Beautiful house close to the beach

We - 8 adults and a toddler - had a wonderful holiday. The house is pleasantly cool and airy, even though there is no air conditioning. The 3 bikes were in very good condition, we were able to do the daily grocery shopping easily. Annalisa is an exceptionally kind and thoughtful hostess. We can all really recommend her house!!

Geräumiges, sauberes und voll ausgestattetes Haus. Sowohl die Innen- als auch die Außenräume sind wunderschön, gut eingerichtet und komfortabel. Sehr herzliche und hilfreiche Eigentümer, die uns allem was man für's Frühstück braucht versorgt haben.Die Lage hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, da Gewächshäuser das Landschaftsbild in der Umgebung prägen.Außerdem hat Sizilien ein anhaltendes Müllproblem, das sich auch auf den Tourismus auswirkt. Es wäre schön, wenn sich Vermieter und Hoteliers einsetzen würden um etwas dagegen zu unternehmen.

Casa bella e confortevole con uno spazio esterno veramente meraviglioso , molto vicina ad alcune spiagge, anche se per quelle più belle serve l’auto. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile, interazione semplice e veloce. Unico suggerimento per chi come noi arriva la domenica pomeriggio qualche info in più per dove acquistare i generi di prima necessità in casa c’era solo una bottiglia di acqua…

Charme, relax et culture

Très jolie petite villa à 300 m d’une plage familiale et vraiment pas bondée malgré la très haute saison et la localité assez touristique. Cadre très cosy avec son superbe patio (à apprécier le soir ou le matin tôt) et sa salle à manger extérieure bien aérée. On vit 80% dehors. Logement pas climatisé mais des ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres. Maison adaptée à 2 couples avec enfants. Très propre et bien équipée. Situation idéale pour visiter l’Italie baroque de Syracuse à Raguse en passant par Modica, Noto (incontournable) ou la vallée des temples à Agrigente. Taormine et l’Etna sont un peu plus loin (+ de 2h30) mais éventuellement à faire à l’arrivée de l’aéroport de Catane. Un accueil très chaleureux de notre hôte qui nous a préparé un petit plat traditionnel pour notre arrivée tardive. Annalisa est une personne très aimable et prévenante soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires. Petit point négatif sur la propreté des environs (beaucoup de décharges sauvages et de serres aux alentours) mais le bord de mer et les villes sont très soignés. En synthèse, pas de mauvaise surprise sur la location et le cadre enchanteur de la description est respecté. Région du sud de la Sicile à ne pas manquer. Merci encore à Annalisa pour son accueil. vacances réussies !

Nous avons passé trois semaines à 7 personnes (deux familles) dans la maison de Scoglitti; elle est équipée de tout le nécessaire (mais attention, l'accès internet est perturbé, réception 3G/4G difficile, WIFI uniquement par un boitier rechargeable), très confortable, et est assez grande pour que l'on n'ait pas l'impression de se bousculer, même à 7 !. La maison offre de la place pour 6 personnes maxi (3 chambres), une petite dépendance séparée héberge deux personnes et dispose d'une jolie mezzanine. Nous avons pu garer deux voitures sans problème dans la cour de la maison. Un joli jardin fleuri et bien entretenu, les deux grandes terrasses et la cuisine extérieure permettent de passer beaucoup de temps à l'ombre, en attendant l'heure d'aller à la plage située à quelques 300 mètres de la maison. Le quartier, résidentiel, est très calme. Nos hôtes étaient très attentionnés et disponibles pour régler de petits problèmes techniques ou conseiller des sorties. La plage est familiale, tranquille, il y a toujours de la place (3km de plage à Scoglitti!), et la mer est agréable et propre. Une épicerie et une pizzéria- restaurant sont à quelques pas de la maison, la petit ville de Scoglitti est un peu plus éloignée. Scoglitti est très animée le soir, et propose de nombreux bars, restaurants, glaciers aux amateurs de vie nocturne. Depuis Scoglitti, de nombreuses possibilités d'excursions: Donnafugata, Ragusa, Modica, Noto, Syracuse, l'Etna, Agrigente etc. Pour résumer: nous avons passé des vacances très agréables!

