Logement calme. Nous y étions au mois d'Avril. Excellent accueil de la part du propriétaire. Logement propre avec parking privé fermé avec une télécommande. Proche de la mer avec un parasol réservé sur la plage nommée Firenze.

"Nous avons été chaleureu...

"Nous avons été chaleureusement acceuillis par le propriétaire qui avait pris le soin de nous indiquer les lieux importants autour de notre logement (shopping, apéritivi, gare, plage,...). La plage n''est qu''à 5 min à pied, des transats et une cabine nous sont réservés. Le quartier est très paisible et propice au repos. Viareggio est bien situé si nous voulons faire des city trip (Firenze, Lucca, Cinque Terre,...) A recommander!"

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Man merkt es der gut ausgestatteten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung an, dass die sehr netten Vermieter Tania und Paolo sie gelegentlich selbst nutzen. Im übrigen haben die vorangegangenen Bewertungen alles treffend beschrieben, sodass man sich nur wiederholen könnte. Ergänzend nur ein kleiner Hinweis: die Duschkabine im Bad ist relativ klein; XXL-Personen würden damit wohl Probleme haben.

Traumurlaub in Viareggio

Wir haben mit zwei älteren Kindern einen wunderbaren Urlaub verlebt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Obwohl in zentraler Lage, ist sie ruhig gelegen. Der Blick auf einen Pinienpark ist nicht nur sehr schön, sondern die Nähe sorgt auch für ein erfrischendes Lüftchen. Strand und Promenade mit vielen Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieter Paolo und Tania sind sehr nett und geben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkäufe ect. Hervorzuheben ist die Möglichkeit von Paolo und Tania am Strand einen Sonnenschirm mit Liege und Sonnenstühlen sowie einer Umkleidekabine zu günstigen Konditionen zu mieten. Das war einfach prima. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden selber bestimmt wiederkommen.

Ankommen, wohlfühlen, erholen

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in diesem Appartement verbracht. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung entsprechen exakt den Verhältnissen vor Ort. Es ist ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Vom Wohnbereich und vom Elternschlafzimmer hat man Zugang zu einem Balkon mit Blick auf einen Pinienwald. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Man ist in 10 Minuten auf der Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants und ebenso schnell erreicht man eine Straße mit Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Obstladen und einen kleinen Coop-Markt. Wir waren begeistert. Die Abwicklung bei der Buchung war absolut top, Paolo und Tania antworteten auf jede Anfrage binnen kürzester Zeit. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort hätte nicht besser sein können. Die beiden standen jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat, sowie vielen Tipps zur Verfügung. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen werden.

Viareggio erleben, wie ein Italiener

Das Inserat zur Ferienwohnung Casetta, wie auch die Bewertungen dazu entsprechen in vollem Umfang der Wahrheit u. Realität.- Lage, Grösse, Ausstattung. Der Vermieter empfing uns herzlich mit den besten Tips und Erklärungen zu unserem Aufenthalt. Wir fühlten uns sicher und gut betreut. Wir waren nun zum vierten Male in Viareggio, vom Luxushotel bis zum normalen 3 Stern Hotel. Die Entscheidung in diese Wohnung zu gehen haben wir nicht bereut. Sie liegt ruhig und sicher am Rande eines Pinienwaldes, was im Sommer ein wenig Abkühlung verspricht. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit, Einkauf etc. sollte man jedoch mit dem Fahrrad oder Pkw erledigen, Stellplatz sicher und abgeschlossen. Man wohnt in einer richtigen Wohnung, entsprechend eingerichtet und nicht in einer "Normschachtel" eines Reiseveranstalters. Paolo und Tanja als Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar, es funktioniert jedoch alles einwandfrei, so dass man keine Hilfe benötigt. Preis/ Leistung für einen längeren Aufenthalt sind unschlagbar.

Wohnung und Umgebung waren excellent

Wir trafen in unserem Italienurlaub eine sehr gut gepflegte und ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem großen Balkon an, in der wir bei unserer Ankunft von dem sehr sympathischen Vermieterehepaar Tania und Paolo empfangen wurden, mit dem wir während unseres Aufenthalts regelmäßig telefonischen Kontakt hatten. Die Wohnung liegt an einem Pinienwald in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist ein gut geeigneter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren und Spaziergänge. Sowohl der nahegelegene Stadtwald als auch die Strandpromenade sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in erreichbarer Nähe. Unsere Erwartungen wurden zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt.

nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires, Tania et Paolo. L'appartement est très bien situé : proche de la mer et des commerces, spacieux pour4 personnes, agréable à vivre avec toutes les commodités ( il convient de souligner la propreté de l'appartement, la literie très confortable et un parking ) A conseiller fortement pour des vacances reposantes et aussi très touristiques car près de Pise Florence..... Nous y retournerons!!!

BEST OF THE BEST

BETTY - My husband and I have been staying in condos since the early 60's with our children, now grown. Still going to Daytona with their children. We have to say this condo was the best we ever stayed in. We were setback when we walked in. The pictures does not tell the entire story about this condo. There is five sliding glass doors leading to outside to the balcony. Each bedroom has its own private balcony. The entire condo has glass to be able to see all directions. East, south, and west lovely views. Lots of closet and storage area. Newly renovated. Well appointed. We will definitely be going back.

