped with AIR conditioning, satellite TV, internet, radio/cd/mp3/cassette player, fridge with a freezer, microwave oven, washing mashine, dishwasher, hair dryer, complete kitchen equipment ... A large terrace ( approx. 10 m2) with sunblind, located directly above the sea, is a distinctive feature of the apartment. Many people consider the terrace the most beautiful in the village and probably similar terrace can rarely be found (with regard to its position) in the entire Adriatic.

A public parking place, which can be used by our guests free of charge, is about one hundred meters away. Traffic on the road in front of the apartment is allowed only in the morning - from 7 to 9 am. There are several cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, post office, various shops, etc. close to the apartment. You can swim in the village or use one of the well-kept beaches on the edge of or outside the village. There are several pebble beaches suitable for children. A famous sand beach Lovrecina which is not far from the apartment, is appreciated by parents of small children - especially because of its shallow water. The most wonderful apartment and location

The apartment is right above the bustling harbour with all its wonderful bars and restaurants. There is plenty of space for 4 adults. Loads of different beaches all in walking distance as well as being 5 minutes walk from the supermarket. Jakov was most helpful as was Marina who is the caretaker, who lives just around the corner. Beautifully clean and sunny. Will definitely return. Thank you

This holiday has been without question one of the best my wife and I have ever had. The location is simply stunning, you really do have the best seat in the house and because no traffic is allowed the location is peaceful with just the quiet chatter of people who are people watching. The view from the balcony is unsurpassed. It was so great just to walk down the stairs and have a coffee with the locals before a hard days sunbathing on the little pebble beach about 250 metres away. The apartments facilities including the dishwasher, washing machine, microwave,coffee maker,full size oven and hob all worked perfectly but if you don't fancy cooking a short walk around the harbour will find you well served with some fantastic food including some of the best fish I have ever tasted. Thank you Jackov for providing a superb base for an unforgetable holiday

Om du Àr en familj med barn 7 och uppÄt Àr Postira pÄ Braç ett lysande val. Visst, strÀnderna har inte vit sand och badskor Àr nÀstan ett krav, men de ligger mycket nÀra och pÄ vÀgen kan man bÄde handla, Àta god mat och köpa glass. LÀgenhetens balkong med utsikt över hamnen Àr underbar pÄ förmiddagen och kvÀllen. Men var beredd pÄ att det Àr ganska högljutt pÄ kvÀllen, ofta till 2-3 pÄ natten i omrÄdet. Om du sover med fönstret öppet, bör du inte vara lÀttvÀckt. Men hÀr Àr lÀtt att bo, nÀra till allt och vi kan varmt rekommendera en vecka hÀr.

Absolutely wonderful ! Fantastic location looking right over the lovely fishing village.

We really loved everything about the apartment and wished we could have stayed longer. Just sitting on the balcony and watching the boats in the harbour was so relaxing. There is a little beach very close by. We hired bicycles and rode them along the coast rode to other beautiful swimming spots. We also hired motor scooters to explore further afield. Jakov was very helpful in communicating with us. I highly recommend his wonderful apartment for a lovely relaxing holiday in a beautiful little fishing village.

Brilliant views from balcony!

The apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Postira with fantastic sea views from the excellent balcony! All restaurants and bars are accessible within a 5 minute walk. Access to 2 beach areas also within 5 mins. Overall, the apartment is very clean, well equipped, modern with great WiFi. Highlight of the evening was watching the sunset from our balcony. We would really like to return to this apartment soon and will recommend it to family and friends!

Amazing location.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. However the location was the show stopper here. An amazing balcony looking over the harbour with cafes and restaurants nearby with a nice buzz but in no way over bearingly loud. We had 3 different accommodations in Croatia and this was by far my favourite.

Ich kann mich nur der Bewertung von Sabine P. anschließen: tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, problemlose Anreise und SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe und gute Betreuung. Der Ort ist schön und gemĂŒtlich (kein Riesenrummel aber dennoch genug Abwechslung). Die Konoba Gustirna gleich um die Ecke ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Ich kann das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen, wir selbst wollen auch unbediingt wieder hin.

