This beautifully refurbished Rome apartment (70 sqm - 753 sqft), located on the 1st floor with elevator (2nd floor USA),
Bed linens & Towels supplied offers you the best of the best comforts and amenities, as well as being located in a great central Area, away from the hustle and bustle of the City, yet in a few minutes you are in the centre of Rome. Every part of this apartment has been carried out with great care and love.
There's a spacious and bright luxurious bedroom, with built in wardrobes and a bathroom with the best quality fittings.
The living room is charming and homely and has a sofa, which converts to a comfortable double bed for two people.
There's also a large dining table and a fully equipped modern kitchen (included microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, coffee maker, freezer)
The location of the apartment in a private building on a quiet street is close to public transport: in few minutes on foot your at the Metro B1 - Annibaliano.
The Spanish Steps are located only 8 minutes by Bus (No. 80 express) from the nearby Piazza Istria.
The Termini Station is just 2.5 km (about 10 minutes direct bus lines n.38-n.310 -- to the stop Istria and Trieste)
The neighbourhood is surrounded by restaurants, pizzerie, bars and there are supermarkets within short walking distance.
Nearby, in less than 10-15 minutes walk, there's Coppede District, Villa Ada, Villa Borghese, Villa Torlonia with its new Polo Museum, the Mausoleum of Santa Costanza (which contains ancient mosaics ) and the Basilica of St. Agnes (with Catacombs paleo-Christian), the Catacombs of St. Priscilla, the University "Luiss" and the City University "La Sapienza" of Rome (S.Lorenzo Quarter). The Auditorium -- Parco della Musica is about 2 km.

We had a wonderful stay i...

We had a wonderful stay in Rome this spring. I was staying there with 2 kids of school age and staying in this apartment was great! Nice and quiet place, but just in the center of Rome. If we would consider to travel once more to Rome we’ll definitely ask for the same apartment!!

Location was close to train and bus also reseraunts and bars were all a short walk away. Room was clean...ish ( thick dust on headboard) and was as advertised, tv had no English speaking stations which would have been ok except NO WIFI. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice, shower pretty small but doable.we felt safe after dark walking to and from reseraunts, old school coffee pot had to heat water on stovetop.with no coffee had to figure it out and buy our own coffee, first floor apt with Working elevator for bringing up bags but you have to climb stairs to come and go, all in all not a bad place I think a little over priced without wifi.

Despite the well-deserved and appreciated 10/10 rating, I would like to respond to Guests, as follows. The apartment is cleaned, disinfected, and prepared by a specialized Cleaning Company; it is then inspected by me and returned to guests in perfect condition. English channels are available on TV; you just had to search for them. WI-FI IS NOT AVAILABLE, as stated both on this platform and in the house rules provided yhat I send You and that You signed. The offered coffee is a traditional Italian coffe (moka pot); however, just a few meters from the apartment, you can enjoy an excellent coffee from a café. There are only 6-7 stairs to climb; there is an elevator that takes you up comfortably, but you ignored it, preferring to take the stairs. Speaking of house's rules, You left the apartment in an INDECENT condition: dirty, with clothes hanging, broken trolleys, a trash can that needs to be thrown away, and open Coke cans left around the apartment; a disrespectful attitude towards those who welcomed you with kindness and helpfulness! You forgot to pay touristic tax as requested, too. You even left the ironing board open with the iron on it. Communication was difficult and erratic. In short, I can only give a 02/10 to these Guests, who, fortunately, didn't break anything in their home. At least that. Thank you.

''Living in somebody's personal apartment leads to a personalized approach especially when that person cares; and the owner cares about her property and about people. She took care of us from the initial meeting to the last day by providing the information we needed and even arranging for transportation to the airport. The apartment is spacious and can easily accomodate 4 persons, which was our case. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom offers adequate space. At a short walking distance, you can find a super market, stores, restaurants, a METRO station and bus stop. Depending if you want to travel underground or on the surface, you can reach the center of Rome in 15 minutes and the Vatican area in less than half an hour. If you do not wish to stay in a noisy area invaded by tourists and like to be in contact with Italian people, this is the place to be. The owner's charming, caring and warm personality has made our stay most enjoyable, and I speak for the four of us. If I ever go back to Rome, this is where I will stay and I will recommend it to my friends.''

