Available for 2 separate families or 8 people. The house is south-facing and sunny from morning till night. There is a magnificent individual secure and heated pool. Residential and quiet, recently renovated, attractive amenities. The 1250-m² garden is completely landscaped and surrounded by superb vegetation (palm trees, olive trees, and much more). The large pool with beach, completely secure thanks to a fence, is surrounded by large terraces, offering a view of the sea and the mountains.

Four bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3 shower rooms, and 3 toilets. Attractive qualities, top-quality indoor and outdoor furniture. All the comforts, recent linen and accessories. Modern amenities: Wi-Fi Internet, fully air-conditioned, alarm system, and 5 flat-screen TVs with international channels. Private parking with space for several cars. Close to the motorway access and large shopping malls; 5 min away from Théoule and La Corniche d'Or hotel. La Croisette in Cannes is 10 min away. Here, change of scenery is assured: a peaceful and green setting, and the view of the sea and the hills from the villa and the pool. References required, pets are not allowed and you cannot smoke in the house.

Über den Jahreswechsel an der Coté d`Azur
Tolle Lage, grandioser Ausblick, hier und da wären die ein oder anderen kosmetische Schönheitsreparaturen notwendig. Alles in allem waren es 6 schöne Tage, man konnte sich gut im Haus selbst versorgen, der Pool war etwas kalt aber zum Neujahrsbaden hat es gereicht :) Leider wird nur schlecht bis gar nicht englisch gesprochen, weshalb die Kommunikation mit der Haushälterin kompliziert war beim Check-in und out.

Les Bengalis.
Everything was as per the listing. Very well equipped and we particularly liked the outdoor kitchen/ dining/ barbecue area. The pool was excellent and the children spent most of the time enjoying it. It really was a short walk to the shop and a lovely quiet beach. We all look forward to returning some time in the future.

Haus empfehlenswert, Lage gut
Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem sehr schön. Die Lage ist gut. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass das Haus am Hang liegt und somit der Weg zum Bahnhof und in den Ort (z.B zum Bäcker) bergig ist (oder über knapp 250 Stufen führt). Z.B. Cannes, Nizza und Monaco sind super mit dem Zug vom Bahnhof in Mandelieu-La-Napoule erreichbar. Leider gestaltete sich der Check-In etwas schwierig, da kaum englisch gesprochen wird. Wir selbst haben nur die Reinigungskraft kennengelernt. Die Schlüssel wurden uns hinterlegt und wir konnten alleine ins Haus, erst am Abend erschien die Reinigungskraft um uns das Haus (Rolläden, Fernseher, Alarmanlage, etc) zu erklären. Infos, dass z.B der Poolreiniger oder der Gärtner im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts kommen, fehlten uns. Das Haus ist schön, die Außenbereiche super und auch der beheizte Pool ist super! Manche Dinge sollten im Haus erneuert werden bzw. einer Grundreinigung unterzogen werden. Allerdings war es für eine Ferienunterkunft völlig in Ordnung. Vor dem Haus stehen ausreichend Parkplätze (an der Straße) zur Verfügung. Gesamtfazit für uns ist, dass wir durchaus gerne wieder kommen!

Traumhafter Urlaub
Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Wir haben es in vollen Zügen genossen. Alles war wunderschön und das besondere i-Tüpfelchen sind der Pool und die Außenküche. Alles begleitet von einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

This house is our secondary home. We purchased it 10 years ago because it matched our expectations (exceptional sea view and setting), and sits close to the beaches and the shops; my husband does not drive a car, but it is nice to forget about the car during your holiday! Knowing that the location (San Peyre) is very popular and that it is rare to find such amenities in the area, and aware of the potential of this house, we realised some major works to turn it into a very pleasant place to live in. We have put our heart into making it what it is today (always with perfection and aesthetics in mind). We used to go there regularly, for all school holidays. My husband and I are a couple, 46 and 48 years old, with our two daughters, 9 and 11 years old. Now, we rent the house and travel abroad.

The villa offers a beautiful sea view, and is quiet and south-facing. Close to the beach and the city centre, La Napoule train station, restaurants, and the Provencal market, it offers the typical atmosphere of a small village of southern France. Everything is accessible on foot, while there is no external noise disturbance. Surrounded by nature, with view on the hills and Esterel, nice amenities, etc.
