In small residence of 2 floors on greenery. Large studio 36 m2, 4 people, any comfort: washing machine, equipped kitchen (freezer, microwaves ...), bathroom ... In rez of privatory garden 30 m2 with terrace equipped and sported, accés direct in park flowered 2000 m2. Garden furniture, barbecue. Very calm, without opposite. Residential district. 400m shops and beach. From 370 to 770 Euros per week according to period.

Sejour calvi

Un superbe sejour où nous avons profité d'un cadre idéal avec des propriétaires d'une gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Logement dans son jus…

L’annonce de l’appartement nous indiquait la climatisation hors une fois arrivés sur place la clim était en fait 2 ventilateurs au plafond. Grande fut notre déception que nous avons partagé avec les propriétaires. Aucune compréhension de la dame très dédaigneuse qui n’a pas chercher à trouver une solution en nous indiquant que « nous n’allions pas crevés de chaud ! » D’autres part logement agréable grâce à la terrasse. Appartement dans son jus, literies qui date d’un autre temps, clic clac cassé lors de l’ouverture et de la fermeture, parois de douche qui fuit (avec des enfants inondation assurée), étagère dans l’armoire qui s’effrite et qui met plein d’échardes dans les vêtements. En résumé logement conforme mais vieillot, n’avoir aucun problème car propriétaire pas du tout compréhensif et désagréable. Nous ne sommes pourtant pas très compliqué mais la compréhension est à portée de tous…

Bon séjour

Grand studio très bien équipé avec une grande terrasse donnant sur un parc où l’on a apprécié la fraîcheur du matin. Propriétaires très gentils. Endroit calme avec place de parking. Je recommande cette endroit.

Kein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Der Vermieter holte uns am Bahnhof ab. Das war uns eine große Hilfe. Die Wohnung war ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Die Elektrogeräte waren z.T. neu. Insgesamt machte sie aber den Eindruck, als sei sie schon länger nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt worden. Die Vorhänge fühlten sich sehr verschmutzt und staubig an. Das Badezimmer wirkte unsauber (Stockflecken an verschiedenen Stellen). Der Abfluss in der Badewanne war fast komplett verstopft und wir holten selbst eine Menge Haare aus dem Abfluss, was aber nicht reichte. Der Vermieter schaffte es nicht, innerhalb von vier Tagen den Abfluss zu reinigen, so dass wir immer nur äußerst kurz duschen konnten, weil sonst schmutziges Wasser aus dem Abfluss aufstieg. Die Wohnung ist zwar groß, aber sehr ungünstig eingerichtet. Nach einer Woche haben wir planmäßig in eine andere Wohnung gewechselt und konnten den Unterschied bzgl. Einrichtung, Ausstattung usw. feststellen. Hier gab es selbstverständlich Trockentücher, Handtücher, Müllbeutel, Spülmittel, Kissen für die Gartenstühle usw. Das ist für Reisende ohne Auto äußerst wichtig. Die Lage der Wohnung war gut. Insgesamt würden wir die Wohnung nicht empfehlen.

très bon séjour

Le studio est bien situé et bien orienté, dans la verdure, au calme et proche de la plage et du centre ville (on peut y aller à pied). La location est conforme au descriptif, elle est propre et bien entretenue. Les propriétaires connaissent très bien la région et donnent de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
