Perfect accommodation, great location.

Our second stay at the house, this time with friends, just as we remembered. Perfect location for the beach and dunes, easy walk or cycle into town for the shops & bars. Lovely terrace for eating out or just chilling. Recommended.

Kleines Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben uns wieder einmal sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Strand, so dass man nachts das Meer hört. Auch am Haus gibt es eine schöne Terrasse mit Süd-West Ausrichtung. Der Vermieter hat uns bei kleineren Problemen sehr gut und sehr freundlich unterstützt.

séjour très agréable

Maison très agréable dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Propriétaire et contact sur place attentionnés et disponibles. Entre le sac et ressac de l'océan , le chant des oiseaux et le petit écureuil qui nous rendait visite chaque matin : que demander de plus !

Appartement très agréable et bien situé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Cap Ferret. L'appartement loué par Jean-Louis est charmant et bien équipé, avec une superbe vue sur les pins et sans aucun vis-à-vis. Sa localisation, à deux pas de la Plage de l'Horizon, est un vrai plus !

Kurz hinter der Düne

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut, immer klar und deutlich. Die Übergabe, bzw. der Check-in war mit der Betreuung vor Ort, Babeth, sehr gut. Babeth ist sehr freundlich, wir haben auf unsere Fragen immer zeitnahe Antworten bekommen. Das hat alles einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Wir haben auch Bettwäsche für ein Doppelbett und zwei einzelne Betten für 2 Wochen gemietet. Der Preis von 101,-€ kam uns hier allerdings etwas hoch vor. Die Lage ist einzigartig, in wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand, kann das Auto auf dem geschlossenen Parkplatz stehen lassen. Cap-Ferret selbst liegt etwas ab vom Schuss, es gibt aber alles was man braucht. Dennoch würden wir nicht mehr nach Cap-Ferret. für Ausflüge ist man doch weit draußen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet, mit vielen selbst gemalten Bildern vom Vermieter. Das hat uns gefallen. Die blickgeschützte Terrasse nach Süden und Westen ist auch sehr schön. Zwischen den Bäumen hat man einen Blick auf die Düne. Das Dusch-WC im Erdgeschoss sollte aus meiner Sicht modernisiert werden. Leider ist in der Dusche deutlich Schimmel zu sehen. Dieser könnte einfach mit den entsprechenden Mitteln beseitigt werden. Das ist der einzige Punkt, mit dem wir unzufrieden waren. Abgesehen davon ist die Wohnung, die Lage, der Vermieter absolut zu empfehlen.

Séjour août 2021 en famille

Séjour très agréable. La maison est bien placée, près de la plage mais aussi du centre, et bien équipée. La terrasse offre une vue sur les dunes et est bien orientée. Nous avons adoré ces vacances.

un petit coin de paradis

La maison correspond précisément à la description , bien équipée, elle est idéalement placée juste à côté de la plage et à quelques minutes à pied du marché et du centre du village du cap . Pas de vis à vis sur la terrasse et le luxe d'avoir une deuxième terrasse en contre bas pour fais son yoga tranquille en regardant les écureuils jouer dans les pins. si vous n'aimez vous endormir Ave le bruit des vagues ou vous réveiller Ave le chant des oiseaux fermez la fenêtre .... dernier détail : pour les amoureux des grands lits celui de la chambre parentale fait 140 m mais en utilisant les lits gigognes de la chambre des enfants on obtient un 170 cm très confortable :))) Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir profiter de ce petit coin de paradis , merci Jean Louis et merci Babeth pour avoir tout préparer avant notre arrivée . bien cordialement Pascale et Laurent

Näher hingucken lohnt sich

In der Beschreibung und bei den Bildern entspricht weitgehend der Realität Leider ist ein Google Maps Fehler mit der Adresse verbunden das Grundstück nr 74 wird bei Nummer 44 gezeigt mit einer unschönen Nachbarschaft Da wird man dann erfreut wenn man vor dem richtigen Grundstück steht Auch da muss man genau hinschauen - es handelt sich nicht um ein Ferienhaus wie angepriesen sondern um ein triple Haus und einer Wohnanlage mit 22 Objekten -da kommt man grübeln Glücklicherweise ist das vermietete Objekt am obersten Punkt der Anlage mit fantastischem Ausblick bis zur Düne über niedriger liegende Häuser eingerahmt durch großen Baumbestand - zudem hat das mietobjekt 2 in der Anlage vorhandene angeschlossene fest zugeordnete Parkplätze, was bei der vorhandenen Parkplatznot „Gold wert ist - man muss schon genau hinschauen und als Vermieter die Realität nennen - sonst kann eine Enttäuschung werden

