Lovely house to make you feel like home!!!The house is very comfortable and cozy. All light and space. Surrounded by a large terrace with several environments to enjoy life outdoors with covered areas and direct sun light zones:). Dining room and seating area with sun loungers and confortable furnishings both inside and outside. Parking spot right in front of the house. Pool and sport areas in the surroundings with aqalava water park 3 min walking distance, and the nearest beach within 6 minutes walking distance along the Lovely promenade.
Unique feature of my house is its location; close to everything but within the quiet residential area of Carlos Park, and that it has everything you need: cookware, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, iron, etc. Also decoration is relaxing with neutral tones. The TV with international channels is also a plus! And if you wish to watch la liga, this is offered as well at additional cost.
Walk to the lighthouse and Papagayo beaches, eat at the rubicon, go to visit the vineyards, do water sports, visit museums, the timanfaya unesco nature park, flamingo beach, the green cave, the jameos del agua, the white villages, Jorge manrique villages, catcus garden!!
Everything can be organised really fast with our free WiFi 1GB symmetric speed!! Do not waste a blink with our internet speed at casa Isa!!


Featuring sea views, Villa Isa offers accommodation with an extensive terrace, around 0.7 miles from Montana Roja and 6 min walking to the nearest beach! Our villa features a rear and a front garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking.

The villa is fitted with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a flat-screen smart TV with movistar TV and Netflix using your own login credentials. There are two separate dining areas, two fully equipped kitchens, a cozy living room and a lovely terrace with ocean views. Fuerteventura can also be seen from the house as well as Isla de Lobos.

Schönes geräumiges Haus in gepflegter Anlage.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Anlage. Zum Meer und der weitläufigen Strandpromenade sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Für Unternehmungen und Einkäufe ist auf jedem Fall ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen, diesen am besten online reservieren und direkt am Airport in Empfang nehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein guter Hiperdino und ein Spar Markt befinden sich direkt in Playa Blanca. Zum Großeinkauf sind wir gerne nach Playa Honda gefahren, hier befinden sich die größten Lebensmittel Discounter wie Lidl, Mercadona und Hiperdino. Zum Haus selbst: es gibt nur einige wenige Dinge die mich persönlich gestört haben. Zum einen wäre es mit geringen Investitionen machbar, die Jalousien und Insektengitter im Haus wieder funktionsfähig zu machen. Zum anderen wäre es eigentlich Pflicht Satelliten oder Kabelfernsehen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Eine große Satellitenschüssel befindet sich zwar auf dem Dach und ein Reciver ist ebenfalls vor Ort aber angeschlossen ist das ganze analog an eine Fernsehantenne, ich wusste garnicht das diese alte Technik überhaupt noch funktioniert. Somit waren nur ein paar spanische Sender empfangbar und das entspricht leider nicht internationalen Standard. Ansonsten war wirklich alles wie beschrieben und zu unser vollsten Zufriedenheit. Der Kontakt mit Isabel war immer sehr freundlich und alles wurde schnell beantwortet.

A home from home. Two minutes to the beach and a steady fifteen to Playa Blanca town .

The only downside of the property were the bathrooms They need a refit. New curtains and repair the blinds. Not enough to spoil my stay. Thank you Isabella.

Ferienhaus Lanzarote

Haus war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise war das Haus jedoch sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt. Geschirrspülmaschine war defekt. Die Vermieterin hat nach unserer Beschwerde sofort reagiert und die Reinigung veranlasst. Die Geschirrspülmaschine wurde nicht repariert. Das Haus wurde mit Geschmack eingerichtet, aber einige Möbel sind sehr abgewohnt und müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden. Eine Renovierung der Bäder wäre angebracht. Außerdem lief ständig die Spülung der Toilette und das auf einer Insel, wo Wasser das kostbarste Gut ist. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Man erreicht den nächsten Badestrand in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Direkt an der schönen Strandpromenade läuft man ca. 30 Minuten bis ins Zentrum von Playa Blanca mit vielen kleinen Restaurants und Bars, wirklich schön. Wunderbar ist Lanzarote - die Landschaft, der Atlantik, die ganze spezielle Atmosphäre der Vulkane - einfach phantastisch.

