The duplex is Ideally located, In the heart of the old city of LYON. We call the croix rousse district, "the village", because his charming and quiet life style.
Close to the amazing open market, and surounded by typical local restaurants called "BOUCHONS", the apartment is on the main buzy shoping street, at less than 200 meters of the subway station.
The building is from 19th century and get a lift to reach the 3th and last floor. This athypic apartment with overview on a lovely garden is a real ancient "CANUT" place which get, some stone walls, wood floor and wood beams on a ceiling. Designed by an industrial steel stair to reach the last floor, it is well decorate and furnish and get an electric roof window and shutter on the main bedroom.

Bel appartement au calme en ville !
Appartement bien situé en ville, au calme, donne sur un jardin intérieur.
Décoration originale avec tout le nécessaire indispensable pour profiter du séjour.
Station de métro à 200m, arrêt de bus dans la rue. Commerces dans la rue (supermarché, boulangerie, restaurants...)
Le propriétaire est très sympathique et donne des infos pour visiter la ville.

Sehr schöne, stilvolle Wohnung in optimaler Lage - lebendiges Viertel, aber super ruhige Wohnung!
Wir haben unseren beruflichen Aufenthalt in Lyon sehr genossen, nicht zuletzt wegen der angenehmen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist groß, originell eingerichtet, es gibt keinen Straßenlärm und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und sehr nett - also insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Tage in Lyon
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Tage in Laurents Ferienwohnung in Lyon verbracht. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist voll zutreffend. Sie liegt sehr günstig im ehem. Weberviertel oberhalb der Altstadt von Lyon, die jedoch weiterhin fußläufig erreichbar ist. Sonntags gibt es einen schönen Markt, nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Noch ein Tipp für Gäste, die mit eigenem Wagen anreisen: Das Parken ist sonntags frei, und nur ca. 10 min zu Fuß kann man das Auto kostenlos abstellen.

"Die sehr ruhige und saubere Maisonette-Wohnung - innenliegende Wendeltreppe - liegt im lebendigen Stadtviertel Croix Rousse, mit allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr freundliche Übergabe der Wohnung, deren Einrichtung konsequent im Stil der 60er/70er Jahre ist. Prospekte und Infos zu Lyon waren vorhanden- würde gerne wiederkommen!"

"The house was very clean...
"The house was very clean, and is really silent. It has everything you may need, and is confortable and warm. It is located in a historical and popular area in the city, near downtown, plenty of shops and friendly and alive atmosphere. The tube is very near and you can also walk downtown.And Laurent has been very welcoming and helpful to us. No doubt, I wish to return to Lyon and rent the same house."
