高くて囲まれた庭には、芝生エリアがあります。
お好みに応じて屋根付きまたは屋根付きのスイミングプールがあり、9 m x 4の大きさに加熱された大きなテラスと、ゆったりとくつろぐためのデッキチェアの小さなラウンジエリア!!!

6人用のチーク材のテーブルと椅子、バーベキュー、食前酒を共有するのに最適なアームチェアソファを備えた海と丘のパノラマビューを提供する高さの屋外ダイニングエリア。

家はテラスを見下ろす6人用のテーブルと海の景色のダイニングルームで構成されています。

設備の整ったキッチンには、食器洗い機、冷蔵庫、オーブン、電子レンジ、ガスコンロ、5つのバーナー、食器、調理器具（ミキサー、トースター、コーヒーメーカーなど）、テレビがあります。

4人掛けのソファ、アームチェア、スツール、コーヒーテーブル、テレビ画面、ホームシネマ、wifi、プールを見下ろす8人用のテーブルを備えた広いリビングルーム。

A wonderful week on the cote bleu

We had a great time. We were well received by the owners. I particularly liked, that the kitchen was fully equipped, including some spices. The pool is spectacular, the beds are comfortable, the owners nice and relaxed people. A solid base for having a great time in the Provence.

Wonderful vacation with a stunning view

We have spent wonderful 2 weeks in this house, enjoyed our meals on the beautiful terrace with sea view, watching the cruise liners or cargo boats. Everything was clean and we had enough space. The kids - and we - enjoyed the perfect pool. Stephane and Sylvie were friendly and helpful. We can recommend this house for a stay in this region. Marion, Johannes and kids

Relaxing and peaceful

Mrs. Sylvie was very welcoming. She showed me how to make coffee. And how to do the laundry since I’m coming from a different country. Communication was excellent. And the house and pool was lovely. Can’t wait to go on vacation at her house again. Thank you for the welcoming stay.

Wonderful holidays in a wonderful house

We (3 adults and 2 kids) had perfect holidays in this very beautiful house where we enjoyed the terrace with a wonderful view of the ocean and the bbq. The kids loved the pool which is great fun and we enjoyed the Cosquer museum in Marseille and the cute city Aix-en-Provence as well as the beach in Sainte Croix. We loved the excellent restaurants in Niolon (10min drive) and the fish that you can buy at the fishmonger in Ensuès-la-Redonne. The house is well-equipped and the hosts Sylvie and Stephane are very friendly and helpful. So all in all wonderful holidays for both kids and adults.

Wir waren zu viert für 11 Tage in dem wunderbaren Haus von Sylvie und Stéphane und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Stundenlang haben wir den Meerblick auf der Terrasse genossen, im Pool gebadet, im Garten gechillt, das Haus war prima, alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden, wir hatten genug Platz und viel Ruhe. Der Ort liegt gut für sämtliche Ausflüge und die Gastgeber waren herzlich, freundlich und wir kommen sehr gern zurück. Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Urlaub

A lovely position/view of the Med from the terrace. Good road access if wanting to explore Provence and Marseille. The pool was a big success for us and a must in the Summer months. We found the owners very welcoming

Super séjour

Une très belle maison, très propre dans un cadre magnifique. Vue sur la mer à différents endroits de la maison. Nous avons pu profiter des calanques assez proches et de magnifiques plages. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets.

Une semaine au top

Une très belle semaine ensoleillée dans une maison charmante et bien agencée pour deux couples avec chacun un enfant. La piscine a été appréciée et la terrasse avec vue sur la mer était incroyable ! L accueil y est attentionné et agréable. Bref rien à redire si ce n'est qu on aurait du réserver deux semaines ;)... On recommande !!

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! La maison est agréable tout est fait pour se sentir chez nous. La vue est magnifique de la terasse, la piscine est top. Séjour parfait

Tout commence par un acceuil chaleureux, la découverte d’un paysage merveilleux et une maison agréable, où on se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Le seul défaut de ce séjour est qu’il ai fallu le quitter.

Superbes vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location avec nos trois enfants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue sur la mer depuis la terrace et les propriétaires forts sympathiques et accommodants. Il y a beaucoup d’activités et d’endroits à visiter aux alentours (parc d’attractions, calanques etc.) Réservez sans hésitations!

Eté de 2018: des vacances réussies!

Nous sommes une famille belge avec deux enfants de 11 en 8 ans. Nous sommes y restés une semaine. Les propriétaires de la belle maison étaient très correctes: le premier contact avant, l'accueil,... des gens chaleureux. La maison etait parfait pour nous: beaucoup de la place, une belle terrasse avec un bbq, l'airconditioning qui marche parfait (idéal pour bien dormir), joliment décoré et accueillant. La chambre d'enfants est décoré chouette, il y a même le playstation :-) La piscine se situe sous la terrasse, bien entretenu en agréable pour se reposer. On a visité les calanques ou on peut nager, attraper du poisson, manger. Des villes de Aix-en-Provence, Martigues, Marseille, Cassis valent le détour. Nos vacances ont bien réussies, merci monseur et madame Benoit! On va recommander aux autres belges! Koen, Isabel, Achiel et Leonie

Formidable ! !

La maison est parfaite pour passer des vacances reposantes, nous avons mangé sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer, tous les jours le paysage était changeant, c'était un vrais bonheur. La maison est très propre, les lits sont de qualité (très propre aussi), la piscine est réellement chauffée à 30 °C (c'est le plus de cette location car depuis 10 ans que nous venons dans le sud, jamais nous n'avons trouvé cela) elle est très agréable. La côte bleu est une région splendide, nous avons fait les calanques à pied et en bateau, nous nous sommes régalés. Nous avons profité des restaurants sur Carry le Rouet près du port, nous recommandons Le Gallion, le Scoup......se sont d'excellents restaurants .le plus c'est que vous mangez avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons fait plein de petits marchés sur Carry, Ensues, Sausset...... et le paysage, d'une beauté !!!! Pour terminer , je voulais préciser que les propriétaires sont formidables, eux aussi, ils sont de très bons conseils, et nous on mis tout de suite à l'aise dans leur maison, mais sachez aussi que même les voisins , très discrets sont charmants. Que du bonheur ! Il y avait tant de chose à faire que 3 semaines nous ont parus trop courtes. Nous sommes enchantés ! b

Vacance formidable

excellente adresse

Mieux que sur les photos ! Des propriétaires qui font tout pour vous faciliter les vacances. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe. l'emplacement est très calme et en même temps idéalement placé pour découvrir la Cote Bleue, trop méconnue, avec des calanques et des ballades de rêves. La piscine couverte est très appréciable et très agréable. Du point de vue pratique tout est là ainsi que les commerces fréquentés par les "locaux". La villa est pensée pour un couple et deux enfants, mais on couche effectivement sans problèmes à 7 ( 3x2 + 1 ). Vérifiez que tous vos critères de choix sont remplis et si oui, vous pouvez louer en toute confiance.