La casa en general está muy bien. Tiene todo lo necesario, es espaciosa y cómoda. En relación al anuncio creo que debería eliminar la existencia de piscina, ya que no está en uso. Viendo como se encuentra diría que lleva años sin funcionar. Aunque la ubicación no es mala, es muy recomendable alquilar coche.

Schönes Haus in schöner Urbanisacion

Ein sehr durchdachtes und schön gestaltetes Haus. Die Terrassen sind ein Traum - da stört auch der geringe Verkehr nicht. Der Weg zum Meer: 4 Minuten. Der Weg zum Sandstrand:9 Minuten. Und tolle Lokale - besonders hervorzuheben "der Italiener" ( unbedingt Fisch essen !) sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Urbanisacion ist sehr gepflegt und toll bepflanzt, fast ein weiterer Kaktusgarten. Leider ist der Pool weiterhin geschlossen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wertig. An einigen Stellen strahlt sie den Charme eines gerne und intensiv genutzten Heimes aus. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Estupenda casa cerca de la playa

Hemos estado en Agosto 17 días y hemos estado muy a gusto. La ubicación de la casa era perfecta para nosotros, cerca de una pequeña playa y a un paseo del núcleo urbano de Playa Blanca. Cerca también, aunque ya con coche, para acercarnos a las playas del Papagayo (nuestras favoritas) en pocos minutos. A los pies de la Montaña Roja, un volcán precioso al que subir y disfrutar de las mejores vistas del sur de la isla. La casa tiene de todo, dos porches estupendos donde desayunar...cenar...y orientada de manera que siempre entra aire fresquito desde los baños, que cuentan con un pequeño patio muy útil. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La cocina equipada con todo (horno, lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas, cafeteras...)y muy funcional. Al ser una casa con alta demanda de alquiler tiene algunas cosas que ya necesitan un cambio, pero hablando con la dueña, muy amable y con buena disposición, se soluciona todo. Esperamos volver, porque la isla nos encanta, y porque en casa de Isabel hemos estado muy a gusto.

Good holiday villa

Easy car parking, near Playa Blanca, good sized rooms and terrace. Dishwasher and washer. DVD didn't work, owner not local and would not replace. I of toilets did not flush and owner suggested I rang the maintenance man. Surely she should have? bedspreads/covers overdue for washing although bed linen plentiful and clean. Villa needs a bit of tlc but ok for a short term stay. Plenty of pots, pans. Sun beds a bit tatty but functional.

Not many negatives to say about our holiday in this spacious and well appointed house, We had a fantastic time,we spent most of our time outside there was plenty room for sunning yourself on the verandas and the nice shaded area for cooling down.Dont want to have any bad things to say but there are a few upgrades needed.. the mosquito screens are all broken and need replaced, the sun beds are well past their best and need to be renewed,and some thread bare towels and bed linen could do with being renewed as well, if these things were done this house would be fabulous instead of great. We enjoyed our walk everyday down to the beach and bars and restaurants if you don't want to walk taxis are very reasonable 4 euros..playa blanca is a beautiful chilled part of the island and has so many great paces to see.Would also like to say a big thank you to the cleaner who let us stay a while longer on leaving day it was very much appreciated.All in all we had a great stay in this lovely comfortable house please don't take the negatives as bad its not, but have noticed the same comments on other reviews,we would recommend this house to anyone who wants a home from home with everything they need to have a great holiday.