Soluzione ideale

La casa ben tenuta e curata offre davvero tutte le comodità. A nostro parere i punti di forza sono: la veranda con cucina esterna, il bel giardino con la doccia, i 2 bagni (noi eravamo 2 famiglie con 2 bambini ciascuna), la vicinanza al mare (spiaggia bella e non molto affollata) ed infine le proprietarie molto gentili.

Semplicemente perfetta!

Casa spaziosa, pulita, superatrezzata, godibilissima sia negli spazi interni che in quelli esterni ben arredati e confortevoli. Posizione tranquilla, riservata, silenziosa ma non isolata e a pochi passi dal mare. Proprietarie disponibili, efficenti e discrete: l'acqua e la frutta in frigo e l'occorrente per un primo pasto in dispensa sono un tocco di classe! Una location perfetta per godersi appieno delle vacanze in terra siciliana. Da ripetere!!!

magnifique maison de vacances / wonderful place to

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette charmante maison. La location est fidèle à la description avec en plus une douche extérieure qui permet d'avoir 2 douches au total. Les 2 terrasses se complètent magnifiquement. La cuisine extérieure est un vrai plus. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Le linge de toilette et de plage est à disposition. La mer est au bout du chemin avec des plages de sable très agréables et durant notre période quasi privées car peu de monde. Je recommande vivement cette location. Il y a la place pour garer la voiture qui en plus est à l'ombre. Maison fermée par un portail, pas de vis-à-vis et rue très calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Belle maison avec jardin et près de la mer

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans une maison impeccable, propre, grande, trois belles chambres avec une bonne literie une cuisine complète pour ceux qui aime cuisiner. La cuisine extérieure est super pour manger avec les chaleurs, et le coin salon extérieur tellement pratique pour être relax le soir.Un endroit très calme,la propriétaire très sympatique une corbeille de fruit nous attendait à notre arrivéé ainsi qu'un pot de pesto maison. Je recommande pleinement cette maison.

"Alloggio molto bello e confortevole con un bel giardino curato con prato all''inglese e zona relax ombreggiata da una veranda per distensive conversazioni serali. Piacevolissima e spaziosa cucina esterna in aggiunta a quella interna dotata di completa attrezzatura che consente di godere appieno del gradevolissimo clima della Sicilia. La spiaggia di sabbia raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti può essere integrata da altre nelle vicinanze (in auto) molto belle e poco frequentate. In prossimità la riserva naturale del Biviere di Gela e un pò più distante la città di Ragusa, il castello di Donnafugata e la località di Punta Secca resa famosa per la presenza della casa del commissario Montalbano. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile e con ottimo senso dell''ospitalità facendoci trovare al nostro arrivo bevande e frutta fresca."

"Splendida casa dotata di...

"Splendida casa dotata di tutto quello che si può immaginare ed anche di quello che non avreste mai pensato. Un bel giardino fiorito circonda la casa ed una veranda estremamente comoda. Il mare è a 100 metri e la spiaggia non è affollata. Le proprietarie sono estremamente accoglienti. Ci hanno accolto con un sorbetto e si sono preoccupate di lasciarci frutta e vino per la prima sera. Ideale per famiglie lo consiglio vivamente."

Why they chose this property

La casa è situata in un piccolo borgo di case di villeggiatura, molto tranquillo e a pochi passi dal mare. Le strade strette e poco frequentate assicurano il relax necessario in vacanza. Distante 3 km dall’’affollata e rumorosa Scoglitti, può essere un buon punto di partenza per lunghe passeggiate a piedi e in bicicletta, percorrendo il lungomare. La zona è prevalentemente agricola con coltivazioni in serra e ancora qualche piccola serra si può trovare vicino alla casa che costituisce un isola felice nella calura estiva, con i suoi ampi spazi verdi

Il mare dista solo 150 mt dalla casa e la piccola spiaggia di sabbia non è mai affollata e spesso frequentata solo dai proprietari delle case vicine. Troverai tutto il necessario per la spiaggia, teli per il mare, ombrelloni, sedie, gonfiabili, attrezzatura da pesca, etc.
Il giardino, con prato all’inglese e piante mediterranee assicura sempre la vista frescura, anche nei giorni più caldi.
