My name is Zip Trower. Thank you for reviewing our home as a possible rental. This is a picture of my wife Marsha and I in Jackson Hole, Wy. (Marsha is on my left, holding the purse). We have rented the home to others since 2005, and have benefited from the new acquaintances we have made. The home (not a Condo) is extremely well equipped to provide you a home-away-from home, and is close to many of the desert's fun things to do. If you are interested, please e-mail or call us. What makes this House unique
Although we are limited in how long we personally can stay in the desert, we always enjoy getting away from rain and snow. The sunshine, flowers, hiking, golf, tennis, and other recreational activities that abound are all things we enjoy. Our family loves to swim, golf, play tennis, and just relax. Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
