5 minutes from Pézenas, city of art and history, recent villa of 128M² (end of work at the beginning of June 2022)
Accommodating a maximum of 4 people from Saturday afternoon 4 p.m. to Saturday morning after 10 a.m.
6 m x 3 m salt water swimming pool heated to 29° from April to September equipped with an alarm. Several areas dedicated to relaxation, idleness, and meals await you.
Pocket window giving direct access to the pool and barbecue.
Private parking space.
On the ground floor you will find a fitted kitchen with central island open to the living room of 36 M², bluetooth speaker, 4 G WIFI, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet, equipped laundry room: washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board etc.... drying rack nearby.
You will choose the ideal temperature in the bedrooms and living room thanks to the individual thermostats of the air conditioning.
Upstairs: a master bedroom of 15 M² 1 bed of 160 x 200, another bedroom for the second couple or for the 2 children of 16M², 1 bed of 140 x 190 and 2 single beds of 90 X 190, a large bathroom of 11M², 1 separate toilet.
At 100 meters from the villa you will find a city, 2 tennis courts and 1 basketball court.
In the heart of the village 500 meters away a bakery, a grocery store and a pizzeria.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans cette maison à Nézignan-l’Évêque. La villa est spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Tout était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. Notre fille de 5 ans a particulièrement apprécié la piscine sécurisée, qui nous a permis de profiter de moments de détente en toute tranquillité. L’extérieur, avec la pergola et le barbecue, est vraiment agréable pour les repas. La maison est idéalement située, à quelques minutes de Pézenas et de ses marchés, et proche de nombreux sites à découvrir en famille. Les propriétaires, Laurence et Pascal, sont très accueillants et disponibles, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter et espérons y revenir bientôt !

Great vacation home

We had two wonderful weeks in this great house. It has everything you need and the hosts are very friendly and showed us everything. The pictures are exactly as advertised.Nezignan is a very quiet and beautiful village, and the fantastic beaches are only a few minutes away by car. We highly recommend this house.

2éme année que Laurence et Pascal nous accueillent dans leur propriété et c est toujours le même bonheur ,rien ne manque jusqu au moindre petit détail afin que nous passions un moment suspendu , propreté irréprochable , sécurité maximale avec une enceinte fermée par un portail électrique , un bel espace extérieur avec une piscine à 28° , nous y retournerons sans nul doute , à l'année prochaine Nathalie et Pascal

Beautiful villa for a holiday

We had a lovely 2 week stay in the villa. The hosts welcomed us and showed us around, thoughtfully providing chilled water and a bottle of rose in the fridge. Throughout the stay they were available for any concerns but while still respecting our privacy. The villa itself was very well equipped with comfortable beds. It was even nicer than we expected from the photos. The pool was great to cool off in and because it was heated, it was pleasant even after the sun went off it. We walked to the local pizzeria which is well worth a visit and enjoyed wine and tapas in the garden of the nearby hotel. Highly recommend this villa

Séjour fabuleux

Au cœur d’un petit village pittoresque, la villa est fabuleuse. Dès l’arrivée, L et P les propriétaires vous accueillent chaleureusement, ils sont simplement adorables, attentionnés et disponibles si nécessaires. Ils ont pensé à tout, de la deco aux équipements haut de gamme, cette villa est faite pour passer des excellentes vacances, climatisation douce et piscine, même pendant les fortes chaleurs nous avons passé des vacances fabuleuses. Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires, mes filles et moi ne rêvons que d’y revenir l’année prochaine !! Merciiii

Perfektes Ferienhaus um das Leben zu genießen

Laurance und Pascal haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns eine kompetente Einführung in dieses schöne Ferienhaus gegeben. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Die Lage des Hauses zwischen der schönen Stadt Pézenas und dem Meer war war für uns optimal. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist nur zu empfehlen. Das Sahnehäubchen ist der beheizte Pool. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, dort wieder hin zu fahren.

rien ne manquait

nous avons passé un excellent séjour très agréable , les propriétaires sont très sympa et disponibles , le moindre petit détail a été pensé , piscine et terrasse au top, le seul petit bémol est que le terrain de foot est juste de l autre coté de la rue et les soirées sont animées du moins en septembre cependant cela reste un très bel endroit que nous recommandons vivement

Ein grandioses Ferienhaus! Der Pool macht den Kindern Spaß und das neuwertige und gepflegte Haus lässt insbesondere durch die Klimatisierung der Räume keine Wünsche offen.

Perfect Family Gite

The house is modern, well equipped, clean, comfortable and very well presented in a very smart corner plot on the edge of a very nice historic small town. We particularly liked the air conditioning, the pool and shaded seating / relaxation areas and the comfortable beds. The photos are accurate representation, we would book again. The house is well situated for access to the beaches, our favourite was Meze on the Bassin de Thau, the water is very warm and generally clear, so you can see fish and other marine wildlife which is cool, the water depth also increases gradually so it’s very safe for younger children or less confident swimmers. Lifeguards are in attendance. Meze also has a nice port where you can buy lunch or drinks, ice creams etc. Marseillan-Plage is also very nice, lifeguarded and on the Med proper, there are watersport activities available as well so something for families of all ages. Nezignan-L’Eveque itself is small, but it has a hotel and restaurant, a very good Pizza restaurant, a tabac/general store and an excellent bakery, the cakes, croissants and bread in there were exceptional and I enjoyed the comfortable walk there every morning. The town itself has some history and nice buildings and is well worth a stroll around one evening. Pezenas up the road (about 10 minutes max) has a very attractive historic centre, with bars, restaurants and boutique shops, it’s a bit of a magnet in the local area and a firm favourite.

Alles bestens

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Laurence und Pascal. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und sehr sauber, wie auch der Pool und die gesamte Anlage. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Fussläufig erreichbar ist ein sehr guter Bäcker, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.

Wonderful property in great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It was modern, well-equipped and comfortable. Great pool in a pleasant garden. Excellent air conditioning meant that the whole house was comfortable during a very hot week. The location was great for exploring the area. Laurence & Pascal were very welcoming. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Neues,tolles Haus

Das Haus ist brandneu und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist super. Nahe an Pezenas und nicht weit ans Meer. Im Ort gibt es einen tollen Bäcker und ein gutes Restaurant. Der Pool hat eine sehr gute Wasserqualität und das Haus ist vollklimatisiert. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zu Laurance und Pascal war sehr gut..da der Garten neu angelegt ist, fehlt es noch an Beschattung. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen..

Séjour parfait !

Maison entièrement neuve et très agréable située au calme à proximité des lieux touristiques de la région et des commerces. La maison est très bien équipée avec de belles prestations. A perfect place to Swim & Sun bathe

A very kind couple who own the place welcomed me, with a nice bottle of chilled Rose and cool water and a cold bottle of Limonade in the fridge. Place is fully Air conditioned and outside is a pool which is heated but is fully exposed to the sun and heats up during the day. Bathroom and showers are excellent and beds and mattresses are also excellent. I know because of my bad back. I had no complaints at all. They kindly left a box full of three varieties of tea bags. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a laundry room in the back with washing machine and dryer, though the sun is so hot that you need no drying in this season. It was a lovely week and I hope to return. I was apparently the first guest as the house has just been built. I think I am the first of many.