Grosse déception

Grosse déception a notre arrivée, maison pas conforme a nos attentes. Nous avions adoré les photos de l'extérieur et malheureusement en février elle n'était pas du tout nettoyé. J'ai été oblige de la nettoyer moi même! Pour l'intérieur le canapé n'existe plus, il est remplacé par une banquette de jardin. La cuisine n'est pas propre, de la rouille sur les éléments en inox. Le lave vaisselle est rouillé a l'intérieur. La salle de douche vétuste avec une douche qui fuit et l'odeur nauséabonde d'égout pendant tous le séjour! Une buanderie dans un état sale. Le système électrique défaillant dans la maison. Dans la chambre des enfants, 1 lit simple correct pas de lit superposé comme sur la photo. l'autre lit est une banquette avec il lit gigogne donc literie pas confortable. (Photos a l'appui de toutes mes remarques enregistrer sur mon téléphone)

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Sehr günstig gelegenes Haus mit sonniger Terrasse. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und zur Ortmitte mit den Geschäften ist es auch nicht weit. Die Dünen sind vom Haus aus zu sehen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles für einen Ferienaufenthalt vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Tout était parfait !

Une maison simple et très chaleureuse dans une copro au calme avec une grande et belle terrasse. La vue sur la pinède et la dune avec le bruit de l océan ! Parfait pour nous, à refaire avec un immense plaisir.

Super séjour de fin de saison

Maison très agréable, très fonctionnelle, et même cocooning, où on se sent comme chez soi. Elle est idéalement placée par rapport à la plage de l'horizon, et pour le reste tout est à proximité à vélo. La terrasse est spacieuse sans vis à vis, et hors saison, seuls les écureuils sont nos voisins immédiats. Merci jean Louis pour ce séjour si convivial! Caroline et Jacques Eric

Petit coin de paradis

La maison est parfaitement située dans une petite résidence proche de tout: école de surf d’Alex juste en face, plage de l’horizon juste à côté et marché à 3 min en vélo et malgré cette proximité, la belle terrasse en teck au milieu des pins offre un dépaysement total au calme sans vis à vis et un merveilleux coucher de soleil. L’accueil et le départ orchestrés par Virginie sont au top. L’intérieur mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais est parfaitement fonctionnel et la literie très correcte. On s’endort avec les bruit des vagues juste derrière les dunes. (Petit plus 2 places de parking dans la résidence ) Merci Jean Louis! Nous reviendrons!

Une location très agréable et très bien située

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la location de Jean-Louis, très agréable, terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée, très bien équipée, très bien située, au calme mais à quelques minutes de la plage à pied et du centre et des commerces, marché... On apprécie la maison pour sa terrasse ensoleillée

Nous avons passé un séjour d’une semaine en famille en août dans cette petite maison du cap ferret. Les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été excellents. Les + : l’emplacement à 150 m de l’ocean , la belle et grande terrasse plein sud , les équipements nombreux, le parking privé , les accès simples et pratiques, la vue Les - : l’etat De propreté très moyen à l’arrivée , les 2 chambres en hauts sont exiguës et très chaudes (sous les toits ). Par ailleurs, certains équipements, comme la cabine de douche, devraient être remplacés car trop vétuste.... Le voisinage très présent peut s’averer Bruyant . Globalement le séjour a été très bon et la météo clémente , je recommande cette location .

Charmante Wohnung in absoluter Bestlage am Traumstrand

Mit sonniger und sehr großzügiger uneinsehbarer Terrasse hat die charmante Wohnung alles für einen perfekten Urlaub. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Ausstattung 100% wie angegeben. Herzliche Betreuung durch Virginie und ebenso herzlicher Kontakt mit Vermieter. Ausreichend Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie (mit zwei Teenagern) und idealer Standort für Surfer. Tolle Surfschule genau gegenüber.