This apartment really is just yards from the water. The view from the spacious balcony is wonderful - beautiful blue sea, boats and the mountains from the mainland. The sun sets in front of you in the evening. When we were in, the four of us spent most of our time on the balcony, transfixed by the view. The apartment has everything you need. It is clean, tidy and tasteful. You can sleep six as the double sofa bed in the sitting room is comfortable. The air con was good - we were OK even when the temperatures were in the high 30s. There is a bakery, a small daily food market, a supermarket and post office just round the corner. You can buy fish from the harbour front. Postira is vibrant but not too touristy. Most of the tourists aren't English. There are lots of cafes and restaurants and when we were there mid-season there was a lively waterfront programme (water polo tournament, theatre, music). There are at least three different places to swim in town alone. One is right next to a great cafe where we spent hours, dipping in and out of the water in between courses. You can also hire motor boats, kayaks, bicycles and cars in town. Jakov, who owns the apartment, was charming and so helpful by email. He even picked us up at Split airport and transported us to the ferry terminal. His potted history of Croatia en route was fabulous. This apartment was a real find. I was delighted when we arrived. We will definitely be returning!

Apartment by the habour

Postira is a beautiful fishing village with all you need for a lovely holiday. The apartment has everything you need. Love the mornings and late evenings on the balcony when you could see the village wake up and see the boats coming our leaving the habour. Lots of good restaurants. The beach close from the apartment where perfect for our kids in the ages of 11,9 and 5. And thank Jakov and Marina for you hospitality before during the stay in your apartment. We will give our warmest recommendation for this apartment.

Schöner Urlaub in einem sehr gut ausgestattetem Appartement. Der Balkon ĂŒber dem Hafen ist ein Traum!! Wir haben an dieser Adresse 2 wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Jakov betreute uns sehr fĂŒrsorglich per Telefon. Vor Ort hat uns Marina sehr freundlich empfangen und sich um uns gekĂŒmmert. Postira ist fĂŒr uns der schönste Ort auf Brac. Urige Konoba direkt nebenan, mehrere schöne Fels-und KieselstrĂ€nde fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Das Wasser glasklar; kein Abfall, keine Quallen! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!!

Nous avons passĂ© une merveilleuse semaine dans ce logement idĂ©alement situĂ© et d'oĂč la vue est splendide. Nous Ă©tions sans voiture et avons utilisĂ© les bus qui partent du village pour rejoindre d'autres endroits de l'ile et le ferry pour Split. This is a great Apartment...

This is a great Apartment. The Location is superb, wonderful views over the port and the ocean. Small but very clean and cute rooms. In the Center of Postira with many bars and Restaurants arround. A bar is located just below. Good coffee there. The Sound of the bar doesn't affect much, you don't hear it when Windows of balcony closed. Jacov, the owner is very friendly.

"Postira is very idyllic and peaceful small fishing village. Everything is very close e.g. supermarket, bakery, local vegetable market, fish market, bars and restaurants and beaches (several small ones very close). Postira is ideal for family vacation - at least we enjoyed Postira very much. Apartment is exactly as promised in the advertisement and with superb views to the sea. Everything was clean and worked as promised. And thanks to Jakov and Marina we got all the information we needed during our stay."

"appartement magnifiquement bien situé, équipé complÚtement et quasi neuf. sejour tres tres agreable car tous les repas se font sur la terrasse qui surplombe le port et les commerces, coucher du soleil en prime. Pas de bruit dans l''appartement car bien isolé. Nous etions 5, la table carrée de la terrasse etait un peu petite, sinon tout etait parfait, le proprietaire est tres prevenant et la personne sur place tres serviable. L''escalier pour monter au 2e etage est etroit et assez pentu, y aller doucement pour monter et descendre les bagages! Nous recommandons chaudement cette location."

"Appartement trÚs fonctionnel et bien situé. Le petit port de Postira est charmant, calme et suffisamment animé. Idéal pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants et sans voiture. Tout est à portée de la main : plages, commerces, marché... La vue du balcon est magnifique, c''est un bonheur de juste regarder les allées venues des bateaux dans le port. Seul (petit) bémol : animations le soir sur le port parfois trÚs bruyantes en août, mais cela s''est limité à quelques jours."

"The apartment was much better than we expected. It is very clean and modern, with airconditioning, washing machine and even a dishwasher. Postira is an extrememly beautiful part of the Island of Brac. Its the most peaceful part and ideal for families or couples like us who wanted 2 weeks of pure tranquility. The owner Jakov is very friendly and helpful. "

My whole life I live by the sea. But for me the stay in this apartment is special too, and I always have a slight euphoria. Reason is because the apartment is located directly by the sea. Below the apartment is the marina. The balcony is just above the sea and you have the feeling that you are at the command bridge of a ship.