Best Condo Ever - Top 10 Reasons To Stay Here

There aren't enough superlatives and positive adjectives to describe this gorgeous, modern and obviously, well-maintained condo. 10 - Views. There's a view in EVERY room. You're taken aback the moment you walk through the door. As in, am I really seeing this?!! As much as the pictures here reveal the beauty, they don't QUITE do it justice. Close! It doesn't show that the entire window behind the tv - between sliding glass door from the side of living room all the way across to the kitchen - looks out to the ocean. It's not a wall. It's a WINDOW. Amazing. 9 - You get sunrise AND sunset. SUNRISE and SUNSET. I fell in love with the inter coastal this vacation. We literally just moved from balcony to balcony to balcony and back again. We were condo balcony nomadic wanderers. Just unreal views. 8 - Zero condo obstruction. This is a big one down in the Daytona area. There's not a condo on this side. Wide open. Hello, world! 7 - Closet space. Everywhere you look, there is room to put your belongings. You'll never bring enough stuff to fill that place, so don't even try. It's incredible. My girls had parties in the closets. (They're 3 and 1.) 6 - Secure, safe and quiet. Everyone is so incredibly nice. You'll meet the nicest people at this clean and cared-for property. And you'll never hear them. We were were sure we were going to get kicked out when my kid had a major tantrum. No one even knew! (Phew.) 5 - This might be random, but I thought of it before we went down. Would it take forever to load/unload or try to get kids up and down from condo being on the 17th floor? NOPE. Fastest 3 elevators in the east! 4 - Hot tub is HOT. Pool is HEATED. Ocean is...well, it's the ocean. And it's right there, so no one is allowed to complain. 3 - The owner is extremely nice. He was quick to respond to any inquiries. He was just such a pleasure to meet. And you could tell he was enjoying how much we were enjoying the place the more we saw. At every turn, we got more excited at what we saw. And it makes you want to take care of it while you're there which explains why it's in such great condition. 2 - Crabby Joes is a stone's throw away. Don't feel like driving? Just walk over to your neighborhood pier. It's right there. GET A MAI TAI. 1 - VIEWS! In summation, I want to live there. Thanks for an amazing stay!

A wonderful June vacation

We had the pleasure of staying at the apartment for two weeks late June, early July 2013. The apartment is quiet, very nicely furnitured, located close to a pine wood, and on a ten minute walk to the beach and the beach establishment. The hosts Paulo and Tanja are very friendly and such nice people! We are very grateful to them for helping us out on our stay. They take very good care of their guests, and we warmly recommend anyone who considers a holiday in Viareggio to stay at the apartment. Top grade for sure!

Come essere a casa propria ... al mare!

Abbiamo soggiornato per cinque giorni con una bambina di tre mesi e non abbiamo riscontrato alcuna difficoltà. L'appartamento è ben tenuto, accogliente, situato in posizione tranquilla e vicina a Lido di Camaiore, al lungo mare di Viareggio e alla pineta. Massimo relax grazie alla tranquillità della zona e alla vista sulla pineta ... e al wifi ;) I proprietari forniscono ogni genere di informazione e sono estremamente gentili e corretti. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

"The apartment is nice, clean, well-equipped and comfortable for 4 or even 6 people. The location is ideal for a vacation, overlooking a park providing perfect place for relaxing on the balcony and still close to the beach (500 m, about 10 mins), shops and motorway. Pisa, Firenze, Lucca and Cinque Terre are all within an hour's drive so everything is together for a perfect vacation."

"If you are looking for a...

"If you are looking for a nice apartment in a peaceful location, within a large Italian beach resort; then Casetta in Versilia will be ideal for you. The apartment is immaculately clean and has just about everything you will need. The family who rent it met us and could not have been nicer. It is NOT one of those apartments that has only 4 plates, 4 glasses and only the most basic of items etc.. In fact, it feels more like you have borrowed a good friends apartment rather than taking a rental. If you wished to, you could cook all your meals in the apartment. The apartment comes with free access and umbrella on the beach (Umbrella 2x loungers and a chair) plus the use of a lovely personal beach changing room. This is a big plus, as it can be very very expensive getting access onto the beach! The beach is a 5 minute stroll from the apartment. It also has its own car parking space which is again important as The resort is quite large and has a long promenade with shops and restaurants. From our personal experience it seemed to be mainly occupied by Italians on holiday. We hired a car at Pisa airport and found Viareggio a really good area for exploring, with Pisa, Lucca (very nice) and Carrera each only about 30 minutes away. We also visited Portovenere, a picturesque coastal town – possibly best to visit mid week as its very busy at the weekend. Also approximately an hour away was the area know as Cinque Terra which is also meant to be beautiful. A very nice apartment and very glad that we chose it!"

Paolo and Tania are very nice and incredibly accommodating. Apartment is very beautifully and absolutely clean and roomy. The situation is excellent. One can this Apartment only recommend.If you are looking for a great location,clean and tidy apartment in a lovely town then this is the one for you.