Prima Lage, ruhig, etwas außerhalb des Trubels, strandnah, schöner Blick, tolle Terrasse

Prima Individualquartier! 10 Fußmin. zum nächsten Strand, nur 5 Fußminuten zur km-langen herrlichen Uferpromenade, nächster Supermarkt 3 min. mit Auto, gut zu finden, man ist schnell und einfach raus aus dem Ort - nettes Haus mit riesiger Terrasse, schattiger und windgeschützter Sitzbereich, netter typisch lanzarotinischer Garten - beschriebene Ausstattung mit Bettzeug, -wäsche und Handtüchern eher dürftig (Improvisation gefragt...) - beschriebener Pool gehört zu einem derzeit geschlossenen Fitnessclub und war leer!! - ansonsten mit allem ausgestattet was man in einem Individualurlaub gerne hat: Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, 2 Bäder (leider funktionierte eine Toilette nicht), 2 kleine an die Bäder angeschlossene und eingebaute Patios, zum Wäschetrocknen oder Aufbewahren von Stranduntensilien ideal!, LCD-TV mit Satellitenschüssel und nahezu allen dt. Sendern die man kennt und größtenteils aber auch gar nicht braucht... - insgesamt fühltem wir uns trotz der beschriebenen mankos sehr wohl und können uns gut vorstellen wiederzukommen!! Trotz der Größe max. für 4 Personen! Ideal für Familien aber auch z.B. 2 Paaren!

The property was good and comfortable

The property was good. One bedroom was really good the other was a little tired looking. The terrace was good and the equipment in property for cooking etc was good. The only thing that we are really disappointed about is that it does not have a communal pool that is in use. And it does not have a communal tennis court that is in use as advertised. It is a little misleading. Both of these are there but not in working order. No water in pool no net on tennis court etc. So if these are important to you you need to go somewhere else. They were important to us so you can imagine our disappointment. Everyone wants a pool. The location was good . beaches maybe 20 min walk to flamingo beach. I wouldn't go here again because of pool situation. But the property was good.

Lovely villa for the price

The villa is in a pleasant, quiet, complex about 25 minutes walk from the town centre. There was a pool but it seemed to be part of a private gym and anyway had no water. The villa is bright, spacious and attractive with comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen but has no WiFi or British TV. The shower is excellent. Outside there is a pleasant, shady, dining area and another small table, perfect for breakfast in the sun. There are sun loungers but they are old and uncomfortable- probably our only complaint. The road outside is busier than we expected and people using the gym park their cars in front, but these are minor issues. Communication with the owner was good, although the property is the forth building along, not the third as in the directions. We really enjoyed our stay and thought it was excellent value for Playa Blanca. Definitely worth a return visit.

FENOMENAL!

Una de las mejores vacaciones,es como estar en tu casa, la casa perfecta,bonita y acogedora, vamos nosotros que vivimos en un pisito esto nos ha parecido el paraíso, tuvimos muchos inquilinos de 8 patas pero estas en un lugar donde cucharadas( ninguna en la casa) mosquitos viven en su territorio.todo funciona perfectamente y lo que no funcionaba rápido se solucionaba, pude comunicarme con la propietaria en cualquier momento, como ella dice está en Ecuador y con la diferencia horaria era me.difícil pero a las.pocas horas contestaba.si el Año que viene volvemos a Lanzarote ya tenemos pensado volver a está casa,ya no hemos hecho a ella y es un lujazo, no.dudéis está casa está cerca de todo y eso gana mucho, nosotros hemos venido tres adultos y una niña y la niña disfrutaba con la manguera y regando las plantas,en definitiva, impresionantes estas vacaciones,gracias Isabel!

Casa estupenda

La casa estupenda, buena ubicación , muebles justos y todo fácil de cuidar. También he de mencionar el cuidado y limpieza de los jardínes de la urbanización. Me hubiera gustado que el ajuar (toallas, sábanas, etc.) fuera un poco más cuidado y también que hubiera wi-fi. El contacto con la empresa muy difícil, e-mails que no se contestan, con anexos que no se pueden abrir o que cuando se abren están vacíos ... Al final conseguimos saber la dirección de la casa que habíamos alquilado porque mis hijos viven en Playa Blanca y encontraron un teléfono al que sí contestaban y, entonces, las cosas fueron un poco más fáciles.

