What a perfect location for a beautiful walk along the ocean outside your door and walking access to three excellent restaurants in the evening, sunset on the water on the way home. What more do you need than a bank of windows on a bluff with crashing waves below? A simple space that suited the needs of two.

The location is perfection. House was super clean and well stocked. Only recommendation would be to have a couple of outside chairs to sit in. The bench is great but not super comfortable for lounging. This was a wonderful beach house for two! We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Old cigarette smoke smell, no shampoo or soap, great location. But the smoke smell is a big issue and will be for other guests. Some pillows smelled.

Fantastic location and very nice accommodations. This worked perfectly for us and had a great view and easy walking into town for shopping and eating. It was also conveniently located to many great locations, hiking, and views. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to stay on the coast.

Cute small house with a great view and location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were only able to stay here a couple of nights, but it would have been great for four nights if we could have. Yachats is a great town with great food, wonderful walks (for us with a dog), and while it is a tourist town, you don't feel like it is innundated. The actual house is very cute and small. The bed was comfortable and while the shower was tiny, the bathroom was workable. The kitchen has small appliances. We may stay here again.

Restful unwind time...

We loved the little red house...perfect for us. We walked the Amanda trail and enjoyed great Seafood at Luna Sea and Driftwood Inn. Thankyou and can't wait to return...
