Rents in the city center of Pezenas a large house / villa with 2 bedrooms on 1000 m2 closed! lounge, terrace, pool, garden, garage. The house has a great location, it is located 300 m from the historic center, restaurants, shops, super market on Saturday. Pezenas is a small quiet town with a rich history with the passage of Molière. There are all kinds of restaurants, wine bars, many summer activities. You can enjoy a day at the pool and quiet evening out without the need for your car. A broadband internet connection is available. Pezenas is a 20 minutes from the beaches and 20 minutes from Lake Salagou (beautiful). (We do not take checks - Holiday optional air conditioning and climate according to the request - Pool lx1.8 LX4 = 6 P)

Central location!

The host was very responsive, very helpful and provided pool towels when requested. The property is slightly tired but reflected by the price and more than makes up by the central location and parking. Overall a lovely stay, merci beaucoup!

Well placed property for the centre of Pezanas. Has everything you could need for your stay. The host is really nice. Dog friendly with totally enclosed garden is a bonus. Private car parking space which is really useful.Could be doing with a general decorative upgrade.

Lovely stay in Pezenas

Hidden gem with excellent location in Pezenas. Good parking and accessibility to other parts of the region, eg Lac du Salagou and the beaches. Lovely pool and large private walled garden which was totally dog safe. Only issue was that the electrics in the hour were a little old fashioned! Jean Charles was very responsive for the minor issues we encountered.

Un endroit très reposant

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances, très reposantes. Pas de promiscuité. Le propriétaire des lieux est très sympathique. Nous comptons bien y retourner prochainement.

perfect stay

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison de vacances de mi-juillet à début août. La maison est très belle et très bien équipée. Tout était très propre et bien aménagé. Le parking privé est très pratique. La grande terrasse, la superbe piscine et le jardin complètent très bien ce tableau positif. Le propriétaire est très serviable et répond très rapidement aux demandes. L'emplacement est parfait. On n'est pas loin pour faire ses courses (Carrefour ou le marché). À pied, on est en ville en 5 minutes, ce qui est très pratique le soir. Pour aller à la plage, il faut compter 20 à 30 minutes en voiture. Nous avions des vélos avec nous, que l'on peut aussi facilement ranger sur le terrain. Je recommande vivement cette maison de vacances à tous ceux qui souhaitent se reposer, profiter de la nature et de la culture. We stayed in the vacation home from mid-July to early August. The house is very nice and very well equipped. Everything was very clean and nicely furnished. The private parking lot is very practical. The large terrace, the great pool and the garden round off the positive picture very well. The landlord is very helpful and responds very quickly to requests. The location is perfect. It's not far to the shops (Carrefour or the market). You can walk into town in 5 minutes, which is very practical, especially in the evening. The beach is about 20-30 minutes away by car. We had bicycles with us, which you can easily store on the property. I can highly recommend this site.

Volle Punktezahl

Tolle, großzügige Unterkunft, Parken direkt im geschützten Innenhof, tolle Lage-am Rande des total schönen Städchens Pézenas, das Zentrum zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar, großer Pool und Gartenbereich, komplett von einer Mauer umgeben, das war für unseren Hund ideal. Meer innerhalb 25 Minuten erreichbar, auch Hundestrand. Vermieter immer erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub 👍

nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines de vacances dans un endroit totalement conforme à la description de l'annonce. Jean-Charles est très à l'écoute et réactif en plus d'être hyper sympathique. Situation idéale en centre ville et à l'abri des regards. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Séjour agréable et reposant au centre de Pézenas

Connaissant bien Pézenas, nous avons apprécié cette location en plein centre-ville, tout étant accessible à pied. Au coeur d’un jardin agréable et ombragé, la piscine rafraîchissante et la terrasse ont été particulièrement appréciées par toute la famille ! Le propriétaire est très avenant et réactif. Nous avons passé de belles vacances !

Calme, environnement agréable

Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'emplacement et la proximité du centre historique de la localité. Malgré la proximité d'une artère fréquentée, il n'y avait pas de nuisance sonore. La climatisation reste un plus durant cette période caniculaire, ainsi que la piscine fort appriécée. Le propriétaire est accueillant et pas compliqué. Merci encore.

Séjour bien agréable à la fois en pleine nature et en centre ville !

Nous avons passé 15 jours fort agréables dans une maison confortable, équipée d'une cuisine où rien ne manque et d'une climatisation bienvenue,(tout comme la piscine), par les températures que nous avons connues cet été. Propriétaire (ou son représentant) très disponibles et à l'écoute. Juste un petit bémol, les matelas dans la chambre double grincent au moindre geste. Le parking fermé en plein centre ville est très apprécié!
