This property was great for the family weekend. The common spaces offered room for everyone to be together without being on top of each other. Also there were plenty of places for calm and solitude taking in the beautiful views

A large and beautiful house! Perfect for large family and friends! Great location near lake with views. The only bummer is the house is a quick walk to the private beach yet you as a renter can’t access the private beach or pools. Overall a great property and value, just wish we had known about the beach and pool access

Key thing to know is that the dollar point beach is not accessible to renters. I wish we would have known that, but there is a public beach 5 minutes away driving. Other than that, place was amazing.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Lake Tahoe home! The house was very spacious, and every room was comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was huge and perfect for family meals, and the living room was equally impressive with plenty of space for everyone and a big TV to enjoy together. The internet worked perfectly throughout our stay, which was a big plus. My family and I truly enjoyed every moment here, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Very easy to settle in once we arrived. House was beautiful and had everything we needed to ensure a great stay. No major issues and the small concern we had when we arrived was taken care of immediately even though it wasn't a big deal. Great hosts and awesome experience. Will definitely rent this home again in the future next time we are in Lake Tahoe.

Our party of six adults and two kids had a phenomenal time at this family VRBO. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, high end appliances, drink fridge drawers and regular fridges, and four different ways to make coffee (including a Nespresso Vertuo and a Miele Espresso machine). The bedrooms are cozy and almost all have en suite bathrooms - an absolute luxury for a family getaway. We enjoyed the huge TV, the pool table, and the foosball table too. Note, it is a lived in cabin - there were some light fixtures that were broken and some tears in some of the chairs. Unfortunately the blinds in the downstairs bedroom were broken and permanently zip tied in the closed position so we were unable to wake up to the beautiful lake views. Also, the high chair was missing. Once you arrive, you have to communicate off app with a different person for questions or instructions. It is located in a super quiet neighborhood, great for walking, with a peek of the lake through cathedral windows.

Great family retreat

Stay was great with lots of space and great views. Location is awesome. Had 6 adults and 6 kids and we all had plenty of space. Great play room for teenagers.

The perfect house!

We loved everything about this property. From the large bedrooms to the kitchen that has everything you may need! It’s close to everything in the north shore and a 2 minute walk to the lake. We will definitely stay again

Excellent property for family get together

Excellent property for family get together with four brothers and wives. Comfortably furnished with plenty of room. While there are many locked and "owners only" cabinets, still plenty of drawer and shelf space. Access to Dollar Point beach and pier was a definite plus.

Another perfect stay

It’s absolutely perfect for big groups. Lots of rooms, plenty of bathrooms and great layout for entertainment. Even the gas BBQ out back fired right up. Most places don’t have working BBQ’s. Also don’t forget about the lake view👍

Outstanding property and location

We rent a different property every year for our annual trip and this is hands down our favorite place so far. Plenty of room, all appliances were high end and worked great. The inside was exactly like the pics which is rarely true. The place is beautiful and you and an amazing view of the lake across the street. We will definitely be back.

Three day getaway

Visited Tahoe for the first time in late September, on our way to a wedding in the Bay Area. Five couples enjoyed the stay immensely in this very comfortable house. It was very convenient for some hiking, dining, and time on the lake. Our only criticism - the house seemed a little dark because a lot of the bulbs in the ceiling were out; but that did not diminish our good time!

Perfect house and location for a large group or family

The house is the perfect size and in the perfect location for several couples or a large family to come together without being on top of each other. We loved having our own bedrooms and private baths. The amenities in the house are also great. We had an infant with us and having the pack in play and high chair came in handy. We cooked most of our meals there and I even enjoyed a steam shower after a day on the lake.

2023 Friends & Family Winter Vacation

Although we were stranded due to the road conditions from the heavy snow we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time at home. The home was large enough for 12 adults. The furniture needs replacing, and I was disappointed with the messiness of the garage, but all in all, we had a wonderful stay.

My favorite home away from home.

This house is amazing. Four master bedrooms plus a queen room with a bathroom right across the hallway. There is also a loft room. I have stayed here three times with my family. It is my favorite second home. The living area, kitchen and family area are welcoming to all. The deck is perfect. The location is incredible. I hope to spend at least two weeks here every summer as long as I can.