"Nous avons adoré l''appartement de Fiamma et nous avons adoré Fiamma, la propriètaire. L''appartment est grand, bien éclairé, et très bien décoré. Et Fiamma est une personne merveilleuse. Nous l''avons beaucoup apprécié -- son accueil, les informations qu''elle nous a donné sur le quartier et sur Rome, et sa personnalité chaleureuse. Elle a fait notre séjour à Rome mémorable. We loved both the apartment and Fiamma, the owner. The apartment was perfect -- large with a lot of light, well-decorated, close to the metro and the buses. Going the the historic centre was easy and quick -- either by the metro or the buses. The immediate neighbourhood has everything you need -- good restaurants, supermarkets, speciality stores, etc. In addition, it''s quiet and secure. Fiamma was wonderful. Her warm welcome, the information and tips she gave us for getting around Rome, and her concern for our well-being were all appreciated. Nous retournerions dans cet appartement avec plaisir. When we come back to Rome, we''ll certainly stay at Fiamma''s apartment. It will be wonderful to see both her and Rome again."

Bel appartement

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Fiamma, une personne très disponible, qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour nous déplacer. L'appartement est très agréable et très confortable. il est bien situé, l'endroit est tranquille, et reposant après des journées passées dans l'agitation du centre de Rome. les commerces se trouvent à quelques mètres les lignes de bus et métro également. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement et le conseillons vivement.

Idéal pour des vacances en famille

Excellent contact avec notre hôtesse qui a été de très bon conseil pour notre arrivée et notre découverte du quartier. La proximité du métro et des bus permet un accès très facile à tous les monuments principaux.Le quartier est vivant avec des commerces et des restaurants à quelques minutes.Le logement est bien équipé et nous a permis de profiter sereinement de notre semaine de vacances.Seul petit point d'attention : le bruit. Le 2e couchage situé dans le salon est un peu moins agréable car exposé au bruit de la cage d'escalier. Et d'une manière générale, l'isolation phonique de l'immeuble laisse un peu à désirer, mais la rue est peu passante et nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour bien dormir la nuit.

Merci d'être nos invités. Je suis désolé pour le bruit décrit, mais je pense que le bruit des escaliers se trouve un peu dans tous les établissements d'hébergement... même dans les meilleurs hôtels.. Parfois, même dans les hôtels, des voisins plus bruyants ou grossiers peuvent arriver ; des gars vifs (peut-être ivres) qui reviennent tard dans la nuit, etc... Rien de tout cela ne se passe dans notre appartement ; c'est une copropriété privée et, comme vous l'avez souligné, la route n'est pas fréquentée et la situation est absolument calme, privée, silencieuse. Quoi qu'il en soit, merci encore et bonne chance.

L''appartamento e'' molto curato e pulito e si trova in un quartiere di Roma non distante dal centro con i mezzi pubblici e comunque molto tranquillo e pieno di negozi e ristoranti. La proprietaria, la Sig.ra Fiamma e'' estramamente disponibile e simpatica. Una nota di merito l''aver trovato nell''appartamento una scorta base di sale e olio e qualche stuzzichino per la colazione. Pensiero carino che mostra attenzione ai propri ospiti"

"Appartement très agréable, calme, confortable et décoré avec goût. Propriétaire très attentionnée, et soucieuse de rendre un service à la hauteur de la qualité de l''appartement. Environnement résidentiel calme et présence à proximité d''une place animée, avec restaurants, cafés, commerces. Excentré, l''appartement se situe néanmoins à proximité de bus permettant de rejoindre rapidement le centre ville. Il est agréable, en fin de journée, de pouvoir quitter un peu la cohue du centre ville très touristique pour un quartier "normal" ou l''on ne parle qu''italien. Très bon choix."
