Relaxing Family Holiday

We had a wonderful holiday at Josette’s beautiful home. The villa was very well equipped and the outside area was well maintained and very peaceful and calm. The pool was perfect and took the sun all day. Josette was always very quick to respond to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We truly enjoyed the house, the view, and the surrounding area. The home is peaceful and well laid out, with a lovely pool area. There’s easy access to great supermarkets and local bakeries. Getting to Cannes takes about 30 minutes by car, and it’s only 20 minutes to the nearest beach. We stayed for a week with our two children (ages 8 and 10), and we had a wonderful time

Great stay in southern france

Wonderful villa with a great pool and fantastic view

We had a great stay in Pegomas in this wonderful villa. As a family of 6 adults we had plenty of room. We especially enjoyed the outside surroundings, terrace, pool and fantasic view. Inside surroundings had everything we needed. Many thanks to Josette for being a great host and always responding quickly on any inquiry we had. We would love to come back and we can definitely recommend this place.

A fabulous villa with a great pool and stunning views

Our family of 4 including our 2 boys (15 & 9 years) are just back from a great holiday away in France. The villa made it for us, the setting was fabulous, we all loved the pool and the views were stunning. The property got the sun all day long and the pool was a lovely temperature. The villas has a great lay out both inside and out with lots of areas to have quiet time if needed. The kitchen was well equipped intact the only thing we’d have added was a pizza cutter. The property was immaculately clean and communication prior to our arrival was first class. The local supermarkets had everything we required and the little village had a few nice restaurants (we ate in one) and a pizza take away. Highly recommended. 10/10

Lovely house in a beautiful location!

This was the best rental we have stayed in! The house was immaculate and had 3 good sized ensuite bedrooms with A/C (2 with balconies), a very well equipped kitchen and large living area. However the best part was the garden and pool area which had fantastic views over the forest and the sea. We had sun all day but there was plenty of shade around the house and under the parasols. The village of Pegomas was a 2 minute drive away which had a good boulangerie, butchers and big Super U. Although we didn’t venture far there is plenty to see nearby such as Grasse, Valbonne, Vallauris, Cannes etc. We enjoyed our stay so much we’re already planning to book again for next year. We appreciated that it was only an easy 30 minute drive to the airport after our holiday. Lastly Josette, our host, was very attentive and answered any queries we had immediately. Thanks Josette and hopefully we’ll be back next year!!

Super séjour, vacances au top !

Nous avons passé 3 semaines merveilleuses en août dans la villa de Josette. La villa était très agréable à vivre. La vue superbe. Nous étions 2 couples avec chacun un enfant de 12 ans. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et ses toilettes. Donc nous n’étions jamais les uns sur les autres. Le pisciniste est venu toutes les semaines pour l’entretien et le linge à été remplacé au milieu de notre séjour. La villa est proche de tout ! A 2 mn en voiture de tous les commerces (pizzeria, Super U, tabac, pharmacie, boulangerie, boucherie…) à 12 mn de la plage en voiture au mois d’août !! Proche de tout : cannes, st Paul de Vence, Gourdon, Mandelieu, valbonne… Josette a été très sympa avec nous. Toujours à l’écoute, elle a été aussi super sur nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Nous avons pu arriver tôt le premier jour, arrivant de la région parisienne et partir tard le dernier jour ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de ces 2 jours. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation ! Merci encore !

Soleil et détente

Une très belle maison, très bien équipée. L’espace piscine est très agréable, équipée de transats, parasols et bouées avec un robot de nettoyage. Les chambres sont toutes climatisées et pourvues de leur propre salle de bain. La literie est de bonne qualité et confortable. Le seul bémol s’il devait y en avoir un serait le fait que le salon séjour et la cuisine ne soient pas climatisés et le passage ( peu nombreux) d’avions au dessus de la maison. Cela ne nous a cependant pas dérangé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Je recommande vivement la location de cette maison.

Un havre de paix niché dans les collines, offrant une tranquillité absolue et des vues panoramiques magnifiques. La terrasse est parfaite pour se détendre avec son espace barbecue et sa piscine rafraîchissante. L'aménagement astucieux des chambres sur différents niveaux, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain et sa douche, garantit une intimité totale sans aucune gêne. La cuisine spacieuse est amplement équipée (même au-delà de nos besoins). Les chambres sont équipées de climatiseurs, bien que la présence d'un climatiseur dans la salle à manger aurait été appréciée lors de quelques journées étouffantes. Un véhicule est nécessaire pour se rendre à la plage, mais le trajet de 15-20 minutes est pratique et en vaut la peine. En résumé, nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour et nous envisageons avec enthousiasme un retour dans le futur !

Wir verbrachten 10 sehr schöne und erholsame Tage mit meiner Familie (2 Erwachsene + 2 Teenager). Das Haus bietet genug Platz für alle, auch für genug Privatsphäre (inklusive sehr sehr gutem WLAN ;-)). Die erhöhte Lage bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Côte d'Azur. Die Lage ermöglicht tolle Ausflüge in die Region. Auto wird benötigt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen... bei Fragen stand Josette immer zur Verfügung

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus liegt in den Hügeln nur 15 Minuten (Auto) von den Stränden entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet (vor allem die Küche), hat einen sehr schönen Garten und Pool. Im August war dies auch ein ruhiger Rückzugsort von den belebten Stränden. Die Aussicht auf die hügelige Landschaft ist wunderschön und in der Ferne kann man sogar das Meer sehen. Wir hatten eine wundervolle und erholsame Woche mit unseren 2 Kinder (11 Jahre) und der Kontakt mit Josette war sehr gut.

Superbe villa à la Roquette sur Siagne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa de Josette et son mari, qui sont très à l'écoute de leurs locataires. La villa est super bien équipée, quelle que soit la pièce. Une super terrasse couverte donnant sur le jardin et la piscine avec une vue magnifique sur le Tanneron et la mer. La villa est à seulement 15 minutes de la plage en voiture, ce qui permet d'y aller tous les jours. Nous recommandons cette villa.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons une semaine formidable. La maison est très belle, très fonctionnelle et la vue est magnifique. La piscine est sécurisée pour les jeunes enfants et le jardin bien entretenu. Très bien placée pour explorer l'arrière-pays cannois et proche de la mer. Un lieu calme et reposant pour passer de bonnes vacances. Josette était joignable et aux petits soins pour nous. Bref tout était parfait.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man hat vom ganzen Grundstück aus eine tolle Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Es gibt in den drei Schlafzimmern Klimaanlagen, sodass das ganze Haus auch bei großer Hitze angenehm kühl ist. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Es liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig, man ist in ein paar Minuten auf der Autobahn und der nächste große Supermarkt ist nur 1 km entfernt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und professionell. Besonders nett fanden wir auch, dass ein Päckchen Kaffee neben der Kaffeemaschine lag und im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Wasser und Wein. Insgesamt können wir das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würden es auch jederzeit wieder buchen.
