Very convenient location close to Termini Station and restaurants. It’s a lively neighborhood - day and night. The flat is great and had all we needed. Everything was super clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Communication with the host was easy. My only complaint is that the master bedroom mattress is very, very firm, but that’s down to personal preference I suppose. Overall, highly recommended!

We recently visited Rome and stayed in this apartment. We traveled as a family of four and the space work well for us. The location is truly central- you can walk to everything. The main room is very sunny and welcoming. There is an elevator; which is a nice bonus when visiting Europe. The host was great at communicating with us prior to our visit and during our visit.

Perfectly equipped flat in great location

My son and I stayed here for three nights and it was perfect. The property manager was easy to communicate with and made finding the flat and getting in very easy. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Rome.

The room was relatively clean and the check-in was rather straight forward. However, to our surprise, it was very noisy at night (not that in the morning)--a lot of people argued and shouted on the street. This is apparently not the host's fault, but may become an issue for those light sleepers. Also, be sure to check all the appliances at the time you move in. The toilet seat (not the toilet, just the seat) was broken before we started using it, but we managed to use it over our stay. We even informed the owner before we left. To our great surprise, we were charged 50 for the damage. Not metioning whether that is fair price for a toilet seat, the landlord seems leaving little room for our explanation. Therefore, please check everything at the property to avoid any "surprises."

We’re genuinely surprised by this review, as it does not reflect our standards or the documented facts. Before every guest arrival, my team records and shares a detailed video confirming that everything is fully functional and in excellent condition—this is part of our standard procedure and a key reason for our consistently strong reviews. In this case, we also had an extensive email exchange with the guest and Vrbo. After reviewing the evidence, including our pre-arrival videos, Vrbo confirmed that the reported damage occurred during the guest’s stay; that is why Vrbo decided to charge the guest. We take great pride in maintaining our property and ensuring transparency in every situation. Regarding the noise outside, my apartment has double-glazed windows, and in my 21 years living there, I never had a problem with the noise, considering it is in downtown Rome. However, we always suggest guests bring earplugs to avoid further disturbance. Therefore, this review is misleading and does not reflect the documented facts. I encourage future guests to consider our many other reviews, which consistently highlight the standards and experience we provide. Thank you.

Great Place

Clean, great location near the train station, dining, and grocery markets. It had all the basics needed for a stay. The beds were comfortable too. I would recommend this apartment.

Wonderful stay

We stayed 3 nights in Rome at the beginning of our Italy trip. Our appartment was close to everything. We walk almost everywhere, and had easy access to bus, metro, and trains.Very responsive, polite, and accommodating host.Would highly recommend for couple or family.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Roman Haven was truly a haven in the chaos of Rome. It was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The owner and property manager were responsive and provided detailed instructions when needed. An added bonus was that there was an elevator which helped with the transportation of the luggage up to the property!

Amazing apartment and location!

This apartment is at a great location and would be great for anyone traveling to Rome, it's clean, and spacious. The hosts are very responsive and gave clear check in instructions. The beds are a little uncomfortable, however with the amount of wine and food you eat in Rome, you'll fall into a food coma and sleep just fine.

The apartment surpassed all our expectations. It was large, and well appointed with updated appliances that all worked perfectly. The location near the station was ultra convenient for arrival and departure and was still an easy walk to the major sights. Communication with the owner was extremely fast and accurate. Nice apartment near Termini location. Very clean and cozy apartment. Modernly decorated. Very close to cafes, restaurants and food markets. All reasonably priced. Id stay here again.

The property was very central with easy to follow check in instructions. There was plenty of crockery and utensils to make it easy to use the kitchen and make meals there. The only drawback is that the apartment is next to restaurants and bars so there is constant noise. But that’s the payback for being so central to everything.

Bellissimo!

Marc and Tiziano were fabulous. They were very attentive to anything we needed. The apartment was clean, the check-in easy and it is 2 blocks away from the Termini. I don’t think that we could have found anything better in our price range that was so perfect.

Decent place in good location.

Apartment was as described, 6-7 minute walk from train station. Plenty of choice of restaurants and used the 'hop-on-hop-off' bus to get around. Main attractions like Colosseum etc. are very busy so ensure you book in advance. Good comms with apartment manager and no issues with anything. Would use againThanks, Nick and Catherine

Very convenient

Very close to the train station and to the bus lines, plus a great little restaurant a couple doors down. As there are many businesses on the same street below the apartment it's a little noisy at night, but nothing that a couple earplugs didnt fix!! The hosts are exceptionally available!