Very relaxing holiday

My husband, Brother and sister-in-law and myself have just returned yesterday, from a 3 week stay. The villa was very easy to find as we arrived with a hire car from the airport. Parking is also easy as this is on a residential estate. This led to a very quiet and relaxing holiday. It is a 15 - 20- minute walk along the prom to Flamingo beach and then into the harbour. The water park is also just a short walk to the property. I did feel you do need a car as the nearest supermarket is also a good 15 min walk so carrying water would be difficult. There is good outside space for sunbathing and eating with all furniture provided. There is two bathroom giving plenty of hot water at all times and the property offers everything you could need on a home from home basis. The negatives: No Wifi although we did manage to log on to the hotel over the road. We were the first holiday rental and the long stay renter had just moved out and there was a few problems involved with this. The cleaner had a big job cleaning, the information required to help holidaymakers sort the different equipment ie the cooker and TV was lost in a cupboard, once this was located it did explain workings. The owner is not in the country but did keep in contact through emails once we were able to get on line. I do feel that the property is very tired and in need of an update as there was only 4 bath towels in total and no extra bedding for the colder early season nights, but there was plenty of sheets. The TV only has BBC world news in English but there is many foreign stations. but the old scart lead didn't work with the new flat screen TV very well. There is no BBQ which is unfortunate. All the mosquito screens on doors and windows no longer work so had to keep these closed at night which would be difficult in the hot weather as there is no aircon or fans. All in all we did have a large property for the overall price and locality for the 3 weeks we stayed.

Maravillosas vacaciones!

Hemos pasado 15 dias con nuestros hijos y nos ha encantado la casa. Es espaciosa y muy acogedora. Ubicada en una zona tranquila pero cerca de las playas y del centro. La casa esta muy limpia y bien equipada y las camas son comodisimas. Aconsejamos alquilar coche, pero si solo quieres playa y poco mas, a Playa Flamingo se llega dando un paseo. Si en un futuro repetimos destino, sin duda volveremos a casa Isa.

Super villa, lovely owner, can't wait to go again!

I stayed at this villa with my husband for a fortnight. We have stayed at Playa Blanca many times before in various properties from Las Coloradas to Faro Park but we enjoyed this villa much more than anywhere we have previously stayed. It is situated in Carlos Park, just a short walk to the seafront promenade and the Playa Flamingo beach, shops, bars and restaurants and if you would like to venture further afield the old town is a 40 minute stroll along the prom. The Aqua park is 5 minutes away. The area is really quiet and the villa is in a nice community. The house was immaculately clean, towels and bed linen were plentiful and it has a lovely peaceful atmosphere. It is well appointed with everything you could possibly need or want. The bed was comfortable too - a rarity in a rented property! There is a lovely outside eating area and terrace for sunbathing and though the villa faces a road (which we were initially worried about), it does not spoil the outside areas at all as the road is so quiet (we counted cars one day - 3 went past!). The owner was lovely: so helpful and kept us well informed via email. I took very poorly on the second week of our holiday and she was wonderful, allowing us to stay late in the villa on our last day as we had an evening flight. I cannot thank her enough for her help. I loved this villa and will definitely be returning to it. I would highly recommend it - it is ideal for older couples as it is all on one level, but because of its proximity to the Aqua Park and beach it would also be ideal for families.

Casa Isa

The villa is a ten minutes stroll to Playa Flamingo Beach, it is in a quiet residential area. The villa is well equipped and spacious(a home from home), it's L shaped veranda had all day sunshine, We had an excellent relaxing 10 day break. We would recommend this villa for anyone who wants a chill out holiday, we would also recommend hiring a car. We will definitely use this villa again, and would like to thank Isobel who kept in touch by email and text to make sure everything was OK.
